So happy to have switched from Piscines René Pitre to Seychelles Pools and Spas for all my pool needs. Whether it be pool closing/opening, replacement pumps, salt cells or just replacement parts they have done it all with perfection. It goes without saying that all the staff is very friendly and highly competent. You will not have to go anywhere else for all your pool needs!

This place is great! Customer service is top notch. I was in a jam and got help straight away over FB chat and the store wasn't even open. I (obviously) can't expect that type of service all the time, but to know they were willing to when they could, reminds me of why we should be supporting small business more than ever right now. Pretty poor customer service. I needed parts and when I was in store I was told what to buy from the lady working based on actual pics I showed her. When I got home, it wasn't the right part so I emailed to ask about it. I was replied to, very condescendingly, by someone named "Helmut" that I didn't have/buy the right piece. I explained that it was the salesperson IN STORE who sold the parts to me. I then asked what were the proper parts. My email went unanswered. I simply returned the pieces for a refund (which also was done incorrectly by the cashier but it was just a matter of a few dollars, so I simply cut my losses and left). I want to shop local, but for my future needs I will stick to the big pool stores with better service!

I am having a pool installed but I am outside the area where they will install a pool. However, the company representative went out of his way to answer my many pool related questions particularly regarding my options as to the type of pool best suited for my location. I feel that I am now in a much better position when discussing with either the concrete or fiberglass pool contractor even though I have not made a final decision on which one I will go with. From my experience on the phone I would feel quite confident in dealing with Picines et Spas Seychelles

The owner is very involved and oversees everything. A big thank you to Annie at the office for returning my calls promptly and providing me with all necessary information. Annie was helpful ensuring I had the correct measurements and information to order a replacement spa cover. She even walked me through measuring a corner radius!!? She gave me the accurate wait time for the spa cover and promptly informed me when it was ready. It was delivered by Helmut (Sp?) who has serviced my spa in the past and remembered me as a client. First year doing business with Seychelles Pool and their service was outstanding. Started with some missing screws for the bottom of my drain that they provided for free. Went back to them for a pool pump recommendation. Helmut walked me through all the available options for my particular pool. Terrific customer service and attention. Lastly, I decided to give them a try closing the pool for the winter. Again, very satisfied. In 15+ years as a pool owner, first time someone wraps up the equipment so nicely including the heat pump. Now I have a spare tarp to use. Thanks Helmut and the team.

I ordered a part for my hot tub on Amazon. As it turned out it was the wrong part…. I finally just contacted the seller and was helped by Helmut…. He not only helped me figure out what was wrong with my hot tub but he sent me a part that cost me under $100 when my hot tub company was going to sell me a full unit for the same problem at a price of $1050 + tax…. He even sent me a YouTube link that showed me how to change the element myself! I am so grateful that I ordered the wrong part and that I was put in contact with this company! What a great place to shop. During these crazy times it's hard to find a place that will even answer the phone. Emma was a superstar and recommended a pool that was exactly what I was looking for. She was VERY helpful and friendly. She answered all the questions that I had. I purchased my pool and made the 3 hour trip to the store. When I arrived my pool was there and ready to be loaded up. The team at Seychelles is amazing. We went to quite a few places gathering information and quotes for an in-ground pool and always walked away uncomfortable and pressured. However, the second we landed on Seychelles, we knew that we were on to something. They took a lot of time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and patiently. And that was before we signed for anything. They care about what they do, and they care about their clients. They don't corners and they install only quality parts. They really give that personal service and make sure that you are happy with the results. The fact that they made all of this happen this year with all of the shortages is miraculous. Great service from the girls in the store to the very fast delivery. We checked other well known big places and they could only get it delivered by mid-October. This place had the spa delivered in 2 days after purchased! Owner came along for delivery to make sure everything went smoothly. Great product. Spa is very good quality and was easy to install.
