We bought a arctic spa this winter, they are so well insulated that over Christmas we lost power for 4 days and we still enjoyed it, only went down 4 degrees, I bought a salt spa and love it. We recommend not to everyone.

We recently had our Arctic Spa delivered, installed and wow... LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! We couldn't have been happier with the service from start to finish. Kurt and Reggie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable helping us pick out the perfect model and options for our family. We shopped around for a long time before we went to Arctic and clearly these spas are built above and beyond... they clearly put some thought into how they build there hot tubs The delivery guys were also top shelf.. so impressed! Arctic came over the very next day after delivery to give us a spa school (spa basically runs itself) and helped us balance our chems. We were in it that night... SO GOOD!!! I honestly cant say enough... if you are in the market for a new tub definitely be sure to go see these guys. Highly recommend!!!

Likewise to the post below, I also do a ton of research with any purchase big or small and in this industry there's dozens of various brands/offerings with a bunch of them actually being owned by one bigger umbrella corporation. When it came down to it, the value you get for the price with an Arctic Spas tub is hard to compete with. The ultimate bonus of choosing Arctic Spas is the fact that we're also supporting a Canadian made product. For the purchase, I worked with Kurtis Kidd mostly via e-mail/phone and stopped by once at the showroom to check out the models. He was super professional, not over-selling or pushing features I didn't need. It was an honest, fun experience as it should be! The delivery guys were awesome and friendly. Marc who comes to teach you about how to manage the PH levels and other setup tasks was excellent, professional, easy to get along with. Now that it's installed, everything is living up to expectations. I wanted to test out the insulation last night so I turned down the heat to see what the temperature loss would be over time. I am thoroughly impressed with only losing 2 degrees in what is now over 15 hours. Mind you we didn't get down past freezing, maybe 1 or 2 degrees overnight where I am, but still I'm impressed and happy with the outcome. Good people, good product, good service. Not much else you can ask for.

Went to see Reg at Arctic Spas in July along with a couple of other swim spa brands, and decided to go Arctic Spas' Ocean and an accompanying Covana cover. From start to finish (our pool was delivered and installed by October 3rd), everything went according to schedule. The Forever floor was of utmost importance to us because being close to the beach also means critters would love a home inside a spa and the system is the best on the market to avoid that. As well, Spa Boy makes enjoying our spa so much better because we can control temperature and such from our phones while away so it’s saving power but can turn it up so it’s ready when we get home. He even made a trip back to the dealer in Langley to obtain the necessary part to complete the repair for us as quickly as possible. Bobby was great. This is our second Arctic Spa. We had our previous Arctic Spa for about 13 years and wanted to upgrade. Our newest spa is wonderful. The technology and comfort in this spa exceeded our expectations. The salt water of the new spa is more relaxing and soothing and does not have the chemical smell and feel of the previous spa. Such easy upkeep as well. The service from the staff at Arctic Spa Langley has been excellent. Everyone is knowledgeable, and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a hot tub.

Our swim spa was installed over a year ago (June 2019). We never owned private hot tub or pool, so we were wondering how would spa even fit into our lifestyles and how difficult it would be to take care of it, including the use of chemicals, maintenance etc. Most of the reviewers recommend to base the buying decision on finding an excellent dealer, but we failed to approach it this way. It was much easier to concentrate on our preferences in regards to product characteristics, like the water (fresh vs. salt), number of seats and pumps and other features like endless pool, price and delivery. We talked to 4 major dealers in our metropolitan area and Arctic Spa swim spa came as a clear winner to us. Pretty much all salespersons from their competition tried to discourage us from going with salt water system, however once we look into the Spa Boy feature and all the salt water technology Arctic developed and tuned up over the years, it became clear that going with salt water spa is the best choice for us. We soon realized that Reg runs excellent dealership with devoted and loyal employees. He was able to answer all of our questions and was very patient through out our decision-making process. He is a great and honest salesman and never “pushy”. His service man Bobby has work experience from the factory in Alberta and you cannot beat that kind of knowledge. As we were running behind schedule with our backyard preparation project, Arctic Spa worked around our schedule and delivered the Ocean Spa when we were ready for it. Our swim spa worked great from day one. There were some minor issues that needed to be addressed, and Reg and Bobby were always extremely quick to response and took care of anything that needed to be done. Yes, dependable dealer is extremely important. As for the swim spa itself, we couldn’t be happier. It is a superior product. The maintenance needed with the salt water system in connection with Spa Boy is minimal. The App is great too, you can set the temperature online even when out of town, also included is online monitoring of the pH and CL concentration. The experience with Arctic Spa Langley and Ocean swim spa truly exceeded our expectations and we are happy to recommend the company and the product.

I've own an Arctic Spa for about 10 years now. I've owned tubs for years, and have been extremely happy with Arctic Spa. Especially with their after sales service. Their tubs are unparalleled to anything else out there. About a month ago I went in to get a 2 dollar part. As I waited for Reg to get it, I took a look around at all the new tubs. I saw the new models and just couldn't help myself in asking Reg the cost. He first asked if there was anything wrong with my current tub. I said no. "Then don't waste your money Eddie." The guy didn't even want to sell me a new hot tub! Talk about low pressure selling! I had to convince HIM I now wanted a new one, seeing all the new technology that comes with the new models! He finally gave in and we worked the numbers. Reg and Kurtis went ABOVE and beyond the call of duty for me. One doesn't see that anymore. Down to earth and honest straight shooters. They delivered the tub the other day, and Bobby, their tech guy gave me a run down on how it all works, in layman's terms at that. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great guy in fact, as well as his partner. All in all, I am extremely confident I choose the right tub, (again), and for certain, the right bunch of people.

My wife and I purchased a bare essentials Arctic Spa about six months ago. Our search for a spa began about three years ago with research into a couple of major brands offered in our area. We chose Arctic Spas for more than one reason. The underside of the tub is not filled with spray foam which gives easy access to the internal components like hoses and jets. If there was an issue, diagnosing and fixing the problem seems like it would be easier this way. The base of the tub is a fiberglass composite strong enough to that you don’t need to put the tub on concrete, blocks, or a deck. All we needed was a level surface. Having this base also means bugs, animals, and moisture cannot get in. The health of the filter is easy to check, and the tub stays clean when taking it out. The overall build of the tub seems high quality, and we plan on having it for many years. The service after purchasing the tub has been great. Bobby, their service technician, has been a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Bobby!

I bought an arctic spa last year in March so far so good.... everything works as Reggie said the general manager. The service guy Bobby is awesome he knows his stuff. I had a couple of issues with it but nothing major , when the tub was delivered a pump was faulty and they swap it on the same day. If you are in the market for a spa do your homework and look into arctic spa. I believe they are the best

We love our Arctic hot tub - this is our second experience with this company and their hot tubs are amazing. We decided to go with their salt system as I really have trouble with the chemical smells in a typical set up. We also downsized to a smaller hot tub and it is just perfect for our needs. The quality and comfort of the seats, as well as the placement of the jets is just perfect. My husband has had trouble with circulation in his lower legs and this hot tub has jets for legs and feet in the lounge seat which he really appreciates.

We recently purchased a salt water hot tub from Arctic Spas. Having never owned one before I wasn’t sure wether we would use it enough. Turns out we have been in it every day and most days twice per day since we got it up and running. It has been very easy to operate and very easy to test the chemical concentrations. The app on the cellphone is fantastic. You can be driving home from somewhere and decide you want to get in the tub when you get home. The app allows you to heat it up, get the jets running and turn the tub lights on. The tub will be ready before you get there.The salt water also leaves your skin feeling very soft. Probably the most important thing is that the staff at Arctic Spas in Langley have been extremely helpful whenever we have had questions. They have access to your tub remotely so they can check on your various levels to reassure you that everything is working well. We love it.

Last Jan 2016 we purchase a new hot tub (our third one) but our first ARCTIC SPA (A/S). Right from our initial visit with Kurtis it has been a great experience. Our other two tubs were good but they were more money and when I compared apples vs apples A/S was/is a better product. I especially liked the fact that rodents cant get in to build nests like the last two I had. There chemicals are superior by far I know this from experience, after we ran out of A/S Bromine tablets I started using left over tablets I had from a different supplier, and within 1 week the water started to cloud up, never had this with A/S, so needless to say A/S all the way. We purchased Arctic Spas "Tundra" Salt Water hot tub. Arctic spas are second to none with the quality of construction and materials used. We installed the tub this weekend, it was a simple installation and everything went smoothly without a single problem. The salt water system is automatic with minimal monitoring. I like that you don't get any off gasing of chemicals like other systems. I get eczema on my hands and the salt water is so lightly treated that it makes your skin soft and does not irritate it. Well, I am the type of person who does their research... I looked into the top name brand hot tubs and went to the local dealers. I was super impressed on the salt water system and why Arctic spas are geared towards using salt water whereas the other brands are stepping away from it. Better for your skin!, The Spa boy app is amazing (no testing strips needed ever!), Routine chemical adjustment is so simple and use way less chemicals as the Hot tub produces its own chlorine, and the parts are designed to withstand salt water corrosion no matter what the competition says! Their jet design is awesome and powerful! One of the big sellers for me was the insulation design. The skirt of the hot tub holds the insulation. So that the plumbing and parts are all exposing inside. So if there any problems in the future or if you wanted to add some jets, everything is accessible! All other brands spray foam the entire shell so if there is a leak or anything all that foam has to be dug out to fix it. I could go on and on but this comment is getting long, Hehe. Oh and Price! Basically it was roughly comparable to the competition if not the same price but you get way more for your buck! Overall we are really Happy! We use it everyday and our daily comfort has changed dramatically! Thank you Reg and Arctic Spas!

My wife wanted a hot tub and I didn't because I don't care about them that much. But this salt water tub is completely different and the design of the insulated casing is a smart design. I'm probably more in it than her. Just got the Fox model delivered a couple days ago the guys at arctic spa are super friendly we called Curtis many times but he never rushed us and no question is too much. Delivery by Bruce was the same experience. Ours was tricky to get in place but it got all done in no time we saved hundreds of dollars on a crane. The service guy (sorry forgot your name) setting everything up was super friendly and you see he really enjoys his job and explained everything we need to know. Ramirez : Well ... when everything goes perfect... is easy to start... from the beginning: The experience with Arctic Spas Langley has been great since the first time I walked in the store, they just let me walk around, when they noticed I was ready to ask questions he was just there ready to answer them and provide me with all information required from maintenance costs, to every detail of the salt water system they use, and of course their prices. Then without any single pressure on buying they let me go, they knew I was coming back, then I came with my wife and we asked a bunch of questions they answer honestly, and we closed the deal, they honored it and went beyond it The delivery guys showed on time, and in a very professional way handled the big monster (hot tub) putting it exactly where it was supposed to be. All maintenance, in this hot tub with a salt water system installed has been really simple, and every time I go back to the store with any question they are more than willing to answer it and give me orientation. Like I said the maintenance is very simple nothing compared to my friends with other brands (they complain all the time, about the PH and Clorine levels, etc..) and since I have a bunch of measurements on my Iphone from the Arctic Spas app, is easy to know everything is working ok. Even knowing they already made the sale, every time I walk again into the store for any reason, they treat me like family remember my name, and are always willing to help. I do definitely recommend this brand and if you can buy it from the Langley store you will be more than happy with your investment. The staff they have is great !!

I would like to thank the people at Arctic Spa Langley for their great products and customer service. I have owned my 6 person hot tub for about 2 weeks now and have been shocked at how easy it is to take care of it. The tub has internet capabilities and can be controlled from my wifi. I can turn pumps and lights on and off at the push of a button, directly from my phone. 'Spa boy' makes maintenance on this tub a breeze. Everytime we use it just a cap full of refresh with pumps on for 20 minutes, then close it down. The Covana Gazebo is over the top cool and so far have had no issues. The lightning in the gazebo is a nice touch, super relaxing and romantic at night;). We have 2 privacy blinds which work seamlessly up and down as the unit opens and closes by the turn of a key. Phillip from the moving crew was very polite and courteous. The pad was too small when he dropped it off.... Long weekend ahead, he informed me if I could extend the pad, he would be happy to swing by the next day to complete the job on his day off. We had some wiring issues so had to call Bobby who came out to adress issues ASAP. He found out what the problem was very quickly and helped us correct it. Also very professional and informative. Bobby came back again a few days later and made sure we were confident in maintenance and operation of our tub. Finally I would like to thank Reggie for making this purchase a breeze. From the get go I knew I was going to buy a tub here! He has personally worked in the arctic warehouse and has built tubs himself. He has built this company with his family and passion in mind and it shows! I would easily recommend these guys and this tub to anyone who wants quality and service. I have purchased my first hot tub that was a salt water spa in March 2019. Although at the begging I felt slightly not satisfied with 15k cost for tub that I got, Kurt from sales team has been very helpful with all my concerns. After using for first 1.5 months I had lots concerns with water chemical levels all over the place, and since of the jets not working as I expected however when all components and water maintenance systems started operating properly 1.5-2 months . The tub and spaboy works perfectly with very minimal chemical additives and suprising low power consumption (for a slightly inadequate insulation amount). I will say a Very good Buy. I will update this in 6-8 months during and after winter.

The delivery guys were great and Bobby has been amazing in helping us figure everything out and teaching how and what to do! My wife and I moved into our lakefront dream home in the summer of 2017. This meant that we needed a hot tub to match. My wife and I are very sensitive to the smell of chlorine so I spent 2 months doing a lot of research into the right solution for us. Most hot tub companies had various claims about how to reduce the chlorine/bromine smell however I was not convinced. I was very confident from all my research that a salt water tub was the way to go. Artic Spas was the only company that fully supported my research and Kurtis taught me much more about the benefits of a salt water tub. The Spa Boy system from Artic Spa has been made the operation of the hot tub virtually maintenance free. I waited 6 months to ensure that we had made the right choice before writing this review. I am happy to report that we've had the greatest experience from Kurtis, Bobby and Reg at Artic Spa, from the first time that I walked into their showroom. Their service continues to be fantastic and the hot tub has been flawless. I recommend this company and product whole heartedly. We bought an Athabasca swim spa and a Covana cover in April 2021. We use it everyday, rain or shine, thanks to the Covana cover. We have the salt water system and Ozone feature. The water is gentle on the skin and we feel good after being in the water. It's easy to maintain. Kurtis and the team at Arctic Spa has given us great support from start to finish, and continue to help whenever we have a question about maintenance or products. My wife and I came in to look at 'regular' tubs about 2 years ago and realised pretty quickly that we had to go for the larger salt water swim spa! Kurtis was awesome and over the next few days helped us customise the perfect configuration. We added the Covana cover for safety and convenience (which I highly recommend). It took us way longer than anticipated to prepare the site and Kurtis was really good at accommodating our changed timeline, answering various questions, and coordinating the delivery. We never owned a spa before and Bobby has been fantastic helping us figure out the chemicals. There have been a couple of minor warranty issues with the spa and Bobby went way beyond the extra mile to make sure the spa looks and runs perfect. It's been 6 months now and we couldn't be happier with the purchase.

Reg in sales took the time on our initial phone call on making the sale at first call. We already shopped around and knew our desires, and Reg made it easy for us to decide Arctic Spas was the right spa and Canadian company for us and we bought the Orca model. I needed some help with the water chemistry in the first week, called them and Bobby was at my house 20min later! He got it all sorted and gave me useful pointers to prevent water issues. Fully sealed tubs including the bottom means no rodents and superior insulation WITH OUT the messy foam that makes maintaining impossible. Love the jets, wicked powerful, and heats up fast. These are great spas, priced well, and backed by superior service. If you're still shopping around, go see Arctic Spas Langley, you'll be glad you did!
