I have gotten beauty treatments done all over the world and I must say that Viola is the best aesthetician I have ever been to. After only 1 session of the European facial with Viola, my acne scarring has minimized, my skin tone has even out, and my complexion overall is glowing to the point where I have stopped wearing makeup to cover up my imperfections. I was so impressed and confident with her skills and knowledge that I booked other treatments including microblading, eyelash extensions, Japanese manicure, and Brazilian wax all of which were performed to perfection and yielded great results. It is rare to find an aesthetician that does an exceptional job at all the treatments offered and is willing to go the extra mile to achieve her client’s idea of perfection. With that said, I won’t hesitate to visit Viola for any of my beauty needs in the future. Thank you for making me look my natural best!

The lady here boasted about how much epilation she could do in a short amount of time and then when I went in some other person (a young girl) did it and basically said to me she's slow (you pay by time), she then went on about how most people have regrowth in pregnancy so it's basically pointless to get it done before kids... It was also the least effective epilation I've ever had. Waste of money.

Viola is a con artist and a scam. I don't leave bad reviews but I've never experienced this. She took hundreds of dollars and refused to perform treatments, didn't show up for appointments, claimed completed appointments which never happened and behaved with the most unprofessional customer service. The treatments I did get, didn't work at all and her employee told me they were a scam. Save your money and your time!

I’m from Brazil and I’m very picky who take care of me , I went to so many places in Kingston and Viola it’s the BEST she does Brazilian washing perfect and normally no one can do it right , Viola it’s very knowledgeable, understand our needs , and do a AMAZING job on everything, now I’m doing my lashes , washing , treatments for my face ( for acne and rejuvenation) , and her new treatment for cellulite it’s unbelievable the difference on my gluteos! I had permanent eyeliner done a few weeks a go. I am visiting from down east so wasn't sure if I could get it all done in one sitting. I am extremely happy with it and don't need a touch up but have the option to go back with I'm a year. Viola was so sweet and talked me thru the painful parts. Thank you!
