Her new space is bright and welcoming and I am so happy to be able to continue our sojourn together there. Very reasonable prices and fantastic service. She demonstrates a passion and knowledge for pampering each client as an individual. Neda makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed during any treatment. Blubirch Spa has such a calming and welcoming feel to it. I recently had the Birch Luxe Pedicure and it was amazing. Neda worked her magic and my feet were the softest they have been in a long time. I will be back for another pedicure and will be booking a facial very soon. The best pedicure I've ever had! BluBirch Spa has such a lovely and relaxing atmosphere, and Neda is so friendly and welcoming I immediately felt comfortable. She only has one person in at a time and leaves time between appointments so there isn't overlap, it was one of my first outings post-covid and I felt very safe. I'll be back!

She gave great recommendations to suit my nail shape and length, and it's evident that she takes a great deal of pride in what she does. I see Neda regularly for everything from sugaring treatments to facials. She is extremely warm and welcoming, it honestly feels like I'm chatting with a close friend versus getting a treatment most times. Any treatment is truly a one on one experience with top quality in mind. The products she uses and recommends have literally transformed my sensitive, red prone skin. The spa itself is an immaculate space that's welcoming, comfortable, and eye-pleasing thanks to all of the special decorative touches...it always smells amazing too! I highly recommend one of the signature facials with a face massage, you will literally melt. I wouldn't trust anyone else, but Neda with the health of my skin.

I've had a variety of services since BluBirch opened and have not been disappointed. It's a nice, quiet environment and I especially like the 1-on-1 treatment. Allowing only 1 person in at a time really gives a focussed feeling, particularly this year with all the additional precautions required. I would 100% recommend this spa!
