Was my first time getting my nails done and had Christmas ones done on the 16 of December was asking the normal question and then a little bit of small talk but was told I had weirdly shaped nails the edges where not done at all and payed $94.59 for them there beautiful art but the cuticle line and edges where not done at all and in poor shape

Just moved out here tried this salon and they were very accommodating and great color selection they don't over charge and are good to their customers seems like everyone in here knows there nail tech very well... I went to get a full set of acrylic nails, I called that day and they said that they could fit me in at 3, sure enough, I was sat right away and only had to wait a couple minutes before the woman did my nails didn't take long at all and I think they look really good. It cost $55 the extra 5 was for the design I did. They have a TV (playing the Food Network) but I was a little hard to see from where I was sitting but I could hear it no problem. It's definitely set up more for the people getting manicures and pedicures. The picture is after I've had them on for a week or so. Edit: the all black matte nails were from my second visit to pt nails. Turned out well.

I phoned the day before and made an appointment for 9:30 the next morning, they were on time and very friendly, as a matter of fact, all the staff that came in were extremely friendly and included me in their conversations haha! The lady doing my nails, Lisa, was great to chat with while doing my nails, and she paid attention to the little details and did exactly what I asked. The price is very reasonable considering she also cut my cuticles which doesn’t get done when I have gone to two other more expensive nail salons in the city! Thanks again ladies ???????? ???????????????? P.S. they also have coupon cards! So every time you come in and get it stamped, and everything 3rd visit I think it is, you get $5 off on top of the already reasonable prices ????

The girl that was removing my nails skipped steps to removing them properly and literally tore to corner on my thumb nail off. I said to her multiple times you should probably soak them first before trying to remove them. But no she just went right in and buffed and tore them off with an uncut acrylic nail. Even though she was pulling at my actual nail too and hurting me. I even said ow multiple times letting her know. Didn't seem to matter. Then she added $5.75 on to the bill when the site clearly shows $10. I also had to go back like 5 minutes later when I noticed two nails were hard as a rock so they clearly still had product on them. They tried to tell me that I was looking at a different Artistic Nails website, but the address clearly stated I wasn't. Then tried to tell me they didn't even have a website. So, I showed her the site, the address and the price. Still didn't seem to matter.

So I called in and asked if there was time for a gel manicure, I actually wanted gel nails put on my mistake! I get there and they get me the list of all the colours they have. I pick and she starts doing a gel manicure. A little into it I ask if it was gel nails or gel polish, she said gel polish. I had said I meant gel nails and they had offered to restart! Was totally my mistake so I said next time. The Polish is amazing, the staff were understanding and very nice! The establishment is clean and very inviting. I will be returning! Thank you! =)

A friend and I went here last Sunday. My nails turned out beautiful. My friends on the other hand turned out very crooked and bumpy. When she tried to voice it to the Nail tech who was doing her nails she said she would fix it later. She then got switched to another nail tech. This nail tech began on painting her nails. She voiced again saying that they were very crooked and the lady just stared at her and said “no that’s how your finger grows”. She then explained to her that her previous set of nails were straight before she came in. The tech then rudely said “well you should have told me before I started painting, if you did I could have fixed it.” but didn’t want to fix them after they were painted. Knowing that she was unhappy with her nails, we thought that they would at least give her some sort of discount but they charged her full price and sent her on her way. She left and went back in to try and schedule a time to get them fixed and they were quite rude and un-accommodating. She went back a few days later to have the manager fix them. She then started them, and then passed her over once again to a different tech to finish the job. The whole process was quite uncomfortable as the techs were complaining amongst each other about the situation.

We went here a few times because we received gift certificates. I’ll never revisit this place since my last pedi on Jan 28 2019. We told them we had gift certificates, they said ok and got down to work. This point here, I’ll echo what others have said about nail techs not engaging with their customers and only speaking with each other in another language in front of their customers, which is just poor business etiquette. When I present my gift certificate, they pull out a small box stuffed with cards and rifle through it to find the card corresponding to my gift certificate. They can’t find it so they go through it again (separating the stack so two can try to find it), then tell me they can’t find mine so I’ll have to pay full price. I felt that telling them that losing someone’s gift info is likely the result of their archaic and highly disorganized system would not be fruitful and that prolonged conversations in another language in front of customers they’re serving is rude would just get me called rude back… so whatever. I paid and never returned nor do I plan to but If you have a GC for this place, consider asking them to produce the corresponding card before you’re served and bring a book or something because they only engage at the point of payment.

I wanted to wait and give a proper review of PT's until after my rage subsided. I went in on May 15th in the afternoon. Was my first time at this salon as I am from out of town, was visiting my sister. The sign out front said $45 for a Mani and Pedi, so I went in and asked for that. They asked me if I wanted shellac, I said yes. I sat down in the spa chair, picked my colors and waited for 45 min before someone came to do my Pedi. Whatever, it was a nice massage chair. My Pedi was great. Then I switched to the nail seat and my Mani was also great... Although the color I chose was not one the lady had ever done before and she was struggling. The LED oven was fritzing out a bit, which she didn't seem to notice. Anyway, I was happy with the look and feel of my Mani Pedi. I go up to pay and the total for my treatment was $85! WHAAAAT?! No where in the salon is there a sign with pricing. So I look look look and find a brochure. Sure enough there is a price list. I'm super confused cause the Mani I received was not a deluxe so why then such a high price? I ask and she tells me it's $15 extra for shellac on fingers and an extra $15 for shellac on toes. WHAAAAT?! So... Ok fine. I pay. But today, less than two weeks later, my nails chip! Ugh. Not happy about this cause like... $85 nails should last forever right?!

I was not impressed. I called the night before and made an appointment for 10am. I got there 5 minutes early and then proceeded to have to sit and wait until 10:25 when there was no else there. It didn't feel very clean and one of the ladies working was just sitting in the chair next to me with her feet/shoes on top of the table where they would do your nails. The lady who did my nails took an hour for a fill and thankfully they look decent but overall, I was pretty disappointed with the customer service.

I constantly receive compliments because she’s that good! Not only are her, Lisa and the rest of the team great at what they do they also take the time to get to know each of their clients. I will never recommned this place to anyone. Nice to your face and that's about it. Poor job don't listen to you, language barrier, unable to do 2 services once. Peeling nails under bed and uneven thick shellac. Super grabby when asking for your hands like ther short tempered n letting go of your feet. Aggressive no table side manners plus I witnessed a customer as well being overcharged and yelling at staff. Really bad atmosphere

Terrible experience. I got a fill done with the choice of rose gold chrome. Got them done friday, Friday evening at 6pm picking up a plate one nail poped off. The chrome polish began to show white specks forming on them and began to give a dusty look. Came back Friday. Came back Saturday and was told to come back Sunday at 2. Once arrived was told to come back Friday. Fought with a lady who was absolutely not understanding at all. Told me if I wanted to get colour fixed may have to pay again. Moral of experince is I paid $60 bucks with a tip for the lady's time and kindness to only be shoved aside when respectfully asking to get it fixed to be happy with my nails that I paid a hefty price for.

Don't ever come here. 2 days later my shellac is peeling off 3 fingers. My toes, the nail art was smudged all over the place when I got home. They made fun of customers in there own language including me laughing histeracly to the point I had to tell them talking about your customers is unprofessional. Plus one lady came in, they overcharged her by quite a bit and blamed it on the debit machine. I was blown away.

Me friend went here and was not impressed with the lack of professionalism. The lady asked what shape. The shape she got was polar opposite of what she asked for. Her nail art, the tech forgot to do it. These guys have no proper training and just sit there and socialize with one another. There customer service is horrible and they overcharge.

They're salon is very bright, clean and always has a great friendly staff and atmosphere when there! So far the best nail place I have found in New West/Surrey/Langley District! Ladies are super friendly and you get to have a coupon that you can collect stamps and with every 5 visits you get a discount. A big variety of colours and this place is super clean!

So terrible. Bubbles in my nails. I had to draw on my own design. Still charged for it. She also cut my toes round and it's already painful so I will have to watch it and make sure it doesn't become an ingrown. Awful service the girl I had had no idea what she was doing and had no help. I was there for 2+hrs just for a mani pedi with shallac.

Here for the first time. The place seemed clean and the person who greeted me was mediocre friendly. The job done on my nails was fair but the entire time I sat there as well as the other few customers in the salon , the only conversation that took place was amongst the staff. The people never spoke to the customers. They never spoke to the women except for the standard questions , what kind of nails, what shape and nail polish color. I have never felt More disregarded and ignored than I did today. I will take my business elsewhere.

The tech cut off my nails!!! I asked for shellac on my natural nail, no tip. I don’t know what she was thinking but she cut off all the length then asked me what shape I wanted them, assuming I wanted a whole set! Then my options were to have shellac the way I wanted, with ZERO length left... or get tips. She ended up charging me $50 for what should have cost me $20. I am disgusted. Not to mention I HATE the result.

I wasn’t really happy on how my nails was done. My nails are wasn’t coated properly and worst is on my feet. The reason being you go to a nail to get yourself pampered to make you feel better but it turns out to be the opposite. I’m very dissatisfied with the work and the service. I don’t think I’m coming back again.
