Not bad, but not ideal. Pretty cramped space, so no real privacy. I do prefer a pedicure done with proper foot baths as opposed to buckets of water, but I guess they do the best they can with the space.

I love bliss day spa for their very affordable spa packages. I often go and purchase the time out package as a self care treat. The staff have always been very kind. The only recommendation is consistent reception practice, it's often times difficult to get someone to answer the phone and has taken days sometimes for a return call.

Bliss Day Spa is one of my favourite spots to treat myself. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I have absolutely fallen in love with their skin care products. My face has never been clearer, which in turn has boosted my self confidence. I couldn't be happier that I found this little gem!

I am very blonde so my co-worker suggested I come here to get my eyebrows tinted and shaped. The waxing was super fast and well done but my eyebrows were WAY to dark. It’s been a month and a half and they have finally faded to a reasonable shade.

Would not recommend at all!! I love eminence products and the facial was terrible. The results was ok because they were using eminence products. Howevere, there left some bits of the scrub and mask on my face when the facial was 'done'. The extractions were also way to rough they bruised by nose and it was red for a week. Also had a manicure done here, the girl who did it piled on the nail polish wayy too thick and never let it try in between each layer. The nail polish was still moving around like a thick slab of acrylic after 3 hours. Very unprofessional service for a professional price. Company should definitely work on staff training

Really nice, quiet, clean and professional and friendly staff. Doesn't have the overpowering smell of nail polish and products like in some places. Uses natural skin product.

I have been sending my girlfriend, friends and family here since Bliss Day Spa opened and have had only positive & enthusiastic responses from their experiences there. My parents love their mani/pedis as the atmosphere is nice and relaxed and girls really know what they are doing. Thanks Bliss, keep up the great job!

Went there with my friend who had been there many times but my first visit. Very nice ambience and the ladies who did our pedicures were super friendly and nice. They really took their time and didn't rush through it. However because it is a spa and not just a nail place the prices reflect that. I think it was 48.00 for just the pedicure and other places you get both (mani- pedi) for the same price. That said it has been a week and no chipping. The last place I went to chipped in two days so I guess you do get what you pay for. I would recommend this place for your nails.

First time customer, won't go back again. Booked a 90mins massage on Monday 12:15pm. The lady in the phone was nice when I book the appointment, but she never mentioned I need to be early there to fill in some form, so I was there just on time at 12:15. After arrive , I was asked to fill in some information and by the time when I finish and get in to the room, is already 12:30. The lady who do my massage was good and professional , but my service was completed at 1:45 which mean they included my 15 mins at the front desk as part of the massage... I didn't realize it until I get out from the store and I am pretty upset about it. If new customer is required to fill in some form , I believe I should be told when I call in to book an appointment... I just has a baby and it was a special treat for myself to get a massage while my aunt is baby sitting my baby... And there was 15 mins taken away from me.... Extremely disappointed.

Came here for a couples massage with my mom for her birthday. We had Bailey and Snow and they did a fantastic job. They were very welcoming and friendly and offered us waters. I️t was my mother’s first massage and everything was very relaxing.

This is the best little Mani / Pedi spot I've been to! Great mid market spot to have relaxing Mani pedi. Much better than the average nail place and perfect for when you don't want to do the more expensive spa thing (I.e. Spa Utopia ,Wild Orange Spa).

My experience was awesome! The atmosphere was relaxing and quiet. All staff were very friendly and attentive. My sister and I had the Spa Pedicure and Express Manicure, loved every minute of pampering and the girls helping us today were very knowledgeable. They were able to answer an question we had! 10/10 would go again.

Really happy with the customer service experience at Bliss. Very friendly and professional. I had my first facial here and it was enjoyable, however the extractions were quite painful (to be expected?). They carry a lot of Eminence products, but do not carry the products I am often looking for. That said, they've offered to order it in for me, which definitely contributes to the overall positive customer service experience.

On 2 September my daughter and I attended the Bliss Day Spa at the Willowbrook Mall. It was to be a “girl’s day” for us as a present from her boyfriend. We each had a coupon for a massage, manicure, pedicure, facial and make up session. It was a coupon for $100 and he even added a $20 tip to both. It was meant to be an enjoyable day. Turns out, it wasn’t. When I entered the spa, I advised both Snow and Brooke that I was sorry but I did not have time to remove the gel polish on my nails. After the massage, they could have soaked my nails to remove the gel. Instead, she waited until STARTING the manicure before the soak. The technician was Brooke, and she seemed to be in a hurry as her next appointment was coming soon. She was filing my nails and the next thing I know is she has filed right through into my nail bed and my finger is bleeding. Needless to say, it was extremely painful. Everyone said again that they were not told in advance that I had gel polish (I had not made the appointment) or they would have allowed more time. I understand this as I have operated my own nail business for years. I also know they could have started the soaking process much earlier and that would have solved the problem and my nail would not have been filed right through to the nail bed. It seems strange to me that a nail salon would not EXPECT customers to HAVE polish on when they arrive and allow time to remove it. Staff seems to ASSUME clients will show up with nothing but bare nails. Brooke then started on the next nail with vigor. At that point it was clear she was in a hurry and was not able to do a proper job. I stopped her and said I did not want to continue. When we got to the till, Snow added $54.38 back onto the gift card. I presume she expected me to return for another manicure. That is not going to happen. I have no trust in your staff or spa. Rather than enjoyable day, it seemed more like an assembly line. Not taking the time required for each procedure.

Great experience overall, only downside is that the walls seem to be a bit thin and so towards the end of our massage we were overhearing conversations the receptionist was having which ruined the relaxation.

Our couples massage was just okay. The staff did not introduce themselves and the room was very small and cold, the beds are not heated. After the massage we were not offered any water and again the staff had no conversation with us.

Took my friend to Bliss yesterday for one of their package specials as a thank you gift. We had the BEST experience!! Fantastic massage, facial and mani/pedi. I honestly could not say enough good things about the staff (Joti and Kiran) who took care of us, including the super nice girl at the front desk. I've had RMT massages that were not as good! We will be back! Thank you for such a great day ????

Massage was fantasic, girls that work there seem lovely. However it is quite a small place and if there are other customers there I did find them a bit loud. If you're looking for a place with robes, lounge, hottub and such you probably won't like it here but for a quick nice massage where you just want to get in and out this place is perfect!

Purchased a full body massage for my sister and she loved it, said it was quite relaxing! Also, they sell a bunch of cute scrunchies and other products in store, lots to choose from. The staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Great Massage! The facial was really nice and she was very patient and quiet so I can really relax... I did the BlissFul Package on special for $69, what a deal for 60 mins full body massage and 60 mins facial ... The facial products were excellent and felt good! She took her time but didn;t do extractions as I asked to... maybe let them know before hand... Well priced but there's some room to tweek it up and get even better so I can send lots of friends over. Maybe some fragrances or scented oils in the spa so it can set up the relaxation feeling, also the oil massage could be done with a hot oil with fragrance instead of any random oil! Please go the full 120 mins, customer really likes that when you don;t jip em for a few mins. Just a little tip, that I felt... I would love to get this for my mom as a Mother's Day Gift!

Tara did an amazing job on not only my first facial but I also did dermaplaning!! I had an area that she couldn’t dermaplane because it had broken out but she still did a detox for me and it cleared up my skin completely and I haven’t felt this good with my skin in a longgggg time!! I will definietly keep going there and recommend it to friends and family :)

I was given the queen B package as a birthday gift. Online this is described as an hour long massage an hour long facial and an hour long pedicure/manicure. Everything you need to feel relaxed however I felt everything was a little abrupt and not very relaxing. I did not appreciate the masseuse up selling items and skin care products to me during my massage/facial. I felt pressured to purchase and we hadn’t even finished the facial yet. The over all treatments felt lovely but lots of room for improvement. (Maybe the esthetician was new.) The atmosphere felt less like a spa and a little like a very small, fancy drs office however it was very clean. Staff seem a tad unprofessional as far as a “spa” atmosphere goes however they are friendly. What I am most dissapointed in however was the package is priced at $150. They do not state that your nails need to be bare when you come in so I did not know this, as someone who regularly has my nails done, it’s something that should be stated when booking.. anyhow the girl doing my pedicure informs me that she will start removing my gel polish but fails to inform me there would be an extra charge for this ... on top of the 12$ charge for gel polish in the first place. The pedicure that comes with this package is so simple and cut down that polish/gel removal should have been included. So this $150 package came to almost 250 with a 15% tip... very disappointing. I don’t plan on returning. Seems they’ll do anything to add on a few bucks.

Recently got my lashes lifted and tinted at this spa - love them! I'm generally very anxious when things are happening around my eyes and was having difficulty choosing between this service and lash extensions, they were super patient with me and took the time to explain the differences and processes of each service to help me decide. During my service I felt super comfortable and had a great chat with the staff doing my service. I've also had manicures and pedicures here wich were both great experiences - especially love the products they use for these services they smell so good and feel so luxurious. They also sell Buck Naked Soap wich is my favorite thing! I'm so happy I don't have to buy it online now. I also recently bought the detox mustard bath wich was a life saver while I was sick recently.

I am a professional athlete, and I came here to relax after training while we have the week to recover. This place is very cute and staff was very friendly however if you’re an athlete I wouldn’t recommend- I am 6’0 tall and felt cramped in the small massage room, and there was not a lot of space to put my stuff..ended up having to put a lot of it on the floor. My masseuse didn’t massage or really work on any of the target areas I wrote down...but worked only on my back for the first half of the massage then rushed through the rest. Definitely didn’t feel like an experienced masseuse. Felt more like a rub down than actually getting the knots out of my muscles. Facial was great except I had to wait what felt like a long time for her to get all the tools and skin care stuff. Wasn’t the atmosphere of a “spa day” but hats off to the staff for being very welcoming.

However, they forgot to enter my appointment in their calendar...so Surprise they told me that we never booked for that day as it was not on their calendar.- they couldn’t tell me why then a payment was taken from my credit card.....very unprofessional... go elsewhere.

Had my eyebrows mircobladed by Jenn. She is amazing. I had half eyebrows And now I have full . I was nervous first but let her do her thing. Glad I put my trust in her.
