They haven't heard about customer service.. I booked an appointment online with their owner, when I arrived nobody even greeted me, the owner passed me few times and didn't even say hello. I seated on the couch for 40 mins and nobody even asked if I have an appointment, all stuff was busy with other clients. Finally I asked a stuff member who (finally) came to the reception to handle other client's payment when I can expect my appointment, she double checked with the owner in the other room something and just dropped that 'she's with client', after 45 mins of my waiting. The owner didn't bother to go out of that room to say something herself. After polite waiting for 5 mins standing by the reception, I left. I don't want to spend money in a business that doesn't care about clients!

Horrible. Poor nail quality, went for acrylic nails, came out crooked, unevenly shaped, and bubbles on ever nail, didn't cover complete nail with acrylic properly and didnt do cuticle care. I had to ask three times for her to correct and she didn't understand me.

A friend and I have never left a nail salon so disappointed and upset before. Although the quality of the customer service was decent, the technicians were friendly, the quality of work was mediocre and the service completely over priced. I feel disrespected for being charged so much for such a rushed and poor job. I was charged $20 for shellac on my toes, something I have never had to pay more than $7-10 dollars for. The cost of my pedicure was $45 plus tax and my nails were shaped unevenly, no exfoliant was used, no cuticle work was done, the massage chairs were cheap and the service was rushed and completed within 20 minutes. My acrylic nails were $25 + tax on top of a $5.00 charge for colour polish which was not included on the price list, I chose a black polish with a matte overcoat and it looks like I coloured my nails with permanent marker, and AGAIN, no cuticle work was done leaving my toes and nails looking dry and cracked. I will NOT be returning for any reason other than to request my money back.

This was my first time at Le Posh Salon and Spa and I was incredibly extremely happy and satisfied with my overall experience. Not only were the staff extremely kind, welcoming, and professional, but extremely personable! I honestly felt like I have of been coming here for years and instantly made a connection to the atmosphere and people working. My hair dresser Georgie did an incredible job with a cut balayage colour. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the ever so humble and kind receptionist who greeted me with warmth and hospitality was actually the new owner! My only regret about the whole experience is that I have to wait for my hair to grow before I can come back. I will definitely be recommending this salon to my friends and family and have already booked appointments for my wife and kids. Thank you Le Posh Salon and Spa for an awesome first visit and the many to come!

I would strongly recommend this place! I am 100% happy with my new look. I asked for a balayage and got exactly what I wanted. What I got included with the experience was way more then other salons. Got it coloured, washed, toned, and styled. My hair looks just as I showed Rama (the owner) The prices are fair for and excellent service. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I would say this salon is mediocre in terms of hairstyling and colouring. I went in for a haircut and full highlights however within two to three weeks max, all the highlights came off my hair. It’s quite upsetting to see that I paid more at this location than I did at any other hair salon because all the highlights I received in the past lasted six months to a year. Extremely disappointed as the colour came off and you can see the bleach has made my hair orange-ish/blonde. I was also going to initially recommend this salon to friends and family but won’t be doing that anymore.

They follow all covid protocols and made me feel super safe during these times. If you are looking to try out any of these services, give this salon a try!!!!

Would not recomend this place to anybody! Purchased a Gift cert for my wife for Christmas, spoke with the new owner about the transition of ownership and any issues arising from the covid crisis. She assured me that the gift cert will be good no matter what and even initialed it so she would remember. My wife made an appointment on the first day after the reopening due to the covid lockdown. the owner stated that the gift cert was no good because the buisness had a name change. same owner but a different name.... le posh will never see another Nickle from me... Bloody Ripoffs! Wish I could give it zero star review... STAY AWAY!

The best I've ever had my eyebrows threaded . My brows looked amazing , exactly how I always wanted them to look but no places ever did them . Very skilled . The woman I saw though is very quiet , didn't talk much or introduce herself , she was nice but could have been more welcoming I think . Other than that great place , will definitely be returning .

I first had nails painted 3 years ago....she did a french manicure with a silver line that was not neat and straight and thin. Two weeks ago I needed my shellac polish removed....he used a course dremel file 3 times and my nails are so thin now that they chip a the slightest dent. They fold over completely and have the horizontal marks from the file embedded on them!

They ALWAYS pressure you to get your eyebrows done, if I wanted them done I would've asked. Also they never want to wax always want to thread and that hurts, a lot. I got my hair done this weekend and asked for an ombré from my natural brown to a golden blonde. She assured me multiple times she could do it, I told her I DID NOT want it going straight from brown to blonde & that it HAD to fade. She promised she could do it but she did EXACTLY what I didn't want. Now I have to find some way to fix this so I can go out in public because right now I look like a 7th grader who dip died my hair. NEVER going back. EVER. Also they estimated in would cost 60$ and it was 90$ at the end. Horrible hairstylists.

I was a little nervous about getting my hair done at a salon after a bad experience at so many of them. Satin is so skilfully restored the health and beauty of my hair, putting my anxieties to rest. Satin was so gentle and careful about every little detail about my hair and the hairstylist i requested, I admire how she cares so much about the clients that she will advise you on what is best for you and your face shape and hair type, It honestly was a real treat to have my hair done by someone who knows what they're doing. I love how friendly Satins nature is and how neat her work is. I’m amazer how beautiful the studio looks as well as caring staff. 100% recommend for the fellows in the Cambridge/ Kitchener Waterloo area.

Amazing, Amazing Amazing!!! I am IN LOVE with my new hair! I came into the salon with no clue whatsoever of what I should do with my hair. I needed a change and it was time. I have never been so happy with the results and the final look! They totally understood my comfort zone with how drastic my change should be and also of inspo pics we liked and didnt like.
