This is one of the worst McDonalds that I have ever ate in. The floors are dirty as the road outside, the staff could care less about the pop machine being out of CO2, (Pop is flat), there were no napkins, the service was extremely slow, the ice machine had no ice, when I told staff about no napkins, pop machine they said that they could care less. No staff member left from behind the counter to check on anything in the lobby. The staff is extremely lazy.

Kirkland lake restaurant is very dirty, food sits under thr warming lights until someone decides to come out and give it to the customers. On several occasions there has been no cream. No management anywhere to be seen.

I had to throw out my burger, it had cheese. After asking 4 times, I even said "please it's an expensive burger I have a dairy allergy no cheese". Don't waste your cash here, they'll just give you what ever is cooked, and no receipt, after asking for that as well. Can't complain without a record of you're visit. Thanks for the garbage !

Worst mcdonalds I have ever been to! I only ordered a $5 meal and was parked and told to wait for the fries.... there are now FIVE cars parked! Are you kidding me? I'm from Hamilton ontario, the only time you get parked there is if you have a huge order. How is this Mcdonalds even functioning? It's the lunch rush and you run out of fries? There arent even that many people inside. Head office needs to look into this Mcdonalds. I just watched a truck sit at the 2nd window for 5 minutes waiting for 4 coffees. I'm still waiting for my fries and it's been more than 10 minutes..... last time this happened here my fries werent even hot.

KL McDonalds is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Our visit this time was VERY slow, as usual. One of our burgers didnt have pickles, we ordered a regular frappe and got an Oreo one, the fries were undercooked and the wrap we ordered had and excessive amount of BBQ sauce and was supposed to have ranch.

Unfortunately this has been one of the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. My first experience I thought was a one off, however, upon returning multiple times, it has not improved. There is a reason the lines for the Tim Horton's drive-thru are always out the parking lot and this McDonald's is empty. Sometimes the food even comes at lukewarm temperatures and not hot like other locations.

My order gets messed up almost every time. I went inside asked that I get everything made the way I asked. I only got two burgers this time. They made them both incorrectly. Then the cashier I specifectly asked to make sure they were made right didn't and I asked nicely to have them remade. She refused manager came out and helped me out.

Slow service. All day, every day. Plan for at least 10 minutes in the drive through during meal time. Minimum 5 minutes even if there is no one else in sight. Always check your order before driving away. 95% of the time there is something incorrect. Even if you just want a coffee.

They got way more bad days then good. Always make sure to try your coffee at the window before pulling off, cause something as simple as a coffee is always screwed up. Either a very old pot of coffee or they don't add sugar. Friends have gotten sick eating here. The staff must be very incompetent. It's honestly worth the drive to go to New Liskeard from K.L. if you want better McDonald's.

Your bathrooms were filthy, the sink was plugged and the floor was wet and slippery. The egg mcmuffin had an egg shell in it., and we had to wait 15 minutes for our food. Not a great experience.

I don't come here often for the fact that they can never get our order right. My bf asked that they do not put onions on his burger as they make him sick. 30 mins we waited for our food. Finally get it to find out the burger HAD ONLY ONIONS!
