My husband and I went here for a one hour float as a date idea. We loved it! It is very relaxing and it's definitely a unique experience! I did get some of the salt water in my eye by accident which was quite painful but they provide you with a spray bottle of water to use if that happens.

One of my favourite getaways in kitchener. Their float rooms offer open concept, so those who have issues floating in the tanks and pods, this is not closed in. You can choose your preferred projection (I went with the beach). We decided to get the package with Vichy treatment and it was quite relaxing. My skin felt amazing afterwards! If you are looking for a great gift - check out their packages online. This location was practicing safe Covid protocols.

I went there with my wife after our wedding. The staff were great! They had the float set up which was very relaxing as well the scrub. They even went as far as setting up the room with some wine, chocolate, rose petals and a beautiful towel arrangement. The areas were very clean and we felt very safe. i had an awesome experience! I went there for a float+scrub +massage package for my birthday and it was amazing! Hetal did a wonderful job guiding me through their services and my choices. Considering it was my first time ever, she was very open to answering all my questions and really made me feel super relaxed. The spa has all the necessities you need , but heads up for us petite ladies, their disposable underwear are too big, so maybe carry a spare one, or bring your own bikini set!

Very relaxing. Enjoyed our couples float tonight. Have tried other floats but got claustrophobic so this was perfect. It little bit more of a public pool feeling then a spa setting and the staff walking around in bare feet was a little odd. But overall it was a relaxing experience. Others have said they were too hot... we were freezing at times. And now that I've read other reviews I'll be sure to ask about having them turn up the heat. I didn't realize it was an option. Looking forward to giving it another try.

The float rooms are really nice, and I did enjoy my float. Floating in an open room with more space was quite enjoyable. I did get tired of the light from the projection screen. I think the customer service could improve.

My husband and I purchased a couples float before the pandemic hit. During the lockdown the purchase expired. When the spa reopened I called and Greg was more than happy to honour the expired certificate. The spa is a clean, inviting and relaxing environment. The facilities were clean and calm while the staff were kind and professional. I can appreciate why many find Floats to be relaxing; however, my friend and I grew so overheated that we experienced horrendous headaches for about 12 hours following - it felt like heat exhaustion mixed with dehydration. If you are considering a float, consider your temperature tolerance beforehand. You are provided with a water bottle but I would suggest you bring your own water in a larger quantity. My higher rating is representative of the overall location/service and not of my personal negative experience.

Delightful 5+ star first-time experience! Very comfortable setting. It's like an oasis in another tropical country. Very clean on all surfaces and air. The UV light in the common area is an effective purifier. The 14-18" deep water is incredibly bouyant. The video clips are a great illusion for traveling (walking and gliding) to all sorts of peaceful scenes. Music is calming. They even have speakers underwater. Do not shave just before or go with any open cuts because the salt in the water can be irritating. Thankfully there is a clean water spray bottle in the room to wash away any pool water. The multi-head shower with liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner is a wonderful feature for preparing to enter and exit the pool. Nice touch with the sanitized slippers, luxury robe and towel. The bottled water to rehydrate is appreciated. I will be returning for more relaxing staycations.

What a fabulous experience. Went for the first time today on the advice of a friend who had been before. First off, the customer service was excellent. Such lovely people. The float was probably the second best thing to being in outer space if you want to get a weightless experience. (For the record, the water doesn't taste salty - don't get it in your mouth, even accidentally.) We also had the Vichy exfoliating scrub and Indian head massage. Pure bliss. We left with our skin smooth and smelling great, and a couple of hours of relaxation behind us. It might have been the first visit, but it certainly won't be the last. Thank you!!

Incredible experience. I found out about Azur on Groupon and did my first float. Staff are knowledgeable and make you feel right at home. I'm planning on booking more floats because the experience was so calming. I'm normally very claustrophobic and have avoided floating due to the pod concept, but Azur changed my mind. Please go and support this local business. You will be glad you did!

Friendly staff and clean facility. We were greeted right away and offered water bottles as well. I booked a couples Vichy treatment with my husband. The disposable briefs provided is not a one size fits all. The table in the Vichy room was too high for a short person like me, I almost slipped on the wet floor as I had to jump off the table when they changed the towels. Comparing my past spa experiences, what I liked most about them was that I was given a quick tour of the facility, shown where the change rooms/bathrooms were and was guided as to what was going to happen next in my treatment. I was also asked to fill out a customer profile sheet so they would have a record of me and my past treatments and with who it was with. Not sure if this was completed at Azure as I wasn't asked to complete papers. I was a little confused as we were asked to change in the room itself, not in the change rooms. After our treatment we were then given robes and asked to change in the other room. We weren't sure where to put our bags so we kept them in the same room and worried they would get wet...they didn't. I would recommend having more sizes available for the disposable briefs and a foot stool available for us shorter folks.

Hidden Gem! Glad to have a place like this in the region. You want to have a relaxing and tranquil experience, this is the place. Received a couple floats for a gift, and had no idea what we were getting into. Bit hesitant at first, but there is no reason to be. Went in with an open mind and ended up walking out with smooth skin, super relaxed and in la la land. It was awesome and we couldn't wait to come back. We added a Vichy exfoliation to add to our second go, and that was nothing short of awesome. As a result, I pre-purchased a bulk package of floats and booked additional services to spoil the wife. once again, I am happy to report all services experienced were top notch. Staff also go out of their way to accommodate. Every dollar spent here has been well worth it! Looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend.

We had a ladies night at Azure Spa last night with Floats & full body scrubs. I cannot say how impressed I am with the esthetician Ashley. She was able with give 9 of us full body scrubs while making us feel right at home. Having her fun, personable energy in the spa while we were there was the PERFECT addition to ladies night! I am also 8+ months pregnant and she made me feel so comfortable being there with her. Will definitely be going back again & requesting her!

My wife and I have tried a few different ways to float. This was our favorite. The float tank it self was the perfect depth. The visual stimulation was fantastic. Customer service was great. Give this place a try if you're an experienced or non experienced floater. Well worth it.

My boyfriend and I loved Azure Spa! It felt like we were on vacation right in our own backyard. We got the Salt Float for Two deal on Boxing Day and used it this past weekend. The pool was a great temperature and was spacious for two people to comfortably be in there. I am pregnant and this was a great way to relax my body! The screen projector that played different clips is what really made us feel like we were on vacation. It was nice to have the shower in the same room too. They provide you with noodles and a floating head rest is you wish to use them, as well as ear plugs, lotion, water and a spray bottle (it came in handy when I got salt water in my eye and felt nice to sprits on you to cool off in the pool). It was nice to be able to hear the music under the water as well. We suggest drinking lots of water afterwards. We will definitely be back for another couples float session! ????

I have always wanted to try floating but I was worried that sensory deprivation pods would trigger claustrophobia. For anyone with a similar worry this is a perfect alternative. They provided towels, ear plugs, bath robes, hair conditioner, lotion, slippers, water, petroleum jelly. They left us a spray bottle to spray on our eyes, hands, any minor cuts, in case we got water somewhere that stung. Really lovely, friendly, relaxing experience ♡

I took my fiancée for her birthday, and she was so nervous. We did the Vichy couples treatment, and it was absolutely amazing! The staff was professional and friendly, and it really added to the experience. We ended up agreeing that it’s needed on the regular. Can’t wait to plan our next visit!

Highly recommend this place. I did the one hour float (piece of advice don't use the neck cushion & use the provided ear plugs) it was amazing. I then had a half hour hot stone massage that turned out to be 40 minutes. I will definitely return here again and next time I won't forget to bring cash to tip ????. I will definitely be leaving a Google review and sharing this amazing experience on all my social media accounts. I was told on the phone when I booked I could get a receipt indicating I received a float so I could claim it with my insurance. After the float, the receptionist refused to give a receipt, and said I'd have to contact the owner to get one. I've since tried calling and texting the number I was given, with no luck. Edit: Reaching out again a few days after the response to this review, I was able to get my situation resolved. Not as smooth a process as I would've liked, but I may have just been unlucky.

First i have to say Greg is amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable. I have gone for a bunch of floats and it is great. It helps with my pain and makes me feel so relaxed. They are very accommodating to your needs, i asked for a hotter room and Greg was able to help. If you have any problems or concerns he is willing to help solve them. For anyone needing some relaxation or help with sore body i highly recommend this place. For anyone who has claustrophobia it is completely open unlike some other float places that you are in a closed chamber.

So we went for a float, I've done this before and I love it.. today we added a Vichy shower ????. Let me tell ya guys,it was amazing.. we as a couple layed on a table while 2 beautiful ladies gave up a full body salt scrub then we were hands on washed for 30 min..

A great float place and another option for the kw area to have a second floating option. What I liked a lot about this place is the warmer temperatures in the float area and the ability to listen to music the whole hour and view calming scenery on the wall right above your float tank. I highly recommend Azure and will be coming back

Such a lovely experience!! My 60 minute float was the most peaceful 60 minutes I've had since March!! As a mom with a busy kid, this quiet me-time was exactly what I needed to unwind. Took my wife out for a 1 hr couples float and we both loved it, showed up a bit early and were given a tour and told about the process. It was a very relaxing experience, much better than any standard sort of date night. We both left the place feeling great and ready for a good sleep. Since we were not able to go anywhere south for our holidays this year, I booked us in for a couples float + Scandinavian vichy shower. It was AMAZING! Floating- you get your own private room with shower. The pool was large and warm. Super easy to figure it out and relax. The head pillows really help if you want to watch the animals on the projection. Vichy treatment- the disposable briefs they give you are cute and work better for men than women. Just get comfortable being naked. Hot stones were awesome. Things that would improve the experience: maybe warmer water but it’s probably set at that temperature so you’re not sitting in hot water for that long, having the video loop be longer so we don’t have to watch the same loop 4 times during the 60 mins, have the sound effects louder, and having a step to get into the tub- short people be careful. We felt very comfortable with the COVID safety protocols. I would recommend bringing a second face mask because your mask gets super wet during the Vichy shower. We brought a backpack to store everything in because you cannot leave your items in the change room due to COVID. They give you a basket to bring your stuff to each room. They supply robe and flip flops. We look forward to coming back. Now that we know what to expect, we will be able to relax more. We should have set a timer when we got in the float room because we kept looking at our phones to make sure we weren’t going over 60 mins. Definitely recommend this spa! Had a blast and will 100% be back!
