This is the best kept secrect of Langley! What a wonderful mini getaway, on a Monday afternoon! Instead of spending an entire day to drive up to Whistler. Cave Cure & Therapies, was able to emulate the essential features of the Scandinavian Spa, into an amazing expetience for both my self and my spouse. We partook in there "Date Night Bath", which came with a pair of divine champagne and freshly covered chocolate strawberries. I would highly recommend this experience to any couple looking to recconect or escape your kids for a couple of hours

Literally the best mineral bath experience. The staff was super friendly and excited when I went in. They give you gowns to change into. The mineral bath was great, complimentary strawberries covered in chocolate and drinks. It makes the whole experience so exquisite. Moreover, the relaxation room had a whole bunch of little treats as we booked the birthday addition. It was a nice little way to start our morning.

Very unprofessional, they sent me a massage therapist who kept talking was not very relaxed at all and after I complained and told them what happened the manager told me after I paid that it was a student in training, when she should’ve told me in the beginning. Save your money don’t come here.

A truly Phenomenal experience for my husband & I. We indulged in the Mineral Bath today & hours after, we are still feeling amazing. Greeted by the lovely Diane, Jordan & Melissa (they are all so inviting & kind), The bath was incredibly soothing, relaxing & peaceful. I loved being able to shut-out the stresses of the outside world, staring up at the twinkly stars above us & surrounded by candlelight. Afterwards, we dressed in comfy robes & slippers. We were given a private room, complete with calming & tranquil lighting, seating & music. Upon entering our couples room, we were pleasantly surprised with a pot of delicious Chakra tea & delightful, sumptuous treats. The atmosphere & amazing people here have confirmed that we are now, “Cave Lifers ♥️” We plan to book the mineral bath again, followed by massage. There are also a plethora of treatments we cannot wait to have, including their workshops which ALL look amazing! Thank-you for such a wonderful 1st experience!

Lovely experience! Booked the mineral pool and massage for two, there was a bit of a bumpy start when our scheduled appointment time came and went without anyone updating us what was going on. Turns out the guests ahead of us left late so we had to wait longer. The staff are very pleasant and friendly, offering tea and light snacks before we started and in the wait time between. Lovely rooms and peaceful music.

The location is nice but they don’t have enough therapists working and the first occasion they canceled which I understood because their had been a family crisis but I was told they’d make up with it which to be honest they failed at. Booked the second chance on our anniversary for both my wife and I to get treatments and they only booked in one Maseus, I had to go to elsewhere while my wife had her massage. We had the mineral bath afterwards and it was luke warm, which they said was normal, if that’s the case they should say something about that ahead of time because I’d have opted out. I think they need to hire more therapists and less front staff because they were pretty laid back about the whole thing being mediocre. I hope that they see this constructive criticism and work towards making their space better because it could be so much more. I hope they work towards this.

I just had a massage with Jessica and it was amazing. I have had serious pain in my back/shoulders for 15+ years that I just thought I had to live with. I’ve tried everything including IMS and ultrasound but nothing worked until today. After my treatment with Jessica my range of motion is significantly improved and I already feel less pain! I would not go here again. What you receive for what you pay is NOT worth it. I had wanted to go for a long time so my boyfriend took me for my birthday. The experience was very underwhelming to say the least. I really would not recommend this place to anyone. It looks gorgeous inside & the staff is friendly, but just not worth it at all.

Took my girlfriend here on a romantic date (“couples reconnect”) for her birthday. We were impressed! The lighting, bath and music was very relaxing. The chocolate covered strawberries and wine were amazing. Very accommodating to us as we are both gluten free (the treats were DELICIOUS). The staff were all informative and friendly. I’ve already recommended it to multiple people. Will be back again soon!

I bought the package that Cave used to have for 4 mineral baths for 2 people. It was a great price and was very excited. 2 out of our 4 visits we didn't get tea/treats - which is unfortunate since it was advertised. One of the visits the gentleman that was working let us stay a little longer in the spa as we were the last appointment of the day. The bath itself was very nice. the water temperature never really got to the warmth that I was hoping for. I believe the original price for the couples mineral bath was more appropriate for what is provided. I will not be coming back due to the almost double increase of the price.

I booked an appointment for the cave mineral bath for my boyfriend and I, but had to cancel on the morning of because I was experiencing COVID related symptoms (congestion, cough, and runny nose). I understand that it's very inconvenient that I cancelled on the morning of, but I had no choice, I do not want to show up to the spa with the possibility of having COVID. In the appointment reminder email Cave Therapies sent me last week, which I have attached in this review, it states that they waive the late cancellation fee if you are experiencing symptoms. When I called the spa to cancel the appointment, I mentioned their new policy and she said that they have never had that policy. Why is the new policy stated on the email then? The staff member on the phone still ended up charging me the full price of the appointment. I am quite upset and disappointed and because of this experience, I do not want to reschedule another appointment. I do not recommend.

My visit started with a massage from Jessica - she was great. She made me feel comfortable and she was very knowledgeable about my frozen shoulder and provided tips for me. Then I had the mineral bath. At first I was disappointed because I thought it was supposed to be an hour but learned at it's an hour experience - half an hour in the mineral bath/hydrotherapy and half an hour for tea, treats, relaxation. Honestly half an hour was enough for me in the bath. It was super lovely, I just have a problem relaxing lol.

Love Cave and love Tracy. Have seen Tracy several times for acupuncture. She is a healer! Kind, compassionate and most importantly...competent. I struggle with lots of muscle tension and pain. Her treatments help significantly and the lovely rapport we have is a bonus. She gives you her full attention and really listens and treats the root of your symptoms. She walks you though the what and why of what she is doing during the treatment. If I could give more stars, I would.

To say that my experience here was atrocious, would be an understatement. My boyfriend planned a "couples retreat" package here at cave therapy for us to go to on Tuesday, January 4th, as we were very much looking forward to but unfortunately we both came down with the Omicron Covid19 variant that morning due to waking up with symptoms and taking a rapid test to confirm. My boyfriend called to notify them that we would like to reschedule but unfortunately we gave them "too little notice" (as if we knew we would wake up with covid?) and proceeded to charge my boyfriends card with 100% of the service that we did not get to even experience. As a a business owner myself, I understand cancellation policies, however I also understand we are currently in a global pandemic and there must be lenience in policies. I did not expect a full refund, I only had expected to reschedule. Cave Cure & Therapies robbed us of 100% of a treatment that we did not experience even though their policy states they will only take 50% of the payment if a cancellation occurs. Even after calling and explaining my perspective as a potential consumer of this business, the owner was unapologetically incomprehensible. Please do not support this business as they do not wish the best for you or your health.

Great cafe. Opened just recently but their pastries and teas are very tasty, lots of gluten free options. Very friendly staff. There's a therapy clinic as well, which is what we came in to see but haven't used yet. The staff was knowledgable however and we'll be going back to check out their therapeutic options too. The cafe decor was very unique and is worth the trip alone. The owner did most of the work himself and the attention to detail really shows.

Wow, what a beautiful space, there's a very positive calming happy vibe in this place. I was offered a tea/coffee as I entered, taken to a very cool room with a large mandala mural on the wall, calm lighting, very high level of service from Camelia. Camelia was great, nurturing caring and had strong pressure, which I love in a massage! I had a second service with Karen which took me to a very deep place. I was exhausted when I came in and feel much lighter since my services a few weeks ago! See you all again soon :)

The Cave is Langleys newest and unique gem.. First time I walked in I was blown away with the decor, cleanliness, with a bright and welcoming atmosphere...plenty of products and unique services to offer everyone from massages, spa services , to counseling.. Love the wooden ceiling!! The ample choices of fresh food/juices and coffee was a great addition to the friendly owners also.. I highly recommend you take a peek at the Cave.. 5 stars.

Went today for the first time and am utterly impressed, right from the call yestetday the staff went above and beyond to service our needs. We both had simultaneous deep tissue masssages, which I've never had with such positive and lasting results. Followed the massages up with a mineral bath accentuating the massages, leaving both of us in a euphoric state of complete relaxation. After the bath, a special birthday treat for her finishing off our visit perfectly. Booked our next visit before leaving, thank you to all for everything.....definitely a regular occurence from here on in. James

A different kind "Date Night" My wife and I had a great time last night @ cave therapies! the Mineral bath and hydrotherapy was exactly what we needed to chill out after a hard week, from the minute you walk in to the end everyone was so pleasant and really trying to make your experience outstanding, the tea and deserts at the end was perfect to cap off a very chilling experience, if you need to relax after a hard day or week! we would highly recommend. If you're not relaxed by the end of the evening?? there is no hope for You LOL!

I booked a treatment for my husband and I for his birthday. Unfortunately he developed a cough the night before so I had to cancel due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. (We got tested after and luckily both came out negative). Cave still charged us the whole price of the treatment even though we had no choice but to cancel. Cave requires people who have symptoms to cancel their appointments but will still charge you the full price if cancel because of said symptoms. They suggested us to find friends to fill in our place but on a Saturday in the summer time, we couldn’t find anyone. Quite upset with the service here. Wouldn’t recommend

Had such a terrible experience! I heard really good things about this place and though I'd try it out, went in at 8am in the morning. The girl was really nice she brought us to a room to get changed into robes and then walked us over to the mineral bath. We get in and literally 5 minutes later the water starts to drain, lights in the tub turn off, and so do the bubbles. We got out and got the girl to come take a look she said she's never seen this happen and to fill it back up again. Took 20 mins to fill it back up and get everything working again. We get in and THE WATER STARTS TO DRAIN AGAIN! I got out, put on my robe and told the lady that we are leaving because it keeps draining. She offered a 15% off discount for my experience and gave her boss's number to contact. I called her boss while I was there and told him about my experience and that I drove 30 minutes early morning just cause everyone was raving about this place. He offered a 15% discount and a 15% discount for my next visit. I truly feel like he should've at least waived the payment because of the experience I had and I didn't even get a chance to sit in the mineral bath along with that we got treats at the end we didn't even eat those because our experience was so terrible I just wanted to leave at that point. I'm probably never gonna go back worst experience I've ever had!!!!

I was looking forward to enjoying a massage and mineral bath date night as a special treat to my Husband. As a new mother, I don’t get out much. Unfortunately on the day I was supposed to come in, my baby woke up with a bad cough and cold. I had to cancel as I am not going anywhere while being around a sick baby as you aren’t supposed to be going to public places let alone wellness facilities. I sent them an email and it took them 3.5 hours to respond, only to tell me that they are going to charge me 50% of the missed service. I understand that businesses need to make money but this is just absurd. I work in healthcare and during COViD we understand when people are sick as we don’t want sick people coming into our business making our staff and other patrons sick. Obviously Cave Therapies cares more about money than their clients.

Cave has a variety of services at a variety of price points. Whether you need clinical support or some pampering, Cave has it all. It's the kind of spa like atmosphere for a wellness centre you'd expect in LA or downtown Vancouver. I have tried a variety of their services and yet to be disappointed. I will continue to go back and try new services and treatments!

I have had 2 services with Karen at Cave and she is amazing! I booked a full 2 hour Reiki session with her, and started with a 20 min soak in the mineral pool (which is such a treat with the twinkling star roof and lovely decor and candles). She began with some guided imagery which relaxed me even further, and worked on energy blocks in my body. I had been feeling very scattered and ungrounded, and after my session I was completely relaxed and centered, and over the next several days I continued to feel this way. It helped me so much. Karen is very warm and kind, and clearly knows her energy work. I also booked a CCMBA/CCSMC treatment--Complete Cellular Mind Body Alignment treatment. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was also very relaxing. This treatment is mostly lying on a mat with my head supported by Karen. I experienced some kind of shift in my body--very interesting. I have been feeling fantastic. I love this kind of work, and I really feel Karen has helped me when I was feeling a lot of anxiety and stress. I also attended a meditation class that she led, which used guided imagery as well, and it was a simply beautiful way to spend an hour. I would recommend Karen for anyone interested in energy work and soul healing. :-)

Utterly disgusted with how I was treated at this place. I booked a couples retreat for me and my girlfriend. The day before I received confirmations calls and agreed id be able to make it. Everything was a go. Then the following morning I woke up with covid. I called ahead to do the polite thing and let them know I had covid and didn't want to put them at risk of getting sick as any polite person would do. I was then met with zero understanding and because of their "cancellation policy" I was going to get charged still and the option of re-booking was possible but at normal price plus the cancel fee. I tried to be respectful and explain how there has to be some way to work it out fairly because of the nature of my cancelation. They wouldn't not compromise or work anything out and said i'd be charged 50% of the price for not giving them 24 hour "heads up". They then went on to express they would try and fill the spot and call me back regardless to let me know if they sorted it out. I wasn't called back and was charged the FULL AMOUNT instead of the 50% that I thought out of kindness made sense. Very upset and will not be returning. As well spreading the word any time you come up in convo.

I went to cave for the mineral bath for my birthday. It was so nice and exactly what I needed to have a little TLC and relax after the holidays. Being a mom of two little ones it totally helped my back and body aches go away. Great Experience and awesome staff!!

Wow. Such a good experience. Had a facial and massage and both services were heavenly. The Cave follows all the covid guidelines and still manages to make your experience special. The treats during the mineral bath were a nice touch. I'd definitely go back and highly recommend it.

My mineral bath treatment was incredible. Plush robes, towels and slippers are provided. My friend & I spent about 20 minutes in the mineral bath treatment room. It's very relaxing in the hot bath where we enjoyed soothing music, nature sounds, twinkling-star lights overhead, and chromotherapy. After our treatment we were served a custom-blend Chakra tea with delicious treats while allowing our bodies to reap the benefits of the 100+ vitamins & minerals that were part of our treatment. We were very well taken care of. Everything and every space is very clean. Owners/hosts Melissa and Jordan are the most wonderful and gracious people. I can't wait to go back. I definitely recommend Cave Cure & Therapies - an oasis in the city. This is a one-stop-wellness-shop where you can book different types of therapies, treatments and counselling. Consider treating yourself or arranging a visit for a friend as a gift.

Hi, If you want to have a Bad customer service experience, you can definitely go this place . Especially with there manager, she don’t know how to talk to customers, she was very rude and disrespectful. She was aggressive and pointless. ! So, if you really crave to talk to someone like that, this is the place you should go. The staff was polite but for manager, no comments !

This is the first time I've ever felt the need to write a negative review on a company especially during these challenging times. As we all know the omicron variant is running ramped in our community and therefore, we are taking necessary precautions to do our part when not feeling well. On Jan. 4th a friend of mine woke up feeling a little under the weather and immediately called Cave Cure to let them know that he wasn't feeling well and didn't want to chance going into the spa that he had booked for him and his girlfriend. Thinking that this would have been a reasonable thing to do under our current situation, It was shocking to hear how the owner of the company handled this situation. I totally understand not being able to get a refund under normal circumstances, but we can all agree that these are unprecedented times. One would think that the owner would be thankful and appreciative that my friend had acted responsible and would have postponed the appointment for a further date. Instead, absolutely nothing was done. No refund, no credit and not even an offer to change the appointment for a later date. As I mentioned before, this happened to a friend of mine and not personally to me, however, I was going to make an appointment for myself and some friends but after hearing how my friend was treated, I will never set foot into this establishment nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone else. Furthermore, my friend ended up testing positive for covid and thankfully, he was responsible enough to do the right thing. Clearly, the owner has very little insight to recognize proper conduct.

I work next door at the escape room and I went in a couple days ago for the first time. The people working there are so sweet and so wonderful. I went in not knowing what it was and the girl offered to show me around. She also made me a delicious tea latte, when I went in today the man working there made me the same thing and it was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere makes you feel happy and the staff are great. Wonderful for some nice treats and coffees.

I decided to celebrate my birthday at Cave after checking them out on Instagram and reading about the mineral bath birthday package on their booking page. As new parents my partner and I have had less time for us the past few months and the idea of someone else doing the prep work sounded wonderful. On their page it says that the experience comes with a decorated room and "Happy Birthday" written on the plate. I saw on Instagram videos of the big "Happy Birthday" balloons people got, as well as a box of goodies as a gift. Unfortunately for me my treatment was not what I saw advertised. I received no decorations or a cupcakes on a plate that said "Happy Birthday". They also say the experience comes with "bubbles". I'm not sure if they're meant to be alcoholic bubbles but I'm fairly certain I got apple juice. When I emailed to let them know how my experience was lacking I was told the reason I didn't get the decorated plate was because their stencil broke, but you'd think they could have made it up in another way. They didn't know why I didn't get decorations. They said they hoped I would return and give them another chance. It's very unlikely I'll be spending more money at this place when I didn't receive what was paid for in the first place. You'd think if you failed to provide what your customer paid for you would at least offer a discount for a follow up to make it up to them. Attached is a photo of what I did receive. You can compare it to a previous poster who had cupcakes and balloons.

So incredibly disappointed in this clinic! My first time ever having to cancel last minute because I was not feeling well... I had an RMT appointment booked with Kristi and woke up the morning of the appointment not feeling the greatest. With the current global pandemic I did not want to risk going in and getting anyone else sick and thought it was the responsible thing to do to call the clinic to let them know how I was feeling. Whoever I spoke with on the phone after explaining that I was sick said "No worries, I will cancel for you" with no mention of me being charged a 50% service fee for cancelling under 24 hours... only to find out hours later I had a charge on my credit card. Spoke with the office manager (Nicole) this morning to explain my situation and she was very rude and speaking in a condescending tone and at one point told me to "Shhhh" as she would not let me get one word in and I had to eventually cut her off to speak! Never experienced such unprofessionalism especially from a clinic that provides services related to mental and physical wellness. I explained to her that I understood if this were normal conditions and that I cancelled under 24 hours without notice... but in such unexpected times this like? I did not plan on waking up not feeling well. They are basically expecting their patients to come in even if they are not feeling well or else they will charged a hefty cancellation fee. Also, the manager had the audacity to tell me “Well this is the first time you’re really having to pay out of pocket, your insurance covers your other treatments” Don’t know why that’s of her concern at all… I am not getting insurance coverage for free either… and still paying for services at your clinic whether I pay for it out my pocket or my insurance does. How are you supposed to trust your therapist or this clinic if they can’t be understanding in an extenuating circumstance like this where they are potentially putting their other patients and their very own lives at risk. We are all human. Goes to show they care more about money than their patients. Will never be returning, nor will ever recommend this place to anyone.

Had a mineral spa and massage with Camelia yesterday. Was probably the best massage I have ever had. Camelia asked what my areas of concerns were and addressed them and while still completing a full body massage. Thanks Camelia, I will be back to see you.
