I used to go to small cheap walk-in salons up until the start of this year. Lien promised her work was worth the time and price and she certainly followed through. I won’t be getting my nails done anywhere else. She is a perfectionist who takes such pride in her work, she loves what she does and cares about her clients. I don’t understand how anyone could give her 1 star? I’m sorry they felt that way because I’ve never been near disappointed once! If you are looking for quality work, done with care in clean environment - this is the place! Side note: Since the reopening of salons she has been extremely cautious and diligent in cleaning and following health & safety guidelines. She has ALWAYS taken pride in her cleanliness and it shows.

I chose this place after reading reviews and comparing prices. The 35 dollar pedicure was great and thorough. The place is cute, bright and clean. They had lovely music and offered me a coffee, tea or water. The pedicure wasn't rushed, and the massage chair was a really good one, best one I've been in. Will certainly go again for additional services.

Recently had Phi Volume Lashes with Lien. I've had them for 6 weeks now and they are amazingly keeping their shape and natural fullness. I just had my first appointment here and I really can't recommend them enough! Everything you'd want in a nail salon is here! The decor is perfect, the calming music was just that, the massage chairs and set-up for pedicure was wonderful, and the actual pedicure service was amazing. Lien is truly amazing. My Mother and I go on the regular to get dip manicures. They last a long time and allow your nails to grow healthy. The amount of perfection put into the design is unbelievable. I recently went on a trip and used her waxing services too. Worth it. She did such an amazing job and was extremely gentle. I had no soreness or hives or any of the things I’ve experienced in the past. I was so happy with her excellent customer service that I started going for pedicures as well. I have been coming to KW Nails & Beauty Spa for dip polish for over a year and have always been happy with the service and results! Dip polish is deceivingly difficult to do well as it requires thin layers of powder to be applied and filed down. If not done well, you’ll get inconsistencies in the colour and lumpy layers that will deter you from trying it again. I visit Tuyen and she is talented and attentive. Every person’s nails are different and she constantly checks in on if she’s hurting me (which she never is) and if I am happy! She accommodates all my requests as I like shorter nails so she’ll shape them to look nice even when short. She does a fantastic job with my cuticles so that the nails look great even when grown out and I have received numerous compliments on them! We have reached the point where I trust her to choose my nail colour as she knows my style and what shades will complement my skin colour. The ladies here are hardworking and believe in quality over all else. The owner, Lien, takes pride in her salon and wants her clients to let her know if they can do better. I recommend everyone to talk to Lien first if they weren’t satisfied with their results before going online to post about them. They are appointment only so they can focus on the client so it’s important to let them know exactly what you’re booking for. If a client comes in and asks for more than they booked for, it’s tough on the ladies and other clients as appointment lengths are tailored to each service.

Lien is great! Clean & relaxing salon with hundreds of colour options. SHE HAS DIP POLISH!!! I haven't heard of any other salons in KW with this type of product. I would recommend you book ahead as it's by appointment only, which is great because you're never being rushed out! Lien takes her time, listens to what you want and makes sure you always leave happy! She values her clients and proof of that comes from the 4 years I've been seeing her!

I came to Lien with damaged and cracked nails due to poor care at another nail salon and she has done a beautiful job taking care of my nails and making them look beautiful ever since. It is well worth the time and money to have someone take the time to do a proper job at maintaining healthy nails and understanding your needs! She cares deeply about the quality of her work and I have never been disappointed. This is the place to come to if you want someone to care for your nails, not for a quick and cheap job. KW Nails is the only place I will go for my beauty needs, Lien and the ladies always do the greatest work I have ever seen. I get my nails done every 3 weeks which is what works for me with how fast my nails grow and it's a highlight of my month getting to spend an hour or 2 when I bring a friend cause I recommend to everyone!!! I also get my facials done from Lien and my skin has never looked so good after following the beauty regiment she has set up for me with Dermatologica Line. Again I recommend to everyone as the prices are reasonable and you get way more than you pay for!!! Thank you so much Lien for taking care of me :D

I have been going to Lien's spa for over a year now. I regularly get a brazilian, and occasionally get my eyebrows waxed as well as my nails done with her cool powder dip. Her spa is always immaculately clean and looks quite a deal classier than most of the nail places I've been to in KW. There is always soft music playing in the background which sets a nice tone for the atmosphere. Fair warning, she isn't the cheapest around, but I've had cheap brazilian's done and honestly it's not worth the yeast infections! I'd rather pay a few dollars extra for someone I can trust, who actually listens to everything I say, and genuinely cares about me like an extended family member. Plus, it's reassuring to know she only uses the best products. She doesn't do acrylic nails but she does bio gel and solar gel, or the powder dip (what I normally do). If you are looking for amazing quality, Lien is probably the best person to visit in KW for nails and waxing. She'll even give you coffee or tea if you ask :)

Love the NAIL DIP. Seriously, why breathe in chemicals when you can get a natural nail treatment that’s organic. They’re as beautiful as shellac, but healthier for you and your nails. I felt so taken care of here. They constantly checked in with my comfort throughout my treatment. The spa is relaxing and beautiful. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks ladies!

I chose this place based off of the star rating, but was not impressed after going. I got acrylic nails with gel polish, and it cost me almost 80$. I got this done on Feb 14, and by the 16th thst had already started chipping. The place is not the cleanest, and there was no music playing so it was dead quiet the whole time (took her almost two hours) I also was not offered coffee and tea, but she did ask me if I was cold. Lien filed my natural nails so much that I have exposed nail and skin around the acrylic nail that is sore to touch. Not impressed, won't be going back.

Always explained what they were doing and the cost before they did anything. Making sure they were never hurting us. They took the time to make sure they were done perfect. Just finished getting my nails done. Fabulous as usual! I've known Lien for several years and have found her to be a personable perfectionist, who is reasonably priced for the work she does. I have never had a negative experience until today but it was a client, not the owner. The client was abusive and was not listening at all to what was being said. Lien is such a lovely lady who tries to please her customers but there are always those sour grapes in the bunch that just can't be sweetened. I highly recommend Lien to those discerning clients looking for that personalized touch. I love that this is not a walk-in nail bar and my appointment means I get Lien's full attention.

I was very excited to go here, all of the reviews made it sound so nice. They do not offer everyone tea or coffee, it seems to depend on how much they like you. They don't clean their equipment properly. I clearly saw them use the same bit on another girl they used on me. Though they are probably much more personable to their regulars they obviously care less for new clients.
