Love this place. All staff are great. Julie and kevin are very talented, as the rest are as well I'm sure I've just had the most experiences with those two. Would highly recommend, unless you are looking for a spa type relaxation massage. This is a clinic where they do chinese acupressure. It is very effective if you have tensions, knots, injury etc.

The acupuncturist Hou Da Huang is very skilled. The fingers on both of hands we slowly becoming numb. I would flex, and crack my knuckles throughout the day- fearing I would lose my sense of touch. The numbest progressed to the index fingers, before I decided to try acupuncture. I was skeptical. I feared the needles. I have tried other forms of therapy. What frightened me the most was not being able to hold my wife. After the therapy- the numbest subsided. There are still days when my hands feel stiff, but it’s better than being numb. Acupuncture worked for my experience. I hope it works for others as well.

Good experience with Big Feet since 2004. In Vancouver. Glad they open one office near by. Tried them for the very first time in Langley and it was just OK. Will go back again. Nice and clean place, stuff polite and massage was really good. They gave us also some extra benefits, awesome service!

I enjoyed going to Big Feet Langley in the last few weeks as Julie and Cindy were very friendly and skillful. I went there for foot reflexology, and they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Most importantly, they don’t ask me for tips, which is something I am willing to provide as an appreciation. However, I have been to other places, and their tactics of asking for tips really defer me from going back. This is the first massage place in town that I am definitely going back soon!

The very best massage therapy in Langley 100%. I have been to many Big Feet locations all over BC and this Langley location had the best quality in service. I was coming from a long day of playing poker nearby and I walked in greeted by the owner. The owner was the one massaging me for 1 hour and it was very easy to be able to tell that she had many years of experience in the industry. Her pressure was firm but gentle at the same time and she always wants to make sure you are comfortable. She will ask you which areas of the body need to be worked on and she will pay close attention to those muscle groups making sure they are relieved of any tightness by the end. I will be going once a week because the massage was just that good. 10/10 would highly recommend everyone to come here. Thank you!

To all the customers thinking of going here, try booking with a female masseuse at this location, they are much better. Julie if you are reading this, please reassess the very young male masseur on his skills. His body massage was very unpleasant and lazy and it was very obvious that he is new to the industry. I am doing you a favor by addressing this issue on here because all the first-time clients who go to him will never come back guaranteed. Your franchise will suffer if you keep a poor effort employee like that on your team. Thank you

I had 50 minutes Acupresure with Anna, and she is amazing. The price is fair. If you look for a luxury place, this is NOT the one. But if you look for a place to release your musle soreness, you are in the right place.

Big Feet in LANGLEY is the best one in the area. It's very quiet, clean, and the bonus is, they don't use any scented products in their laundry. My new "go to" place for an excellent good massage.

I recently went to a acupressure appointment (i wanted my hands and arms done) and I believe this caused my injury which is causing me loss of work and great deal of pain. It was done on my spine with lots of deep elbow pressure along my spine. Essentially caused my right QL to shorten and pull R leg up-shortening it and pelvis is out now and twisted causing issues on L glute med. SI jt feels like constantly locking and spasming and also in deep gluteal muscles. I went in to get my hands and arms worked on, and let them do their thing. Telling me I need my back worked on. I am a massage therapist my self, was an RMT for 14 yrs in Manitoba. Mad at myself because I knew what they were doing was not right. I said few times to stay away from my low back. Too late though. At first felt okay just tender , then gradually all week more and more issues, starting from tingling and twinges to full out spasms and great pain. Its been 1 week and now i need chiro, physio and rest. My hands/arms still bother me, and was only worked on for about 2 mins of the 50 min treatment. To say the least never will I go to a place like Big Feet again.

Constantly double booking more recently they had the audacity to make me get off the massage table 5 mins into the massage because they thought I was someone else who had a booked appointment. I now goto Body and Sole wellness center up the street and they are much more professional and provide RMT like massage.

I asked if she can do more pressure or change someone has more experience, so the manager came and told me the lady had lots experience and watch how the lady did, so the lady did little more pressure. after the manager left, everything back to the same, worst experience.

It was my first time today ever getting a back message, and I have had this massive knot under my right shoulder blade that has been bugging me for 4-5 years now, Kevin took excellent care of me and made me feel comfortable before going to town on my back, deep pressure, strong accurate message. Bassically got rid of most of the knot in a 1 hour session. Will be going back. 10/10
