He understood that we were out of our element, never having owned a hot tub before and he made sure he took the proper time to make sure we were comfortable . He understood that it isn't always easy to get organized with two little ones around and he helped take care of everything making sure it was a very smooth transaction for us. Bought my first hot-tub from Michelle at Coast Spas in 2007 and with the help of Terry we just traded that one in on a new model. All along the staff at Coast Spas has been fantastic. The service department is excellent and has always been there to answer any questions I might have. The thing I love the most is every time I bring my water sample in to be tested weekly I'm always greeted by name. In the 10 years I've been visiting there, many of the staff are the same and have moved to different jobs in the company. It's kind of like watching your family grow up. The quality of the product as well as the friendly helpful staff is why I always recommend Coast Spas to anybody that is looking to get a hot-tub. Thanks gang, we're loving our new hot-tub! Just bought a Coast spa from the Langley store. Craig guided us through the process - we are 1st time buyers. He spent a lot of time with us, explained everything thoroughly and wasn't pushy or one of those high pressure sales guys. Overall, we feel we got a really good buy and it was a good experience with the staff in Langley. The other thing we really liked about the Coast Spa line is that it is built locally and it seems like parts and service won't be a problem,.

So we bought our hot tub from these guys...... After the buy tho, the service is less than professional. Unless your sales rep is at the store when you go back for maintenance products, don't even think about getting a deal even close to when they were trying to sweet talk you into buying the tub in the first place. Spent 10,000.00 and can't even get a discount on sample spa scents..... Wow disappointed to say the least.... Now I get my supplies at a different store.

I have owned my new hot tub since December 2018, so about 10 months now. It is used daily, so that is what 5 years in hot tub years? I was very impressed with Janelle, she took me seriously and found the perfect tub for me. This one is perfect for our winters here in the interior of BC. The 7 hp pump upgrade is nothing short of amazing! I have the Element with the lounger; my preference was the Cascade infinity edge, but it is a major concern for freezing in our winter climate. Too bad, but... I was asked by a friend what is my favorite seat in the tub, and they are all fantastic. Well done Coast Spas and Coast Spas Lifestyles! Dan T

Walked into the show room with full intentions of buying a hot tub that day as we just moved to a new house and were in withdrawal from not having one anymore. We knew with Covid the wait time was through the roof (6-8 months). We met with Daniel who showed us what Coast has to offer. We narrowed it down to 2 tubs at which point we were given a price to mull over. Having purchased hot tubs in the past - we know there is ALWAYS wiggle room. It's no different than cars.... Never take the sticker price! I'm not sure if Daniel could sniff the imminent sale or not because we were super close to pulling the trigger. But he flat out refused even to entertain dropping the price, or even go speak to a Manager or someone of higher authority. Even $500 or a bunch of accessories would have solidified it... Just put a little more effort into the deal and you and Coast could have had a quick sale. Instead, you let us walk away without retrieving our contact info for even a call back or follow up. You even peered into our car several times as my wife and I sat and talked things over for almost 10 mins. So instead, we we drove down the road to Universal Spas and bought a Bullfrog hot tub from the owner Jin...... What a customer experience! She did everything she could to get us the best price that met our budget. Maybe Coast have the upper hand in that demand exceeds supply and they can afford to let customers walk from a deal because they know someone else will come along and pay full price. But sooner or later the pendulum will swing back and you'll be desperate for a quick sale to walk in the door. Referrals also go a long way and I'll be sure to let any of the 18000 people I work with know to avoid Coast Langley because of this experience if they ask. I felt gouged and am sooooo glad we didn't settle and pull the trigger.

Open for business during COVID just wear your mask. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Researched several manufacturers, looked at the other local shops then came back to Coast. Manufacturing plant is around the corner so parts and support are easily obtained. External filter should be standard on all tubs but only found it on Coast spas.

Great day yesterday. 10 years in the planning. (Perhaps too long?) The service was extremely professional. It's like going to the camera section in London Drugs, the staff are so well informed. We had zero unanswered questions. Janelle was our expert. Absolutely top notch woman! We were not pressured to purchase. Coast has a great reputation and history. They're manufactured in Langley! They've been around for decades. I feel confident that they'll want to make a solid product for us to enjoy for many years. (About 8 weeks for delivery) This product isn't going to fall apart in a few years and end up in the landfill like one from the big box stores. Believe me, I was tempted to pay less but the options & benefits on this brand far outweigh the point of paying for short term gain and wishing we had: stronger jets, double layered filter (super easy to clean), external and easy access filter, lifetime guarantee on the tub shell, 3 year warranty on everything else, LOCAL repair and service department, oh, and a mouse proof base so no unwanted visitors unlike your standard tubs. They also spray foam to insult and create a barrier around all the parts and tubes. I couldn't be more confident in our purchase yesterday. The only downside, I won't want to leave my yard to go on holiday.

Exceptional Service!!! We purchased an Element hot tub on Nov 5, 2019 from Coast Spas. Salespeople Janelle & Terry were friendly, informative, let us know about upcoming deals & Janelle went the extra mile & worked out a deal with us to get the hot tub that would both meet our needs and expectations! The delivery was seamless and coordinated very soon after purchase. The delivery guys were fabulous, help us set everything up and even changed the cover fasteners due to a last minute change in the orientation of the tub. I booked the free spa orientation and Terry came out to go over the new spa with me. We went over the controls, settings to use in different situations, chemicals and Terry answered all the questions I had. Terry is a great asset and I urge everyone to use this service even if you have had a hot tub previously, as I had. Great service Terry!! My experience & service from Coast Spas was exceptional and I would highly recommend them!! Great job Coast Spas team!! Excellent Product!! We are so happy with our new Element hot tub. We went from a very old tub with 4 jets lol to the new Element with 50 jets!! i bought a hot tub from coast in 2009 and it is still running perfectly. i was a rookie when it came to maintenance, but the ladies at coast are so helpful and professional, and friendly. i take my water in for testing regularly, and they make sure my water is perfect and answer any questions i have relating to care and upkeep. as a result my hot tub is still like brand new. my only complaint relates to the fact that i'd like a new tub with all the new changes in technology, but i have absolutely no reason to sell my existing tub. Dang!

Huge shout out to Kyle the service manager. We have a 15 year old tub and are trying to get a few more years out of it. Our pump failed and we had to buy another one. Ouch! But Kyle was so wonderful in helping us diagnose and solve the problems that we were happy to spend the money. Kyle will treat you like you are the ONLY customer! Also a shout to Mist who is pleasant and helpful. Clearly this is the culture that Coast is developing and will be the ones I buy my next tub from!

Great customer service. Had our new tub delivered on Monday. The lid and lift cover were not installed that day as the delivery person said they would come back on Friday. The windstorm took the lid for a bit of a trip and damaged it. Coast was awesome regarding the lid issue and sent someone out to have a look right away. They replaced the lid free of charge and the technician even assembled our stairs. I would highly recommend Coast to anyone looking for great customer service.

I have to share my Coast Spas experience. I had been been thinking of purchasing a hot tub for quite some time and was recently at friends place and tried out the hot tub they had. They went on and on about Coast Spas and how they were so impressed with their sales experience and told me I was crazy not to buy from Coast Spas. I decided to venture out one day and accidentally went to the Coast Spas Manufacturing plant instead of the retail store- the folks at the plant were very helpful and provided directions to the store just down the road. I ended up purchasing from Coast Spas Lifestyles because my friends were right! The staff was extremely helpful and provided a ton of information that I had never even considered before -such as filtration. There are so many beautiful hot tubs to choose from.Sales were not pushy and my experience was not by any means a typical 'sales' experience. Their store is absolutely pristine with helpful happy staff and I am absolutely satisfied. I am in my hot tub at least 5-6 nights a week!

Terrible service today. I have been using Coast spa for a long time especially for products and once to repair a pump. Today I asked for service and they said no because I don’t have a coast spa. No problem taking my money but when in need them I get pushed to the side. On there service ad they state they service all spas but not today. Poor service and definitely not a way to treat a long time customer. Never again.

Horrible service, went to look for a new tub. After 1/2 hr with no one even saying hi, we went to leave and got a reluctant "did you have any more questions" Explained that we had been there for 1/2 hr with no one helping, the girl was very nice and asked us to hold on for a moment while she got someone. This sales person showed us 2 tubs one inside on the floor and the other outside and then disappeared. We left, we down the road to another spa location, bought a beautiful hot tub (great sales person, sold us on one twice as much as we originally wanted to spend) Shows its all in the salesmanship.

i have been looking for a hot tub for a while now, and made the best choice with coast spas, Janelle was awesome with the sale, no pressure, very pleasant, she made it an enjoyable experience and was very helpful and accommodating all the way until i was soaking in my new tub Delivery was on time, they got it in place, set it up like pros. Then i got a free, onsite spa school where he gave me all sorts of info and answered all my questions and sold me a chemical package at a discount. i also bring water samples in frequently to test free of charge, and i leave with instructions to keep the water safe and crystal clear The spas are built locally with local support You wont get all this buy buying online, or these travelling, high pressure hot tub blow out sales, or at a show with out of country manufacturers I took a long time for me to finally make a purchase because i am the type of person that has to analyze and compare and research all the details first i know i made the right choice with coast spas, thanks guys, your the best!

We purchased a hot tub from Coast in March. As this was our first hot tub we had a lot of questions. The sales associate (Chung) was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. We received our tub in May, as promised and we couldn't be happier with the selection we made. The tub looks great and preforms well. The quality seems a significant step above other tubs we had looked at. We would highly recommend Coast if in the market for a hot tub!

**Updated review** I had a bad experience with customer service regarding our new hotub cover handle that had broke after 5 months. I was told It would not be covered due to it being physical damage. After leaving a lengthy review about my experience I got a promt reply which to my surprise exceeded my expectations of what I thought could resolve the issue. They are replacing the entire hot tub cover! We are beyond pleased with this result as I was only hoping for a repair. I am happily convinced I was wrong in my original review about this company and their customer care. Thank you coast spas for correcting this issue immediately.

Let me start with saying we love our hot tub! Edites to say: They have stepped up and have fixed our tub and jumped on replying to emails and calling me and being super helpful! Happy to say my tub is fixed and back in working order!! But the customer service i have recived over the past few days has been horrible! Ive left multiple voicemails and have not recived a call back. I have recived responses to my email with nothing more then we need the serial number before we can provide any assistance and then proceed to take 24+ hours to reply to emails with no solutions to our problem. I am still waiting for help with what im hoping will be a simple solution but it should take days on end to get responses or even worse no response what so ever. 5 star hot tubs...0 star customer service.

We came in curious and "just looking" at the price of hot tubs since we knew nothing about them. Our salesman Craig in Langley was extremely helpful and made sure all our questions and concerns were thoroughly answered and explained to us. He made sure we knew what we really wanted in a tub for ourselves and what we should be looking for. After going to a couple other spa places, we realized that we couldn't find anything comparable to what we found at coast, quality and cost wise so we went back and bought our tub from coast. The delivery guys WERE AWESOME. It had to be delivered through our neighbors yard by removing a fence panel. They made sure everything was put back the way it was, in both my yard and neighbors yard and they were very friendly. I would, and have already recommended Coast spas to friends looking for a hot tub. Thank you for the friendly service!

Amazing in the store when you’re looking to purchase a hot tub from them, they are so helpful calling you back and making sure if they can give you any more information to make your purchase any easier. But here’s the poor part is once you purchase the hot tub and you get it in your yard, nothing to do with you we had nothing but troubles with the lid assist and finally they just told us this is the one we have to except. It ended up ripping out of our hot tub and they refuse to come back and fix it and blamed it on us. Now our brand new hot tubs heat pump blew in this winter storm, ask what we should do about our hot tub they told us that they could come out on Thursday. They did not advise us our hot tub could freeze now that there’s no power going to the hot tub or how to prepare the hot tub. We end up calling another hot tub company closer to us and they informed us we have to be very careful because our hot tub can freeze and call them back and tell them we need to get this done with. Told us that we are too far away for them to deal with it anytime soon we are only live 30 minutes away when we purchased the hot tub they never mentioned our distance would be a problem no. We called another hot tub place and they informed us Did you get it fixed right away or a hot tub could freeze cosponsor not want us or tell us about any of this and we could’ve lost our hot tub has no responsibility they beware in what you buy

My wife and I recently bought a new place with a large outdoor deck and great views but we wanted a spa to complete the setting. We looked around and did a lot of research and came to the conclusion that, not only is Coast Spas local, but they also make the best spa on the market.We ordered a custom spa from Coast then mentioned that we need to arrange delivery to a 4th floor rooftop. Coast helped with every aspect including introducing us to the crane company and the electrician. Although it eventually needed to be air-lifted in by helicopter, Coast was tremendously helpful with all the logistics and everything went beautifully. We couldn't be happier with our spa, and the outstanding service we've received from everyone including Jon and especially Amanda.

We bought our spa last year and we had big delays with our new build, Coast was super patient with us holding our tub until we could receive it on site. We love our tub but more importantly we are super impressed with the awesome customer service we have received from coast.
