It was my second microneedling session and I must say, not only was I excited but glad it was with Lauren Y. She made sure my 4 weeks after treatment went great! Lauren Y recommended the best products which really helped with my aftercare. I notice a difference in my face, my hyperpigmentation scars have gotten better and lighter. My experience at New Age Spa has been nothing but amazing, I booked a consultation with Devon and have since had chemical peel treatments and soon micro needling- she is amazing and makes you feel super comfortable and always explains what she's doing. All of the staff there are very knowledgeable and kind. Giuliana is always informative and helpful and has a very welcoming spirit. Devon has corrected my skincare depending on my skins needs and there has been a tremendous improvement. Definitely would recommend this place.

Went to New Age Spa for a micro needling facial and what can I say other than it was the best experience of my life. Devon was by far the best esthetician I've ever had. She was so sweet and kind, made sure that I was relax and really took the time to explain each step of the process. I've been to new age spa several times to get several treatments, such as hydradermabrasion, dermaplanning and a regular facial. The staff are kind and friendly, just by examining my Visage, they are able to offer me suggestions, such as what kind of cleanser and moisturizer to use. Ever since ive applied their suggestions, my skin has gotten healthier. The results from all the treatments ive received from New Age Spa has made a great difference to the condition of my skin. Many friends and colleagues have complimented the changes my skin has made, and I always mention that New Age Spa helped me make it happen! Love the girls so much, they will take care of you.

I'm disappointed with my experience after reading such great reviews. I went in for a free consultation a week ago and had a great conversation about my skin, so I booked an appointment with the same esthetician for a week later. When I showed up for an appointment, I was told she no longer worked there (a week later??) and my appointment was with someone else. I had to repeat the consultation which was a waste of my time and they were quite rude and asked if their new trainees could sit in on my consultation before the treatment. Uh no? I'm here to for a facial not help you train someone. The treatment was fine. Unfortunately, the new girl was extremely pushy about products which pretty much ruined the experience in the end. Overall, the owner should have called and explained the appointment was switched to be with someone else. And you should let the client decide which products to buy. I can't say I'll be going back.

(Translated) Previously I read the reviews on the company, I should mention that they have two locations. I was served to the one in Verdun. The technician does not speak much French, mostly English. She was thin and took the time to see my skin from the start to advise me. I did a microneedling, she told me that to have a result I had to do it multiple times. So there was no result for me, infact, a lot of pimples afterwards. The treatment does not hurt, but afterwards it is unpleasant. I've been pressured into products. Really it was very pushy. She didn't tell me how to use them. It was when I called later in the evening that the telephone operator at the clinic in Laval was able to answer my questions. Luckily she at least took the time to tell me not to take any pain medication that would thin my blood. Nice clarification that was not given to me during my treatment ... Overall it cost me too much for the experience that I was given. Rather, I felt like I was being fooled, too. (Original) Préalablement j’ai lu les avis sur l’entreprise, je dois mentionner qu’ils ont deux localisation. J’ai été servi à celui qui est à Verdun. La technicienne ne parle pas beaucoup français, majoritairement anglais. Elle était fine et à pris le temps de voir ma peau dès le départ pour me conseiller. J’ai fais un microneedling, elle m’avait dit que pour avoir un résultat je devais le faire a multiple reprise. Alors il n’y a eu aucun résultat pour ma part, enfait, énormément de boutons par la suite. Le soin ne fait pas mal , mais après c’est désagréable. On m’a fait de la vente sous pression pour des produits. Vraiment c’était très insistant. Elle ne m’a pas dit comment les utiliser. C’est lorsque j’ai téléphoné plus tard dans la soirée que la telephoniste de la clinique à Laval a pu répondre a mes questions. Heureusement elle au moins, a prit le temps de me dire de ne pas prendre de médicaments pour la douleur qui éclaircirait mon sang. Belle précision qu’on ne m’a pas fait lors de mon soin... Dans l’ensemble ca m’a coûté beaucoup trop chère pour l’expérience qu’on m’a donné. J’ai plutôt eu l’impression de me faire avoir, moi aussi.
