Ever since I walked into this place and I got my haircut from Naomi over 2 years ago I have had amazing and perfect hair. Never disappointed. Her brow waxes make me look really good. The music even relaxes me. Everything about this place is the best. Awesome staff :)

I have been coming to Eccotique for approximately the last 15 Years or so. I have never had a bad experience, I’ve sampled most of the services here but my favourite by far are the facials and pedicures. Tamara is the BEST! All of the staff are amazingly friendly and knowledgeable about the Dermalogica line of skin care products - which is my go to skin care system. Love this line. I even recently had a hair service here by Naomi and was very pleased with service and style she did. I can without a doubt recommend this spa !

This spa is under rated. Their prices are amazing for their services especially when it comes to the great service providers. I followed natasha from another spa and she is amazing. Best wax I've had, ever! She also uses hard wax. Fast efficient and painless. Highly recommend her.

I was so pleased with the products she recommended and will now be purchasing my moisturizers and hair products at Eccotique. Went because of the reviews but would not return. They offered me water at the front then forgot, wax tech told me not to even take my coat off? The tech insulted me twice during my visit- once by suggesting my microbladed eyebrow was wrong and once by suggesting I sneak out of the mall by a back hallway because my face was red after waxing despite me saying I was fine several times. I also left with wax drips in my hair, on my chin, and behind my ear. When I got home I still had to pluck one of my eyebrows. Had another appointment booked which I subsequently cancelled. After a rough few months was hoping for some small pampering but instead it was a super disappointing experience.

I made a purchase here and then called this place after a couple weeks to ask a question. The staff couldn’t help me. They said they will have their manager call me in two days. The managers name is Missy. It’s been over a week and I have yet to receive a call. I called to follow up after waiting for a week, I was advised again she will call me. They are giving me the run around. Still nothing. Not good customer service.

If you care about your health, DO NOT GO HERE! They let their estheticians choose to wear masks and some of them aren’t vaccinated!! Super unprofessional during this time. The employees should be wearing masks still for everyone’s safety. Will NEVER go here again

I've never had such additude from a sales person ever before. Went in was going to purchase a few hundred dollars of product. I've heard the girl say they had no bags. I said to her you have no bags. Sorry but I wont beable to carry all this around. She lashed at me " ya we have mo bags this isn't my fault' I told her I wasn't being rude. Just stating a fact and she didn't have to be so rude to me and additude. I know with Christmas and not having bags is not fun. But being polite doesn't take that much energy. I'm never going g back here again. Now I can see why people say never go to this business.

Just returned home from a gel pedicure with Leah!! She was so very sweet and personable. She made it feel like I had been her client for such long time even though I am brand new to her! The place is also spotless which is awesome and makes me feel totally at ease. I am already trying to plan out when I can visit the spa for another service. Will for sure be coming back!

I have had facials, waxing, massages, micoblading and pedicures with Natasha. Followed her to this location! Love my eyebrows! She knows what she’s doing!! Very professional and friendly! Wow @eccotique, I'm just completely confused as to why you would turn down a $350 sale, especially in a time when business is NOT like it used to be. My husband took the time to visit your Willowbrook langley location after work today to buy me a whole facial Care line for our anniversary. In order to keep it a secret/surprise he needed to pay cash as we have a shared credit and bank account and he really wanted to surprise me. As he was about to pay with cash the sales assistant told him cash was not accepted and that was it. My husband was willing to pay you $350 and he was just told no. No apology, no willingness to help him out. Just a flat out no thanks, we don't want your money. I am empathetic to the times but if you are running a business and you are not even willing to accept cash then what is the point? I have not heard Dr. Bonnie Henry once say that cash is not safe. Please explain?

This is probably the worst place to buy anything. We drove 45 minutes from home to shop at Willowbrook to look for a bracelet for a Christmas present. I found one that I liked which was a Swarovski bangle bracelet for $168. We took it home and the next day I wore it for about an hour. It wouldn't fit properly on my wrist so it was very uncomfortable. We decided to return it only to find a stamp on the receipt that said no returns. No one told us this so I called them up and they said I could return it but had to exchange it for something else. We bought this bracelet at the retail price of $165 with no discount. We told them over and over again that we were never told this. If we were told, we wouldn't have ever bought this bracelet. They finally said OK. If you bring it in this afternoon before 4 o'clock, we will give you the money back. My husband travelled all the way back to Langley on the day before Christmas to return it, only to find out that they saw a little scratch on it and therefore they refused to give us any money back. So if you have bought something that you tried out for only one hour, and then have a scratch on it, they will already not return the money for the product or do an exchange. You don't know what this product is made of. Certainly something that you cannot wear anywhere so they refused to give us a refund and my husband went back home with the bracelet . I am warning you to be aware of what you shop for and be aware of what their return policy is. These people have a no return policy.
