Had a sugar scrub from Robby and was in heaven! So relaxing and left my skin feeling so soft. Robby takes time to explain what to expect and let's you pick the scented oil of your preference. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone looking for the ultimate relaxation

Charlee has the hands of an angel. Never had a massage before in my life. This was my first one. I pretty much fell asleep and realized 30 minutes was not enough. Fastest 30 minutes of my life. It was lovely. Looking forward to my next massage. :) Thank you Charlee!

My girlfriend and I normally go to another spa but she received a gift certificate for La Renaissance and of course decided to try it out. She thought she would try the scalp massage since she loves it when I give her one and she assumed a professional would be even better. She said it was terrible. She asked the girl to apply more pressure, but that didn’t help. The girl used way too much oil, to the point where I asked her what was wrong with her hair when she walked out of the spa. It was a waste of $74, she doesn’t even plan to use the rest of the gift card. Based on the rest of the reviews, I would expect a higher standards from a place like this. The two stars is because my girlfriend said the spa is beautiful.

Facial was relaxing and overall my skin felt great afterwards. I would prefer the esthetician not leave the room while the mask is setting, maybe include a hand or scalp massage while we wait

Very underwhelming relaxation massage. Paid $ 85 for an hour massage however, I received just over 45 minutes. To include, the room was cold and pressure was nonexistent. I have had many relaxation massages, none as bad as this one. Do not recommend. May have been a different experience with an RMT in regards to the massage.

I don't know where to start. The moment I told the receptionist that it was my first time there, she gave me the FULL tour of their 3 storey spa. I was absolutely blown away by the cleanliness and the services they offer. I enjoyed a facial (my first) and the experience from start to finish was perfection. The lights were off, and the room had music quietly playing in the background. By the time it was finished my skin was glowing and I felt relaxed and refreshed. My skin is STILL glowing. I will absolutely return. I've been to a few spas, but this was by far my favorite experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my massage at La Renaissance today. The RMT had extensive knowledge when it came to my past and present medical conditions and even sent me home with some breathing techniques. It was a nice comfortable atmosphere. The front staff were super friendly and courteous. I’ll definitely be returning.
