I just did Keratin lash lift and tint service. It did not straighten lashes at all or look longer. It was in fact curled up all going towards different directions and clumped when she gave me mirror. I was so shocked at first how the lashes are only half way done and some lashes bent towards different direction. Their Keratin lift is NOT Yummi Lash Lift. After service she started talking abt how my eyelashes are short which I ve never had Any problem before in other lash places and suggesting Envy. Obviously, she lacks skills to do this job. She did perm for 10 mins and tint for 10 mins and said it's done. She said it is to prevent damage to eyelashes??? Well lift is not even done so not sure how that strategy works. I've done lash lift for years and seriously, it is a scam to charge $110 for lash lift that is not even properly done. Even $40 regular lash lift place did way better job than this. Extremely disappointing.

Groupon beware. I bought a groupon over a month ago and there were no Saturdays available the month of July, August or September. I asked for the next available Saturday there was and she didn't "know the schedule yet". I'm sure if you didn't have one, you could get a regular appointment!

WRONG LASH and TOO much GLUE. I visited Kyla's to get hybrid lash extension and the eyelash extensions Kyla put on my lashes were heavy for my eyes. For my understanding the lash artist should know the type of lash need it on every person. Kyla just randomly put any lash without really looking carefully at what was the best for me, terrible job. I paid $150 to get a good job done and all I got was 4 day of painful eyes, red eyes, and UNABLE to brush them. After 4 days of having painful eyes, I have to go back to Kyla to get them removed. She was very nice in accommodating her schedule to remove the lashes quickly, but she didn't apologize for doing a bad job. Eyelash extension are customized to each individual an experienced lash tech with an eye for design should know on what type of lash is need it.

I have been toying with the idea of getting my brows done for quite a long time and was always worried about them not coming out right and then being stuck with them. This fear was put to rest immediately after looking at Kyla's work. Her work is versatile in the way that she matches her work to the clients face shape and natural brow shape. She takes her time and makes sure you leave with the confidence to take care of your brows along with the new found boost of self confidence that accompanies a phenomenal set of brows. I have been getting compliments contentiously since I got them done and have already had friends ask where I got them done! It is amazing what a great set of brows can do! If you are looking to get your brows done I HIGHLY recommend Kyla! You will have the most impeccable stunning brows around!

Kyla does my eyelash extensions and they are AMAZING. She is very precise and takes care to not cause any damage whatsoever. My lashes last at least 3-4 weeks and still look great. She is super sweet and her room is cozy and comfortable. I've also had microdermabrasion done by Kyla and I was very please with the results as well.

One word! STUNNING! Just one word to sum up my experience with Kyla, STUNNING. From the moment I walked in the door there was one pleasant thing after another. The intimate studio is a feast for the eyes, with an interesting mix of gothic and shabby chic. Kyla just adds to the ambiance with a fresh face, big blue eyes and an even bigger smile welcoming me at the door. I had questions about directions as my Nav wasn’t working but since she had already texted me to confirm the appointment 2 days before I was able to text her personal number and got a quick response getting me back on track. Now... for my lashes. I have been a very loyal client of an (overpriced) lash salon in Vancouver for almost three years. Living in Blaine Wa I have found that drive less and less desirable. I searched for something closer and couldn’t be happier with my decision. You know the saying “you don’t know how bad your lashes are until you finally get somebody in there that knows what the heck they are doing”. Well that pretty much sums up what just happened. My lashes honestly look better than they ever have and I couldn’t be happier. Kyla makes great conversation and apparently she does microblading too! Put down the sharpies girls, ;) #nobozobrows, let the professionals do it! I would highly recommend Kyla. If you already have a “lash girl” remember that old saying. Seriously...
