The TOP hygiene and the cleanest Nails Spa in BC I ever visited, my mom and I have been coming here for almost a year, I'm very satisfying with their services, price is right, the job is awesome and the most comfy feeling is I'm leaving their place every time with peace of mind being worry of bring home any GERMS/BATERIA. Love love love it ❤ they are so great here and very clean. I had a Groupon but with the quality of work and time they took on m nails they deserve the full price. I had my nail done at a different salon 1 week prior and they where so awful and falling apart. Kenny the owner took them off and did it from scratch again. Kenny and his wife are so nice and very professional. I will be coming back FOR SURE!

I was a regular customer here for years and I always had a great experience when Lisa was the owner, BUT it has recently been taken over by a new owner and the service is terrible. I had an appointment and she took the other person before me, it was an 1.5 hours for my daughter in law to get her simple nails done and they actually filed through her nail bed and my daughter was cut and in pain for almost her whole service and both of their nails were falling off in days. Bottom line, don’t go here

Would not recommend this salon. I was visiting Langley and this was my first time going here. My friend and I booked in and were told me could get in together at the same time. They not only started 15 minutes late on my nails, but started 50 minutes late on my friend's nails. The male tech was quite rough and visibly aggravated, going as far as insulting how my nails had been done previously. The acrylic application was very sloppy and rushed, my nails are visibly bumpy and too thick. A couple of them are crooked, my cuticles were left very cut up and within a week and a half, I had two nails popping off. I have not had nails break ever since I started getting my nails done 2 years ago and was frustrated to hear that my nails have been done wrong over the last year, only for this nail tech to do a very poor job which ultimately will result in me paying to remove this set and get a fresh set somewhere else. Despite my bad experience with the male tech, the women at this salon are very sweet and gentle.

Today was my first time there... They worked a miracle on my calloused feet! And my acrylic nails amazing!!! Fabulous price and service..I phoned at 9am and they got 2 of us in for pedicures for noon same day and did last minute acrylic nails as well...oh and did I mention super reasonable price...I will be a new regular customer!

I got my nails done for the first time ever here on Wednesday and was very impressed at the service. I called at 2:45 to see if they took walk-ins but they said that they were booked for the rest of the day except for 5 and 5:30. I told them that I had an appointment at that time so I could just come another day, and instead of agreeing, the lady said that she could fit me in to 3. I didn't think I would make it so I said I would let her know. I called back at 3 to see if there was any chance for me to get them done today and she booked me for 3:20. When I got there, I was seated right away and Lisa was very kind in talking with me and doing my nails so nicely. The prices were fair and the service was very good. Best first experience and will definitely be coming again!

Before I start -- The way the owner responds to poor reviews should tell you whether or not you want to go here... Twice in a row I felt like an inconvenience to the lady who did my nails. I was rushed to pick a colour, and when I changed my mind last second(she hadn't started painting yet), the lady literally rolled her eyes and sighed. Was it really that big of an inconvenience? I am an easy client. I'm punctual, I tip, and I don't ask for anything extra. I felt like she couldn't get me out the door fast enough. She was in such a rush that the way she handled me was borderline aggressive. I was left with crusty dry cuticles and my fingers covered in dust. I had to ask for cuticle oil... it was quickly slapped on most, but not all of my nails. And then I had to go home and fix the shoddy filing job. Girl... Just don't.

I can’t say enough about this place! Best and most reasonably priced nail salon in Langley! (I’ve tried most of them). Super nice people, they actually care about their work! Decided to try them for lashes too, and they outdid themselves! Very, very meticulous. Do yourself a favour and give them a try :)

I got preferred by my mom to come to Popular Nails Spa for my stiletto Gel Nails with gems. Oh my goodness it only cost me $55 plus tax, the most impressive is their place are very clean, very friendly, job done here is great and price are so reasonable. I'll definitely pick this Salon for my pedicure, my waxing and my Nails, I'll coming back and will prefer my friends to come here ????

Can’t say enough good things about this salon. Went for my second time yesterday and was so happy with the service. I’ve had a lot of really horrible experiences and it blew me away how much they go above and beyond for their customers here. There’s absolutely no rushing, Kenny makes sure every nail is perfect, he doesn’t get distracted and I haven’t had any of my nails lift which has always been an issue in the past, and their prices are perfect. Affordable and they do an incredible job. I can’t say enough good things! Highly highly recommend. EDIT: Unfortunately after my last appointment, instead of getting Kenny who I thought I had the appointment with, I had to give my spot to someone else and have my nails done by someone I didn’t know which was fine but it wasn’t my preference. She kept cutting me throughout the appointment and causing discomfort, which I also learned I had a severe allergic reaction to the primer that they use causing my fingers to burn to the point where it was almost unbearable and actually made my hands go numb and tingly. After my appointment my nails continued to burn for about a day or so afterwards, which I have now noticed that my fingers after blistering and are now infected. I went to another nail salon who told me this was likely caused by the use of unsanitized tools and advised me to see a doctor in case of further infection. I never thought I’d be writing a bad review about this place because I always got amazing service but I’m very disappointed by this. Sucks to spend your hard earned money and get bad service. :(

I just got a full set of acrylic nails here and they look AMAZING. Lisa did my nails; she has the BEST personality and we were laughing and talking the entire time. I went about 3 weeks ago for the first time and Lisa was wonderful. I had a pedicure, which was the best one I have ever had. Lisa was also able to fit in painting my nails on short notice (I asked when I arrived). I am booking another appointment and will continue to go to this salon. RESPONSE: In response to yours on my review; You clearly are not understanding. They may be 3 weeks old now, but at the time all my nails and mothere plus my sisters, broke off? They were barely a week and a half old. Second; no one is suggesting you should work for free, but if you do a poor job, or not up to par, just like a return policy at a store people should be able to ask for a return. If you cannot handle peoples poor reviews of you, you should not own a business or have google reviews. It seems from all the comments, you like to pin blame on the customer rather than taking responsibility for your employees work. Thickness of the acrylic does not make it harder to break, and I was not referring to such. I was referring to the fact they were unevenly filed, in different directions and had no shape. I expressed my unhappiness of the shape of mine to the tech and nothing was done. At a certain point I just wanted to leave. Simple. You should reconsider your outlook on how you respond and act towards your customers. It’s going to make it much easier to run your business. Cheers Super disappointed after being recommended to this place. I paid 120$ for me, my mom and my sister to have our nails done less than two weeks ago and already 4 of my nails have snapped directly through the middle, my moms have done the same and my sisters are completely gone. The acrylic was super thick, and none of our nails were straight. I get my nails done on a regular basis and have nails over a half an inch long or longer all the time and have never broken a nail, so when less than a week and a half in and my nails have snapped in half while itching my leg? Is ridiculous. If I could demand a refund, I absolutely would.

This is my first time coming to this nail salon and these are the best nails i’ve had done in a while! I got dark blue acrylics and im in love with them. The shape is perfect and the price was good. All the nails are even and perfect im in love with them. The lady who did my nails was very nice and kept checking to see if i liked the shape, color, length etc. Out of all the salons i’ve been to in langley this is the best one!! This place saved my nails. I moved to Langley and was looking for a new nail salon. I went to some other nail salon and they did horrible job, rushed it and all and I still paid full price. Came to Popular nails and even though they closed at 7, they took time on my nails . I found my new nail place!

I've been to Popular Nails & Spa twice. Both times I had an appointment and both times I had to wait 20+ minutes past my appointment times to receive my service. I was there yesterday for an acrylic fill and gel polish. Today the gel polish on my right thumb started peeling. I also asked for a marble look on my ring fingers and got more zebra than marble. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. I went here yesterday to get my acrylic nails for Valentine’s Day and no once throughout did she ask me if I liked the shape or colour so I wasn’t aware how the nails really looked until they were completely done and I had gotten into my car. They were clumpy, messy, and just looked very rushed. I am not usually someone to complain but considering somehow I paid 78$ before tip even though on the phone I was told they would be 55$, they were much more than expensive then I anticipated and didn’t even come out how I wanted them. When I called this morning to see if I could possibly get them fixed and went in, the girl proceeded to tell me they “were fine” and “I would get used to them” and how she spent so much time on them and was basically implying she didn’t care enough to want to make her costumer happy. I have never left so shocked and surprised to have experienced something like that and will NEVER go back.

Went here for the first time yesterday and had a fantastic experience. Firstly, I was a bit late because traffic was terrible. They were very understanding and fit me in as soon as they could. The shop is quaint and lovely and has comfortable modern chairs and a good eye-line on the television so I didn't have to crane to watch the news. Everything was clean and crisp and well set out. I was getting a full acrylic nail set, and Lisa was my nail tech. She was personable, funny and gentle, and she took the time to speak to me and try and make me comfortable. She also checked with me about details every step of the way (shape, length, color, etc), and if I wasn't 100% happy with something she adjusted it until I was. Honestly, this is the best my nails have ever looked. I'm really pleased with them. And at the end they throw in a brief hand massage and cuticle care for good maintenance. And lastly! On top of all that! Their prices are better than most other places I've been. Needless to say, this is a place I will certainly be going back to, and I've already recommended it to a friend. Thank you to Popular Nails and to Lisa for a wonderful visit. Cheers!

Contacted and booked a appointment for dec 21, 2019 with Lisa, for a set of acrylic nails. I also asked Lisa if they call their clients as a reminder for their appointments. (competent businesses do this) She told me "yes". I booked 1 month ahead and she assured me she would call the day before my appointment. Did I receive a call....NO, I did not. I was helping my husband study for his 9 midterms as he is in school to become an RMT. We were going through a lot of stress as he had 9 midterms in a 2 week period. I wanted to do something nice for myself before Christmas, but I forgot all about my nail appointment. I expected a reminder and they didn't bother to call a client who booked so far ahead. Not even a call on the appointment day. It's such a shame that a business has no respect for a client, very disappointing. This company will not receive my business nor any business from my group of women friends who we have ladies day out that includes, manicures, pedicures and spa. Would give no stars but won't post without 1 star...???? Of course this business is going to put down the customer (even when they over book anyway) but will not take the responsibility for their own misconduct. This is a sign of an incompetent company.

When I booked I confirmed the price and when it came time to pay it was 30 dollars more. I took my daughter there for her birthday and the owner was pleading with us to change our package, my daughter wanted an experience so we did not change. The owner was on her personal phone for a good portion of the time. It felt like we were not important just a nuscence. There was walk in so she let her mom take that and we were there an extra 45 min because my daughter was left in the middle of her treatment. The mom was great the owner not so much. I would never recommend this place to anyone my daughters arm got burnt after the cream was left on her arm for 30min. The owner did not seem to care.
