I just attended this place and one of the ladies that works here (Jolie) was staring at me to the point of making me feel uncomfortable and then her customer started staring at me. So I asked “What?” and she looked at me and imitated that I was sitting with the tip of my nail in my mouth (the thinking position lol). and laughed at me! I couldn’t believe it! I told her that she is being rude! I will never be back here and me and my whole family have been coming here since Luxy opened! Not only did this place lose 1 customer, they have now lost 4 customers!

It was my first time going here and I loved everything people spoke English the place was clean the salon looked fantastic and I walked out with absolutely no complains I told the Nail Tech what I wanted and he did exactly what I wanted the conversation was great it's like I've known them forever and I will be going back there and my daughter and I enjoyed every minute of it

I came in today for a fill and design. The guy who did my nails (owner possibly) was super nice and did my nails above my expectations and took his time to make them perfect. Place was really clean and organized. Will deffinetly be making this my new nail place. Highly recommend.

My nails were strong before I went to this place. The lady was so rough with my nails and filed too much that I can see blood coming through. Its been a month that I have been here, still I can feel pain in my nails. And, there is only male person who can understand English. Its so hard to explain what you really want. Worst service!

The only good nail tec in this place is the man. The women that work there don’t speak English and just do what ever they want to your nails. I have had to go back and have them shorten and reshape my nails as they were not what I had asked for. After giving them lots of opportunities to get my nails right I will not be going back again.

Went here for a "treat myself" pregnancy pedicure. Amazing experience and very clean salon. Went during a weekday and it had lots of availability, weekends would recommend booking an appt. They have monthly specials sometimes so you can always inquire or even check on their Facebook page. Friendly staff and would highly recommend.

Came here last week with my mom to get our acrylic nails filled and they accommodated a short notice appointment for 2. John did an awesome job, and even went out of his way to find a solution for me when they didn't have a nail polish in the color I wanted (he found a glitter to dab on instead). Reasonable prices and clean studio, I will definitely be coming back here.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a Deluxe Pedicure. Very clean and friendly staff. The prices are really good, $45 which was a classic pedicure which includes sugar scrub, hot stone massage and paraffin wax treatment. Definitely recommend this place.

I asked for an appointment to get my gel nails redone. The girl started to file off the polish and realized I had filled nails and stopped after 1 hand....? They thought it was just a shellac?! Then they said I would have to come back the next day?!!!! The girl doing my nails wasn’t qualified to do what I needed and the other ppl were booked. She should’ve noticed before even touching my nails or the guy that booked me should’ve asked more questions. Horrible.. thank god I found a place to fix them before my meetings tmrw!!

Booked my appt yesterday and got in on the same day,the two gentlemen who did my nails did an amazing job! You can tell that they take pride into their work! It's been quite sometime I've found a place like this! The lady who did my moms did as awesome job as well! All three of them took pride in what they do! By far best nail salon in Langley!! Will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place! Atmosphere was comfortable and the place is kept very clean! Thank you again for the amazing job!!

Ok so my nail lady who literally is the best went on vacation...how rude...I never ever go to salons to get my nails done for a million reasons but this was an emergency....I went in and told them my story and John took me under his wing! I like fancy and long nails and he did an incredible job! Not to mention he was so gentle with my little hands! I will be going back but John is the only one that can touch these hands!! Thank you John!!!

How refreshing to find an awesome and CLEAN nail salon that’s local !! The last ‘salon’ I went to was AWFUL but this salon was the complete opposite experience ! - they text me a reminder the night before. Helpful & professional ???? - salon was very clean - talented and skilled nail techs who CARE about the work they do. They take their time to make sure it’s done perfectly. The shellac pedicure was extremely well done by a younger girl (she was a perfectionist!) I also got acrylic nails on my fingers and they turned out exactly like the picture I showed my nail tech and what I had in mind. In short, Highly recommend.

Found this place on Google, I was able to make an appointment on the same day. I saw Nancy for pedicure and manicure. She is super organized, clean, caring and really good at doing nails. She gave the best foot, and leg massage. I really like how sweet she was. I would definitely come back here again. I would recommend to anyone else wondering about this nail salon.

Very clean, friendly, and excellent nail techs here at Luxy nails! I went here after a quick google search. I was used to travelling to Port Coquitlam for my previous nails and will not go back! They make my acrylics look so natural. The amount of time and effort they put in, is the reason why I will continue. I’ve never had a nail salon have such an eye for detail. Clean, bright, comfy, has massage chairs and tvs, lots of colours, they can do a lot of designs. Always takes their time and makes sure the nails look pristine. Their nude/pink ombré is always AMAZING!!

I have recently moved to Langley. Was looking for a good place to get my gel nails done. I had read some positive reviews about this place and decided to get my nails done here. The person who did my nails was super gentle and professional. I had never had my nails done by male before. It was pretty impressive! One of the best services I have experienced so far. Reasonable price. Would totally recommend this place!

I took my girlfriend to get her nails done. We've never been to this place and wont be going back. One week into having them her middle nail broke so I took her back to get it fixed. Every other salon shes been to has never charged for a fix, this salon tried to charge her over $10 for a normal nail. Everyone shes spoken to is completely shocked they charged her to fix their faulty work, never mind charging her over $10.

This is one of the best nail salons I have ever gone to. My nails have never looked this nice and I am so so so happy with the results. The nail artist took his time and put in all his effort on making the nails look exactly how I wanted them to look. I am a very picky and annoying person when it comes to my nails, but this is by far the best job Ive ever had done and I have been going to many salons within the past 2 years. Also, the pricing is beyond reasonable and I plan on continuing to come to this salon for all my nail services. Thank you sooo much! <3

I have had super bad experiences with getting my nails done in salons before, with them not taking the time to actually care for your nails, so when I first came to Luxy Nails, I was super sceptical but they definitely proved me wrong. They are amazing, they have a super clean environment, a COVID friendly environment, super kind and nice technicians and always make getting a manicure or a pedicure a super enjoyable experience. Would 100% recommend, they are definitely my and my families go-to salon.

I called when they first opened and they said they could take me as soon as I walked in. Very clean stations, friendly staff. The lady who did my pedicure understood that I had ingrown toe nails and was very gentle but effective in relieving the pain I was feeling. Also when I first walked in, it didnt have that overwhelming smell of a nail salon. Very pleased with the service received. I will be comong back
