The staff here is AMAZING. I go here all the time with my best friend and they really make sure that you feel welcomed. They take their time to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with what u asked for which I LOVE. Yin is now the only person that I go to for a pedicure because she’s truly the best. 10/10 you won’t regret it ????.

Received a great service, the place is clean and the employees sweet. 55$ for a set this short is expensive to me and 2 coats isn’t enough, 3 would’ve been perfect. This explains why I’m only putting 3 stars.

For the first time in my life, when the Hair Dresser asked me if I liked it, I said yes and meant it. Cathy is a delightful professional who understood perfectly what and how I wanted to look. I came in with long, split hair and came out with cute bangs, healthy looking cut and a gorgeous purple under layer. I look Fabulous and I am going back ! Thank you Cathy ! The Price : Very reasonable ! The location : no parking issues, right next to the Super C. The environment : Clean and professional. The service : Gracefully done. The personnel : Professional and charming

Without appointment good and honest place to have your nails done, either for a manicure or pedicure it's an excellent place to be, this was during the week days around noon it might get busy during weekends so is better to call them prior going there.

I got a full acrylic set on the 6th of December and had to get them removed on the 16th of December, that's how poorly they were done. First I had a previous nail set on my nails so I needed those removed. They had no issue with it however, the removal process was extremely uncomfortable, im not going to blame it all on the nail technician because I have very sentivie and thin nails, but when I flinched there was no apology or stopping she just yanked my hand back to continue the removal. The discomfort did not end there, throughout the application of my new set I kept getting burned by the file and the woman servicing me didn't care. Second, for my new nail set I wanted a french set but with black tips instead of white. The woman was applying the acrylic and I decided to change my mind to all black nails with white tips instead. I got all black nails instead. Third, the shellac color was chipping and peeling off on the sides only a day after application. Also the gap made between the acrylic and my cutical was too large, to the point that my 5 day nails looked like they had been on for 3 weeks. I got my nails removed at another salon and the man removing my nails commented to another technician and said "now I see why you don't buy thin acrylic powder". Which I odd but made sense pertaining to the thinnes of the actual nail after application. I thought I found a good decently priced nail spot but the quality wasn't there for me. Keep in mind, my new set (black and white french costed $80 with tip so im willing to spend on quality) I was also pressured numerous times to take biogel which is $65 even though I called andrequested a full acrylic set and told them in the salon numerous times that I came for a full acrylic set. I saw other reviews that said it was good, so I guess it depends on who you are, the quality you're looking for, and who you get to service you. I still tipped the women who services me (one removed the other applied) but I just decided to not go back. My new nail tech is bomb and I wouldn't have found her if it wasnt for my experience here.

I was very disappointed with my visit. My acrylic nails looked bumpy and not smooth. While shaping, she hurt me and I flinched and she didn’t apologize. The colour was badly done with 2 coats AND I got a nail infection on my thumb!! NEVER going back!

Communication is serious problems. -Be more professional: avoid speaking in Vietnamese in front of clients. -More perfectionism at work. Elle a enlevé une bonne couche de mes vrais ongles les laissant ainsi douloureux ; cassables et très laids ... A noter que c'était la première fois que je posais des ongles et mes vrais ongles sont très bien faits... Quelques autres points à améliorer : - Parler le français ou l'anglais c'est le minimum. La communication est sérieux problèmes. -Etre plus professionnel : éviter de parler en vietnamien devant les clientes. -PLus de perfectionnisme dans le travail.

Make an appointment. Walking are a hit or a miss. The people are friendly and the job is fair for the price. I prefer their pedicures to their manicures because they're more thorough but overall a good experience.

They scratched my nails with a machine, did not remove the cuticles and then spoke in Vietnamese all the time as if I was not there and my feet are not soft for $ 45 !!! Elles ont égratigné mes ongles avec une machine, n'ont pas bien enlevé les cuticules puis parlé en Vietnamien tout le temps comme si je n'étais pas là et mes pieds ne sont pas doux pour 45$!!! À 35$ pour un homme, j'ai eu beaucoup mieux. Si vous regardez de près vous voyez les grafignes et les cuticules qui restent.
