First and last time... My therapist had a very strong body odor, he raccomended to do just the back when I get the whole body somewhere else in one hour time. Hygenicly did not look clean, he seemed to be tired, he movements were slow with frequent breaks. They charge $135 for an hr massage and at the end the card machine asked also for tip% are you kidding me??? Never seen that, ever. So when I go to my doctor I should tip him too??? So be prepared to pay $150 for an hr massage tip included.

Awesome massage place...open 7 days a week. Only 4 stars though as they charge 120.00 and most other places are 100.00 to 110.00 max. I get pretty much 10 massages a year with my 2 plans but have to fork out 5 bucks out of my pocket each time because the plans only cover 115.00 each visit...pretty lame guys. The RMTs have been pretty awesome though. Drop the extra 5 bucks guys then receive 5 stars!

Alright. Today, after booking over the phone for a massage treatment on my hips and back, I arrived for a 1HOUR service, was told to pay before my service began, and paid the $100 fee. My service started late (11:30-12:30), then closer to 12, after my service began and I was lying on a table (having already paid mind you) I was asked if I could stay longer- to 1pm- I said I can't because I have a course to attend, the therapist talked me into staying until 12:45, as I believed the extra 15minutes was complimentary for starting late, and being a first time client. I was wrong. By the time I got out at 12:45pm I was told that I could book the next treatment. Well, I got to the front and no appointment just a card machine shoved in front of me with another $54 charge! Charging me for the extra 30mins, which I didn't use. I made my thoughts and feelings on this unethical and disgraceful business tactics clear, the gentleman at the counter was spaced out, and couldn't care less, putting me on the hook for another $54, pretending he didn't understand. I am beyond upset now, and cannot believe the disgraceful business practice you have going on. I made my circumstances known, and you cared less about a customer than you did trying to milk me for what I was worth before proverbially spitting in my face on the way out. I have notified up to 15 other people as of this evening of your practice. Not only was I late for my 1:10pm appointment because of you, I was royally treated like a piece of trash. You can assume I won't be back along with many others who know of you now. Not that you cared though. You had no interest in my health or continuing my treatment and exercise. Disgusted at the personal who trapped a student customer like that. Bad community practices. Horrid ethical treatment. Pathetic business tactics

I've been going here for my massages (about 4-5 times) because I'm mostly covered under my work - and would rate their customer service a 5, their massage 4, and the cleanliness a 5, however, I agree with the reviews below because they do charge for 1 hour - BUT the massage has never been a full 1 hour. The actual massage is more like 47 - 51min. I do get the option to pay first or after, but I ussally pay before and I tip well. Just wondering why they cut the massage short ? because if I wasn't covered by my work - I don't think I would go here $

This is not a spa, however prices reflect that of a spa and are well above average when compared to similar services in the trading area. Suggest going to Spa Utopia if you are looking to spend the extra $ to pamper yourself or go to one of the many local competitors priced at or below $100 per hour for RMT massage therapy.

Excellent massage business. They direct billed my insurance with no hassle whatsoever. The appointment booking process was simple and can be done online. The staff was kind and courteous and very friendly. Plenty of free parking available as well as convenient operating hours. The RMT herself was professional and respectful and was accommodating to my needs. I will be returning here on a regular basis and have already reccommended it to friends and family.

This is a pretty good place. It looks like a spa, but it's staffed by RMTs, which is great. I find the prices can be a little high, but the service you're paying for is worth it. The entire team is pretty friendly, from the front staff to the RMTs themselves. It's a great environment and I would recommend going here. The online booking system could use a little work, so that's where my docked star comes in. I find it buggy and inconsistent. Often times it won't even load on multiple devices using different internet connections.

For someone who has major social anxiety the front desk gave a warm and friendly welcoming that immediately made me more comfortable- the front desk lady is very kind and helpful. I saw Jay for a deep tissue massage; since I do labour full time and I do rock climbing 3 times a week my shoulders and hips are usually quite tight (even after daily stretching) Jay was able to relieve more then %50 of my pain in the one session I have had so far… he’s super kind and respectful and amazing masseuse ! If you want deep tissue he will for sure give you deep tissue - I’ve gone to other masseuses in the passed and honestly he’s the best. 101% recommend this place and Jay as a masseuse.

Called in early November for a follow up, was told there was 2.5 week wait. My wife and I booked back to back appts for nov 21. When we arrived, we were told that were were wrong, and our appts were not until dec 21st. We tried to explain that there must be some sort of error, the woman at the front laughed at us, and refused to look into the situation. Less than impressed, and will not return.

I like the setting of the clinic and the comfortable feeling that you get when you're there; although it's a clinic, you feel more like you're at a spa. Roseana is fantastic at what she does! She's great at assessing situations and either talking or not talking depending on how I'm feeling that day. And her massage skills are great, too! The cost is a little pricey if you're not part of their Membership program, but reasonable if you have an issue and need reoccurring massages monthly. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

I have ongoing issues with back pain and I am very happy to have found Elements. Kristine, Kara Laura, Rosanna, Sarah, Jay and the others (I forgot the names) have been amazing. I always leave feeling better, less sore and have more range of motion. the massages Ive had at Elements have been excellent and therapeutic. You also deal with the most amazing receptionist. The elements team will take care of you. I highly recommend them.

They charge 25% more than other RMTs in the area after your first visit ($125/60 min vs. $100/60 min at most other places). Both times I went here the masseuse was 5 minutes late and ended 5 minutes early (60 min massage turned into 50 min).

I've been going to Elements twice weekly for the last two months to treat injuries, and I'm so glad I was referred to them (by multiple friends)! Very clean and professional, incredibly soothing (but not so much so that I fall asleep, which has happened at every other massage establishment I've been to). I've seen most of the staff, and everyone is an absolute delight! Anthony does the most amazing energy work, too; I always feel like I'm walking on clouds when I leave his sessions, ha ha.

Not pleased with the overall experience. Called beforehand to ask questions and could not get through multiple times. Emailed and never got a response back. Decided to go anyways because I was looking forward to treating myself after working a physically demanding job. The receptionist was pleasant and friendly when I arrived at least. The atmosphere in the waiting room was nice but the massage room was nothing special, could not really relax and I ended up being freezing cold the whole time. RMT seemed to use the same poor technique for like a whole 40 minutes on my back. Felt more like a weird back rub than an actual massage. Somehow I feel worse after than before I went in? Then I flipped over and she massaged each arm for like 5 minutes and then my forehead? Seemed like there was no rhyme or reason to anything she was doing. I have had much better massages for less in the past. Came here because the location was convenient but will not be returning.

Was able to book online immediately-same day, friendly staff, clean rooms and facility, great massage. Gabriela listens to your concerns, focuses on you and works her massage therapy magic.

Be aware they automatically add a $15 tip to your bill them pass you the payment machine open to the tip option without telling you a tip has been added. I'm not sure why they assume everyone would want to have a tip added . Registered massage therapist are not minimum wage earning service workers. I don't tip my doctor or physiotherapist.

I enjoyed everything about my experience with Elements Massage. The only criticism I have is in regards to a very unpleasant customer. After my massage was complete I waited to speak with the receptionist (I can't remember her name but she has short blond hair). I felt my experience with Elements was exceptional due to the first interaction I had with the receptionist being friendly, helpful and sweet. Her customer service was one of the reasons I will be coming back. That being said the customer in front of me was abrasive, rude, argumentative and attacked the receptionist personally. I was in the office when this customer first arrived, she and I finished our massages at the same time and I witnessed most of the conversation she had with the receptionist in the beginning and end. I was appalled at the tenacity of this customer. Everything else was amazing. My massage was one of the best I have had and I plan to spread the word about this wonderful establishment.

I booked my first appointment online, 2-3 weeks in advance, showed up and they told me I didn’t have an appointment!! I’m furious. She said it was a software issue and they call to confirm. Very inconvenient and in this day and age, if your software isn’t capable of managing this why offer it?!?! Didn’t get through the doors but rate them 1 star based on the lack of functionable technology & customer service. Better off to book somewhere else and be sure you have an appointment.

Everyone here is wonderful. RMTS are knowledgeable and do amazing work. Receptionists are super friendly and helpful. You can book online, via the Mindbody app, call in or in person on your appointment days. You can receive text, email, or phone call confirmations and reminders. They do direct billing for some insurances, which is why I went there to begin with. Love going here and would reccomend to anyone and everyone.

My massages with Rosanna are incredible and I feel like I have a 12 hour sleep after every 1hr massage. I’m that rested.. I only have good things to say about Elements Massage and Langley.

First time trying Elements massage today. I was a bit trepidatious, because I’ve been in chronic pain for 30 years, and although I have a high pain tolerance, parts of my body are tender. My misgivings were misplaced! I’m going to do a fairly thorough review, because there are so many massage places to choose from, and they’re not all professional or beneficial. I was warmly greeted by reception upon arriving, and was given some short forms to fill out (not a problem, in fact this information is crucial for proper and effective treatment, so I was glad to do it). The person at reception even offered use of the washroom before treatment began. I was greeted by the Registered Massage Therapist, Laura at the entrance to the treatment area. Laura thoroughly reviewed my medical history, areas of concern, and expectations and assured me that the depth of the treatment would be completely varied according to my comfort level. The room was clean, the table preheated, and fresh sheets, etc on the massage bed, and face/head rest. The music and ambience was calming, relaxing and nicely understated. The massage was perfect, and exactly the right pressures I needed, in all the areas that could be addressed within the one hour massage window. Upon finishing, Laura asked about how I was feeling, any areas of concern I had, and debriefed me on her thoughts of my future needs. She was absolutely professional, welcoming, and put me at ease from start to finish. She also gave me a complimentary bottle of water on leaving! The person at reception for payment was then efficient and organized, offering me a rebooking, and my choice of therapists (of course I chose Laura again!), and they have a wide variety of men and woman to chose from, and a great selection of hours of operation. I don’t have a single complaint or criticism, which is rare in this day and age! Great job Elements!!

Nice online booking system, great hours and appointments not booked way out, friendly staff, complimentary bottle of water BUT the final cost is too high for the services. This isn't a spa atmosphere like spa utopia, it is more like going to your local chiro/massage office but with nicely dimmed lighting as a bonus. My insurance provider won't even cover 80% of the massage cost stating it is higher than "reasonable and customary charges for this expense" so the additional $9+tax is out of pocket in addition to the remaining 20% - not to mention the tip (given the options they have given you to do so, it is fair to say tipping is expected) .. I liked this place, but not enough to use as my go-to and not enough to be top on my referral list.
