I've been coming here for years but there is a definite downturn in service. There used to be a dedicated reception, and there is not any longer, so your technician has to keep stopping to answer the phone or talk to walk ins. We had four pedicures and two sets of nails booked and they forgot about one of the pedicures, yet still continued to take walk ins. So we had to wait over and hour for our fourth pedi to be completed. Our services were good, but the terrible management took away from the experience and we were there far longer than we needed to be. Disappointed. Thanks to Helen for her good service though.

Clean and spacious environment. Service seem rushed, massage was half sloppy.. I got a mani & pedi combo and when my regular nail polish dried it was really bumpy and full of air pockets so i dont know if their nail polish quality is North American qualified. Besides that pricing was ok.

I went today for a manicure with shellac. Booked with Susan. Firstly, she cut my nails way shorter than I had asked her to, I stopped her right away and she did not correct her mistake. Secondly, she made them all different sizes. This is point, I was nearly in tears as I have so many events to attend this weekend. When I went to front desk to pay, I let her know exactly what went wrong. I like my nails long and to match my other hand (didn't think I was asking for too much) and she offered to "fix" them which meant cutting them shorter after I mentioned I like my nails long and offered me a 50% discount which I didn't think solved my problem with their customer service. I booked an appointment knowing that I would be paying in full for my services. Jessica at the front desk, was not actively listening to my problem nor offering a valid solution and overall did not care. Customer service is the worst, she told me to leave the store and not pay as a the solution to this. If you are looking for matching nails and a friendly salon - avoid at all costs.

This was my third time now going to LTN and I’ve been happy every time so far! I always see Anna and she is very accommodating to any asks I have, or gives me her suggestions and always shows me the newest colours that arrived. LTN is also very accommodating when trying to get additional services, it was very busy there today with the holidays and they fit in an additional pedicure and wax for me when I only had an appointment for a fill! I highly recommend LTN!!

Owner THI HUYEN TRANG is rude & has no customer service or etiquette! She ruined what would have been an over all good experience with repeat customers & christmas gift card purchases for our ladies in the family. I thought it was a language barrier at first & was ready to over look the fact the owner kept calling my beautiful mother an old lady after LTN misplaced $100 cash we gave for our services plus the tip! I booked a mani/pedi online the night before as a mom & daughter special event together at LTN nails. They lost my reservation so I waited while my Mom got her mani ( I was happy to be out with my mom) They were then able to squeeze me in for an express pedi while my mom waited. Tanya was our tech who was sweet, efficient & did a wonderful job! Mom & I paid together at the reception, giving $100 cash to Tanya who passed it to her co-worker. Mom & I left an additional tip in change which was also given to Tanya. Although I patiently tried to discuss the situation on the first couple of phone calls I had to block the manager/ owners number after she called me 13 times, repeatedly yelling and screaming ‘you & old lady’ no!!! Not my fault the salon staff misplaced the cash & certainly not appropriate to be treated so rudely! I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to go to LTN salon because of the terrible owner/manager THI HUYEN TRANG and her awful verbal abuse!!!

This nail salon is absolutely gorgeous. And the attention to detail by way of both personalizing your service and hygienic quality control is stellar. They've made an absolutely beautiful environment. I will be back for sure at least 8 more times so I fill my punch card and get my 10th pedicure free. Thank you

Beautiful space and excellent service! I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and had Helen do my nails, she went above and beyond and really let my vision come to life! She was very pleasant to talk to and made me feel like I was with a friend. I would absolutely come back and recommend this place to a friend!

I came in to get gels for the first time, to be honest the lady who was doing was nice but she was not professional at all, instead of getting rid of my cuticles she made them worse around my fingers were so red and bleeding after she was done and when she put lotion on my hands they were stinging from all the cuts. I did not like the design at all but I just went with the flow cause I felt bad. What made me super upset was the fact that a simple gel ended up being $50!!!! they only stayed on for 6 days (LESS THAN A WEEK) very disappointed. Don't recommend this place nor would I go back...

My second time here and not the greatest service. It’s too bad because this is such a beautiful salon! I had a basic pedicure and a manicure with shella and my service was done by two people at the same time. Communication was difficult and I tried to point out to the girl doing my pedicure that one of my toes was not filed properly. Afterwards she was about to repolish my nail (bright red polish) without a base coat and I had stop her. The service was very rushed and quite rough as well. I paid $60 for both and although it was pretty cheap I won’t be going back.

Nice new establishment. 12 manicure stations and 12 chairs for pedicures. Very clean and beautiful salon. Kind and very accommodating staff. Brought 8 girls here before my wedding and they helped us out last minute- even calling in extra technicians! Will be back soon????

It is extremely expensive. I had a gift certificate from a friend and used it towards another service and still ended up paying way more than I anticipated to pay. I will not be going back to the place unfortunately. They are charging too much for services I can get around my neighborhood for $20+ dollars cheaper.

Great nail salon, Lisa is fantastic. My only issue is since I started going here at least 1 nail breaks between every fill..never happened anywhere else not sure what is different. Otherwise very friendly and quick! Nice atmosphere!

Ive been here 3 times now. All different experiences. The ladies rushed to do our pedicures.. 1 hour pedicure turned into 35 minutes.. skipped the massage completely and didn't exfoliate the entire leg. There was maybe 5 people in the place and two other ladies came in and you could tell our techs were eager to go to the other ladies. We asked for a design.. and didn't get anything because my one lady didn't know how.. you are a nail tech that cant do a design?? And two pedicures with gel polish cost 140!?!? That's ridiculous. Wont return again.

Very disappointed. My heals are still very rough (does not even look like anything was done) . Overall the nail work was substandard. Polish was messy and the massage was weak.

Love the staff & the first time they did an excellent job on my nails but the second time my nail tech filed my skin in two areas on two different fingers really hard causing one of my fingers to bleed. After she saw it was bleeding she put paper towel on the cut- it stopped bleeding but then towards the end she filed the same cut on same bleeding finger really hard again causing me to jerk my hand away in pain. I’m not really sure why she would file the same cut again knowing it was just bleeding. I told the front desk girl but she had zero remorse-perhaps because it stopped bleeding & she didn’t see the cut prior. I am willing to give them another chance but will prob go to a different nail tech. Ouch.

Went in for a full set that was over priced. The nail tech also sliced my nail beds and they burned for a few days after until they healed. Now I'm left with a receeded cuticle and lots of hangnails.

Beautiful salon, always do a wonderful job. They play music videos which is a nice distraction. Salon is clean and smells nice. I have been a few times and never had a bad experience, even when I went back to have something fixed. Highly recommend.

We went to this nail salon as a bridal party to get our nails done and had the worst experience. There were 4 of us getting both manicures and pedicures (shellac and gel). When we arrived, we had asked if we’re able to bring wine as it is a bridal party and we’re advised no. When we finished with all our services, we saw a different bridal party that had just arrived with food and drinks. When we confronted them with it they said it was a miscommunication. Between the 4 of us, we spent over $500 and the services we had requested should not have lead to that. Although we paid for a full manicure, we did not get a manicure. It was only a color change. It seems as though they had overbooked and we’re rushigntgeough our service as they had another bridal party coming in. On top of that, when we called the store to complain, the receptionist said that if we did not like the service to go elsewhere. When we asked to speak to the manager, she said that they were not available. When we asked to leave a message, she said that the manager may take longer than a week to reply. This is the worst service that we’ve received. We were overcharged for the service we had requested. This was supposed to be an enjoyable experience for my sister’s wedding instead, howeve the service received did not lead to that.

I’ve been here 3 times and each time I haven’t been impressed. I always get a shellac pedicure and it chips within not even a week. Every other place I’ve gone, it’s lasted 1+ months. Considering I pay over $50, I’d expect their products to be better quality and for their work to last longer.

I've been here several times and at first I was very pleased with my nails and how they looked and the service was friendly. But the past two times I've gotten my acrylics the tech was rude and the nails started falling off. The nails that didn't break or fall off the polish chipped horribly and started peeling. Really unhappy with how the service and quality of nails are lately.

Worst service! Got my nails done in September and was cut on the finger by the nail tech and got an infection. Called in and the salon sent me an email for a free set the next time I come in (no where did it say a timeline or to come in and pickup a gift certificate). Went in to get my free set and the receptionist acknowledged that I was coming in to redeem my free set. However, when I went to pay, she proceeded to tell me that I did not come in to pick up the gift certificate and they threw it away. Since she knew I was coming in for the free set, she should have told me before I got my nails done that they threw away the gift certificate. Would not go back. They want to solve customers problems, but give you a hard time when you go in. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional!

I had been going here for a while, but the past 3 visits were unacceptable. The first visit, a girlfriend of mine and I got a set of classic manicures. I got 6 of my fingers done with a chrome finish but was charged for all 10. A classic manicure is $20 which we both got, so the price should have been around $50, but they charged my friend $85. Unfortunately, it was her first time there and wasn’t aware of what the prices were and didn’t tell me until we had left. The second visit, I had been given a frequent buyer card that was stamped when I first started going there ( buy 10 manicures and you get a free pedicure) so I went in to get a manicure and pedicure. They had filed my nails WAY down where I could bend my nail even after 5 coats of shellac polish. I went to use my 10 mani for 1 free pedi card to get my pedicure free, she looked at it, put it aside and then charged me for both anyway. I should have spoken up then, but I just didn’t add a tip and left. The third time, my girlfriend and I went back to get another set of classic manicures and I addressed how thin my nails were and simply said to go easy on them, she ignored and filed them until they burned. We get to the nails under the light part of the process, and my girlfriend's nail technician decided this was a great time to take MY personal nail file and start filing her own nails with it! Very unhygienic and inappropriate. We were charged correctly that time, but that will be the last time I go back. Bonus: The “Autoclaved” sterilization pouches that the nail tools are presented in were not autoclaved, I could see very clearly that the indicator on the package had not undergone a colour change, proving that autoclaving had been done.
