I have been going to Romana's Esthetics for almost 10 years and I love it every time! I feel so relaxed and cared for after my session finishes. I struggled with acne for a long time and would always go for the Organic Acne Facial - and over time it helped my face tremendously! I also highly recommend their Luzern products. I use them for my daily face-wash routine, they feel so luxurious!! They offer curb-side pickup as well so I can easily get new products once I finish. THANK YOU for your wonderful service - I can't wait to go back once it's safe to do so!

The workers are always so nice and the products they sell are very good quality. I have really sensitive and acne prone skin and they were able to help me find a product that doesn’t make me break out and actually smells really nice too (brand is Mary Cohn if you’re interested). If you’re looking for a esthetician who will actually care this is the place to go.

Romana is such a kind and knowledgable woman who goes out of her way to make sure you feel like you have been pampered. All of the ladies working there follow her lead in making you feel welcome and at home while feeling relaxed. Everything is extremely clean and well sanitized with strong attention to detail. I have been going here for years and will always keep coming back.

Best European style pedicure I have had in a VERY long time. Romana and the entire team was delightful and professional. They use and Eminence Products which was why I tried them, they did not disappoint. Amazing customer service too!!! Update: so I went to another spa to get a pedicure, as Romana's was fully booked and couldn't wait (I had an event). Next time I will wait. I paid quite a bit more at another spa and two days later you can't tell that I had a pedicure. No matter who goes my pedi at Romana's my feet are amazing for quite a while later. Never going anywhere else. No matter the emergency, lesson learned.

Romanas Esthetics is the best place to go to in the KW region for waxing, facials, manicures and pedicures. Very clean facilities and tools and the staff is so welcoming and helpful and very professional. They are very accommodating with appointment times, and offer high quality products for those that may be sensitive to allergies for instance.

Mag who works here, works from home as well and uses cheap products. She gives discounts who comes to her house. She did botixand fillers on my face.She is a big cheater She took payment from me in advance and then changed her whatapp number and now then she denied that she owe me money. God has already punished her with fracture in her arm. She is a big thug.she took my hard earned money. God will not spare her. ????

A friend highly recommended Jessica, RMT at Romana's to me. She has been wonderful. She is always professional and is great at accommodating short notice appointments. She takes the time to show stretches at the end of the treatment. My back pain has significantly decreased since going to her. All staff that I have met at the spa have been wonderful. I have heard amazing things about their facials and cannot wait to try one. The salon is spotless clean too. Very calm atmosphere.
