I walked in and felt rushed.. I was greeted with a " pick your color" instead of a hello... I sat down and the owner began working on my nails.. she was very rough and when I put my nails under the light to dry my nail started to burn.. I told her and before helping me she was on the phone and talking to another client... she didnt try to make any conversation with me but spoke to other clients. She tried to force me to put gel color and she was upset because regular polish takes too long to dry. I ended up telling her forget painting them because I had enough... when paying I payed with a 100$ bill which she checked 3 times to make sure it was real.. I feel like she did this because I am a woman of color. It was very insulting and I felt belittled and uncared for. I will never go back Or recommend this place to anyone. Very rude and people should not spend there money in that place.

This nail salon is at accessible location and the inside is clean. However, the service is not recommanded because they don't let you chose the style and the colour. The lady who was doing my nails was talking a lot and was so distracted that she had cut my nails so short that the skin under my nails begun to hurt. Moreover, I wanted to go for a wine red but the lady who was doing my nail said the cherry red was better, i responded by saying no O still rather go with wine red but she didn't listen to me and went forward with a cherry red claiming it would look perfect. After that I wanted to go put some sparkles and then again she did not let me decide and had put the sparkles on all my nails when I had asked her for only one ( when she was done putting sparkles on 1 nail I told her that that will be all but again while i was asking her to stop she had already put sparkles on another nail). Lastly, my nails aren't even the same shape and they are bumpy. When I told the lady my nails are bumpy, she responded by saying it's because I was moving to much, when she clearly knows it was her fault. I do not recommand this place. Waste of money and time.

Great value and meticulous work. These are my nails a week to the day after having them done at Cali Ongles. Normally by the second day done elsewhere, they would have been chipped. They look as fresh today as when done a week ago, will definitely go back.

One of the ladies, the one who usually answers the phone and welcomes the clients is SO distracted that it’s been 2 times I leave them with horrible nails.... she’s looking left and right and not even checking if the shape she is doing is even! All my nails were crooked, tried to give them another chance but one of the other girls took almost 2 hours and still it wasn’t perfect. I don’t think I’ll be going there anymore.
