Love this place but absolutely hate the service provided by Nancy. She filed my toe nails down to the point where they look like baby nails. If I wanted this look I could have stayed home and done it myself and save $35. She doesn’t take well to criticism which makes it very frustrating. It shouldn’t feel like a task to go get pampered but she made it feel that way. Ask for Alina, Ty or Jason.

They took payment very easily but refused to finish the job properly. The owner directly refused. My wife left there with only acrylic. Better to check on google reviews for other nail places in the area and save yourself some trouble. The lady there even burnt my wife’s finger in the (picture) cause she was not paying attention

One of the rudest nails salons in Montreal. With such basic & mediocre service you would expect some sort of humbleness... Steven literally said he didn’t want to fix my nail because it’s a waste of his time. Honestly don’t go here. You can get the same service for almost half the price.

Shanti messed up my eyebrow shape, she cut more hair then she needed to and made them uneven! Mimi cut my nail short before asking what length I wanted for myself and all my nails are also uneven. I am so disappointed with this service and I am never ever ever going back.

Great service & great quality outcome. Been Coming here for awhile now and I haven’t been disappointed yet. I went today though and for a simple design added on each ring finger, I only had 65$ on me and he said that it’s only 3 or more colours, designs and add ons that cost more and that if I wanted 2 it would still be 55$. Jason finished the nails before painting and asked me to pay & he said it was 60$. I paid the 60$ thinking I was going to get at least some gems on one finger. By the time he’s done painting he never gave me the gem but honestly it’s my mistake not mentioning something prior. I usually get the women to do my nails, even asked a lady to make sure I don’t get a guy and I got one. Mia is great on the other hand. Besides that one little mishap it’s amazing, quality is perfect and no mistakes whatsoever.

I called a day in advance to book an appointment to get my gel nails removed. They made me wait over an hour once I got there and 4 other clients passed before me. Very horrible service. They have no care for the clients time. Very very disappointed. Will pass on the word to friends and family.

I've been to this place couple of times and this time was my last time! I called and was told bio gel refill is 40$, once I finished I was told 60$. 20$ for gel polish which I was never told about. Rip off!!!!

All the women seemed very talented, and the owner was good. But I think because I went l late in the day the guy was tired, when he was reshaping my nails with the sandpaper block, he cut my skin on the sides from going too fast and being sloppy... Twice... On two different fingers, same place. It hurt and I warned him about it and there was little remorse and he kept touching it. A few days later it still hurts to wash my hands! He made a few other mistakes but I'm mostly upset about ripping off my skin! The women seemed good and all their customers were pleased.

Great place to do your nails! They have a paper showing you the shape you want so you and the person working on your hands know how the final result should look like. I also liked that they respect your appointments reducing considerably the waiting time. You better call before hand. Great place!

The nails are beautiful, ive been there twice and its always clean and they do a really good job on my nails, there were a few moments to where i felt a little bit of pain in my pinkie nail but other that that it was amazing, as for costumer service they dont really talk but when they do they are not rude at all

Very bad customer sevice. The employees argue in front of customers, prices are excessive for poor quality They going very fast so they can finish with you. They charges extra money for nail shape and length. For my black sistas don't go there They will make you pay before but for the another customer pay after the service.

I had a great massage in the chair while Shanty did my pedicure.I got the shellac polish which lasted so long & looked amazing as did my feet. It was all so relaxing. Shanty always does a great job & provides excellent service. AWESOME Shanty. I was very happy.Thank you. I think I will wait for Shanty to return to do my manicure.

They're welcoming, consistent and they do a great job. The place does seem small but they make it work. I've been to tons of places all over the island of Montréal and off the island too north shore and south shore and i would go the distance just to get my nails done here and i do cause I don't live close. I do reccomend you make an appointment they do have a constant turnout, lots of regulars and groups, they book up quickly. Sometimes the day before you decide to go they'll have a spot but i reccomend call asap!

They do a fabulous job on nails, the woman who does mine really pays attention to my natural nail shape as they slant sort of upwards, she makes the extra effort to give it a curve which is SOOO appreciated :) ... truly wonderful... my only pickle with this place is that they are on the pricey side... I only come here when my regular place is fully booked...

My mother récent went here , very poor service . They don't listen to exactly what you want , even when voiced that's not what she wanted the tech said it would cost extra because she had to remove and redo one nail? They do not provide any receipts after you pay them . They are just rushing customer after customer to make money . There are def better places in lasalle . Avoid this

I have been twice to get a mani pedi at this place and both experiences were awful., The place is to small for the amount of customers, I kept having to move from station to another and that messed up my pedicure, I was given two different prices from two different employees. The first time I went I had to go back to get my manicure polish done over because the next day it started to peel off. I went back the second time to give them another chance but no more, I will find another salon..

When I called for my appointment I made it very clear that I wanted a shellac manicure, I had old shellac that needed to he removed and that I had 1 broken nail that needs fixing. When I got there, they had me down for a refill so the guy only had time to change my polish and reluctantly fix my nail. So no cuticles were cut etc... 4 hours later the nail polish started to bubble?!!? Never in all of the years I have been getting my nails done has this happened. So disappointed. I'm looking to find a new permanent place to get my nails done. Unfortunately, I will not he going back... I will post a picture of my botched manicure once I figure out how to do it...

My first time trying this place out with my mom and omg I love it. The guy at the receptionist was sweet and the lady( shanty) who did my mom's pedicure and manicure was the best. She did the job so well and she was a good conversationalist. I recommend this place and try to get your nails done by shanty.

Very poor customer service and waste of time! I made an appointment and they still had me wait an additional 30 minutes. I have been there a few times with my children, who are always very well-behaved and who the nail technicians there love (well, most of them..). Once it’s finally my time to get my nails done, Steven (a nail technician) made a big scene saying that he refused to do my nails because of the kids. He went so far as to ask me to have someone else come and watch them! I was extremely embarrassed and frustrated to see him address my children in such a rude manner, and to know that I wasted my time there! If my children being there was going to be an issue, it should have just been addressed right away! Very disappointing.
