I started full legs and chin laser sessions in Feb, and my experience is very positive. I already noticed major decrease in my hair growth ( 5th session legs & chin, 4th session thighs.). Audrey is very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything to me from the beginning, and answered all my picky questions with pleasure. Everytime i go to my appointment, she makes sure that i had a full hair growth to get the best results, if not she postpones it. During the session she's attentive and asks me if i am ok or if i am being bothered by the tiny occasional stinging or heat. I definitely recommend it, and will try other services in the future.

This review is more to warn people about gift certificates and not so much the service... I have been here before, the service is good BUT DO NOT BUY GIFT CERTIFICATES HERE, THEY DONT HONOR IT!! SO BEWARE!!!Make sure you pay with cash or other payment. Before buying a gift certificate, I asked the lady if it was paid in full for a massage, she said yes so I gave a massage as a gift. The person goes for her massage and they charge her MORE because they decided to raise prices and wants the person to pay up the difference, they don't honor the price u paid for the service for it and so the person who receives it has to pay for a part of it . I call the person in charge and of course, we received all types of excuses but there is no excuse for it and of course they wouldn't listen to us, they wanted the money..pretty sure they wouldn't be happy if it happened to them...but they needed to impose their views based on protecting their actions and so there was no point in arguing but just letting people know what they forget to tell you.. Unfortunately the excuse was that it's based on the amount you purchase not the service however we actually purchased a service and it wasn't honored. The recipient was booked for a massage .. Last Christmas, my father bought a gift certificate for my brother and his wife and they guaranteed the price in Kirkland, THEY HONOURED IT, unfortunately that didn't happen here. Shame as it is a good spa but just has a poor gift certificate system..

I have been doing my lasser hair removal since December 2020 but what really made me do this review is my last section with stephany ( not sure if i got the name right). It was exceptional experience with her. She is the best even the way she applies the cream after the Procedure . She was so patient and caring. She did what it will get me the best results even if i paid less for the service. She was so knowledgeable she assured me that i wont get burned with the machine shes using and she covered all areas ( i did full body) in good time . If i would get other service i would definitely choose her and i just recommend her for all my friends and definitely i recommend her for you.
