European Reflections started as a surprise spa gift for my wife and quickly turned into a staple of our grooming regimen. My wife loves Wilhelmina and her exceptional colouring skills, working together to create the perfect look, with vivid colours and eye-catching styles. As a man who's face is 80% beard, most hair stylists tend to be intimidated by my face beast but Wilhelmina was there to give me GQ style for our anniversary (wife and I, not Wilhelmina and I). Alex is my goto beard guy now, and I trust him to consistently make my facebeast presentable, stylish, and still robust. The reception staff is always attentive, helpful and keeps things running smoothly, like unsung heroes. The space is always clean, comfortable and welcoming. The location is easily accessible with plenty of parking and I really can't think of any criticism. If you're going to book, book in advance because they are busy. That's just a testament to how amazing the whole team is.

I had an appointment booked months back just before the last lockdown started. I would have expected since I already had my name in that I would have recieved a call or SOMETHING letting me know that obviously since things were closed again that my appointment would have to be postponed. When I tried calling myself there was an option for a voicemail. I left a voicemail explaining how nobody called me to tell me anything and I never recieved a call back either. Now clearly you would think if I had an appointment already booked that when lockdown ended recently I would have maybe gotten a call then? NOPE! Nobody called to even set my appointment back up or check to see if I still wanted to come in. As I and anyone else with a previously existing booking should have gotten first dibs on setting up a new date shouldn't they? I find this Incredibly unprofessional behaviour for such a business and wouldn't even bother setting up a new appointment with such a lack of communication on their part. Pretty dissapointing honestly. Just an outright let down. I would have been fine with waiting and setting up a later date if only someone had at least called me to update me on how things were going to go. Wouldn't recommend simply because of professionalism and communication. Really dissapointing. Update: after going through and reading some other reviews I can see I'm far from the only person unhappy with this business. And from what I'm seeing the staff love to respond with very witty comments back to their customers like "if you are really one of our clients" because they can't find the exact name in there database or something. I've seen multiple reviews mentioning having previously been asked to take down/remove their reviews before being threatened with legal action. I'd like to mention to anyone being scared by these responses not to worry. It's illegal to ask customers to remove bad reviews if they are honest. You can't have any legal action taken against you if your review is genuine no matter the circumstances. And the responses I've seen from this company towards the reviews given makes me even more disgusted and glad I didn't bother making a new appointment. Oh and before someone responds with "we couldn't find your name in our data base so we're going to consider you spam" I don't go by my real name on reviews strictly so people like you can't contact me to take reviews down or threaten me ???????? have a nice day

A beautiful oasis of calm and serenity just minutes from downtown Kitchener. I found the staff highly professional, welcoming, and accommodating about the specific needs of individual clients. I had several massage sessions with Suzanna this February and cannot commend (and recommend) her highly enough. As a long-time sufferer of an especially severe case of fibromyalgia accompanied by frequent (often daily) and intense migraines, I experienced a significant reduction in my pain levels due to her massage work. This was objectively confirmed at my most recent neuro-feedback session (a new therapeutic modality recommended to me by my family physician), at which the software program and the machine used in in neuro-feedback registered significantly improved integration of the work of the two brain hemispheres. Due to illness, I had missed my neuro-feedback session the week before and had only had a massage therapy session with Suzanna in the week before the improvement was observed. It is therefore reasonable to attribute the observed improvement of brain function to the exceptionally fine and sensitive massage work she had done on my neck, head, and spine. Five stars +

Also, I've had a manicure and pedicure done here The upstairs spa area is very calm and relaxing (unlike most mail salons in the city). My husband and I were in on the weekend for one of the couples packages. We had massages and pedicures and the girls did an amazing job. They have a very nice couples room that is relaxing and your own little private spa. This is theee best place for pedicures, I’ve been to many salons for pedicures and often find my feet feel the same as they did before hand by the next day. Not here! Love the tools that they use and everyone is super friendly.

I provided this rating initially without any feedback because I couldn't figure out exactly why I didn't have my socks blown off by my experience at Euro Reflections. I believe I've figured it out now and I want to share my rationale. Firstly, my aesthetician was lovely and great to work with. I will mention that she smelled like cigarettes and I was not overly impressed with that. I didn't say anything at the time although I find this inappropriate. I would suggest taking more time to freshen up before meeting with clients. Secondly, the treatment was recommended by the spa - I can't remember what it was called. I had asked to have a deep cleansing microneedling type facial. I have very healthy skin with no significant blemishes. I was looking to have an annual deep cleansing treatment. This treatment was 'talked up' a lot and my aesthetician was pretty excited about using it. Basically, the treatment involved a machine that was rubbed on my skin with different creams/massage points for about an hour. The treatment was 'okay' however this didn't feel like the same kind of facial I'm used to when I have full hands on treatment. And that was what I was looking for. I realize that this treatment was far from excellent or 'a real treat' to me. I was trying to figure out why this was promoted and talked up so much and I realize it is probably because this machine is really expensive and they needed to pay for it. Therefore, there was a need to push this service instead of a hands on treatment. I am only speculating on this however this is my feeling based on my experience.

Spent $350 on balayage when the color washed away in one wash. When called, I was asked to come again so they can fix it. I wasn't told I need to pay again until I went. Even if I paid to get it corrected, I was told it will wash away again very very soon. Waste of money and time!

I recently experienced a package deal of Sculpture treatments combined with Venus treatments. The Sculpture treatments are to destroy fat cells and the Venus treatments contribute to additional fat loss, scar tissue reduction and skin tightening. We focused on the stomach and lower stomach area and I have seen a big improvement with all of these issues. Beth was attentive with cooling packs and setting fans to ensure my comfort. She was attentive and receptive with any of my needs and requests during the treatment times. I have gone down two dress sizes and would encourage others to try this route if you have stubborn areas of your body you want decreased . Thank you Beth!

I'd had negative experiences at other spas/salons like this before so I was a bit nervous going in, but each and every time, my experience is so positive. Staff are professional without being condescending. I came here prior to my wedding and even brought my husband in for the "sports manicure" for men and he loved it. I always look forward to my visits. I typically see Natalia, but even the times when I've had to see someone else, my nails are always done perfectly and last for weeks.

I came here about 4 months ago - first i would like to mention the parking is vey minimal, i actually never have written a review before but i had to come on as its been in the back of my head for quite some time.... im happy im finally writing this - i dont like this place one bit, the front desk was really snobby, quoted me an INSANE PRICE.. and they actually ask you to review them 5 stars for a discount?? then when you tell the truth in a review they threaten to take legal action... just wow. I also would like to mention the guy who works here was just staring me right down made me so uncomfortable giving me dirty looks as i was waiting for my stylist i felt so unwelcomed and JUDGED here, how could they even expect to charge as much as they do when they cant even show any appreciation for you as a customer! pathetic. I was a little leery but after speaking with Tania Duca (owner) I decided to go for it. It wasn't scary at all. I trusted to go here for armpit hair removal and after spending $600, the hair is still there. They convinced me that I was a perfect candidate for laser hair removal because I have dark hair and light skin but it didn't work at all. After getting the $400 package for 10 visits, it did not work. They convinced me to go for additional sessions and I just ended up wasting more money and now I still have to deal with the hair. Not impressed.

The nurse who is involved with the medical services does not seem to have the knowledge or experience to do the injectables. I will not be returning. When I called, I was informed everyone's experience is different and they were sorry mine did not adhere. The facility was nicely pulled together; nice decor, a warm ambiance, etc. The price point was good. The customer service was mediocre. For 2.5 years I have been a loyal customer, but noticed the IPL treatments were in-consistent. At times the filter on the wand was not properly cleaned when it came time for my treatments; and I would have mini to micro hairs (similar to hairs left over after shaving) on my face from a client's previous session. Also, I would have alter skin pigmentation that would scab and last anywhere from a week to several. For these reasons, I have chosen another clinic for my treatments.

Love this as my daughter lives overseas and when she visits Canada, we always book time together at the spa. The staff is friendly and their facials top notch. I normally dont write bad reviews as it takes a lot to upset me. Unfortunately, this place Hit the spot today and deserves my two cents input from me. I was supposed to have a hair appointment with Alex at 11 am. I showed up 10 minutes early as always. 30 minutes later, which is now 20 minutes into my appointment, i walk to the receptionist to ask if Alex was in. She told me yes and he was going to be with me shortly. (I also want to mention that even though I was sitting across from her for 30 min where she clearly could see me the whole time holding my coat and not offering to put it away for me for this long). Five minutes later, after i got up to speak with her, she comes to me and first offers to take my coat away. When she offered to take my coat away, i refused to give it to her as at this point i was clearly thinking of leaving the place. As i was ready to leave, she comes back again and offers to wash my hair?!? I thought it was bizarre as she isnt a hairstylist. I walk with her to the washing stations and there i see Alex working on another girl’s hair?!?! This is when i really became annoyed and found it so disrespectful so i walked out of the place without getting any seevice done. To book someone else at the same time like me is unacceptable and totally rude. If i pay good money for my hair, i not only expect good quality but excellent service as well and today this place totally disappointed and failed. Too bad, i liked them and i was planning to be a lifelong customer.. but if you treat me with disrespect and think my time isnt of any value, you dont deserve my business. Not to mention that they also sent me an email before my appointment where they say that they had reserved 45 minutes, from 11am to 11:45 exclusively for me and expect me to be there on time; otherwise if i cant make it to my appt, they deserve the right to charge me $20/hr.

5 stars to Tania for her permanent make application! I was very very, very nervous about having my eyebrows and eyeliner tattooed, however a friend of mine had this done a few years ago and highly recommended. I started investigating various spas that did this type of work, but very few had photo's of work they had done. On accessing Euro Reflections website, I found various photo's of Tania's work which made me feel a lot more comfortable. (I think it is very important to have the name of the artist who did the work on the photo) I have also being going to Tania for laser resurfacing over the last few years, which also added a layer of comfort knowing that she knew what she was doing. On the day of the procedure, I was so nervous I could hardly fill out the paperwork, as permanent makeup is permanent! To make a long story short....Tania did a fantastic job. She was very comforting through the whole procedure and listened to any requests I had. I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend. Thank you Tania!

Best salon in KW--hands down. Love that they offer unique European services like salt room treatments, etc. The staff is very professional, talented and extremely nice. The location is impeccably clean and beautifully designed--it even won a 'best design award', and it's easy to see why from the moment you walk in. AMAZING! I’ve never left a salon feeling more confident after getting my hair done. Everyone was pleasant and I almost fell asleep getting the most relaxing hair wash. I had originally booked for highlights and changed my mind last minute and when I told Daniella she didn’t make me feel like a burden or that I was making her do more work. Daniella is the best stylist I’ve ever had! You won’t regret booking at euro reflections. I didn’t!

I cannot brag about this place enough. As the saying goes, you pay for what you get! Yes, it's pricey, but for good reason. I spent my life getting hair done at Walmart and cheap salons, never getting what I wanted and wasting money. I got exactly what I wanted here! Daniela is amazing, the staff is all friendly and make you feel at home. Reception greets you with a smile on their face and makes sure you're comfortable. Recommend HIGHLY

Estelle is AMAZING !!!!! She took years of bad home color jobs and neglected hair and gave me back my beautiful hair! My hair has not looked this nice in years! After much searching, I chose Euro Reflections as the location for my bridal party spa experience prior to my Wedding. There were six women in total receiving a combination of manicures and pedicures. We had the most fantastic time! The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the spa services. She went out of her way to ensure that everything ran efficiently. The estheticians were professional, friendly and fun. We had the entire room to ourselves and were able to enjoy some beverages that we brought with us. The chairs were comfortable and everything was clean and well presented. We all felt super refreshed after our services and our nails looked great. I personally had nail art done and was so happy with how it turned out. Thank you to the entire team. As a busy Bride, you made this experience so memorable from start to finish.
