Best place in Langley (or Surrey) to get parts, supplies or advice for your pool. Have been going here for 15+ years and always get the best service possible. Update ... Spring 2020, the previous owner gave up ownership of this business due to failing health. He will be greatly missed. My dealings with the new owner and his staff have been excellent so far.

My experience with Jacuzzi Backyard living in Langley was phenomenal. My sales person Brett was extremely informative and attentive to my requests, and the owner Ken did a fantastic job at making me feel like I was his only customer. The delivery was very Smooth and exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend purchasing your first or next spa from one of Ken's 3 locations. You will not be disappointed.

Came in for the first time a few months ago and dealt with the owner Ken. He was quite rude and short with me when I decided I didn't want to purchase the product I was interested in. Other employees I spoke with were pleasant and helpful but my experience with the owner was terrible. Prices were very inflated, and in some cases the equivalent products were nearly half the price at other nearby stores. I will not be coming back after being treated as disrespectfully I was.
