Jenny did an absolute amazing job on my nails. I came in this morning for a fill and she noticed I had air bubbles under my set and she fixed everything. Best quality I’ve ever gotten in Kingston. My nails feel smooth and light and I love them. Also super professional, clean & kind! Thank you so much

Exceptional service, clean, and friendly. They also have talented nail techs who pay attention to detail and will do incredible "Pinterest worthy" nail art. I brought them a picture of some Powerpuff girl nails that I found on the internet and they replicated it exactly! This is my new spot and I'd recommend it to anyone!

This place was probably one of the best nail salons I've been to--It's such a beautiful space and the lovely ladies that did my nails were so friendly and they did an amazing job. Unails is new, fresh, sparkly, and has a lux feel. Also they were following covid protocol very well! Definitely going back.

Visit to U Nail & Spa is always a pleasant experience! Everyone is professional and the interior is impeccable. Absolutely love to be here get my nails done. Of course the nails turn out wonderfully! I chose the aloe jelly spa pedicure and it was fantastic! The after was quite warm, but I was informed this was required for the jelly. It was worth it as my feet were so soft before the treatment even began! Very nice staff who make sure you're as comfortable as possible and get exactly what you want. I felt very pampered and not at all rushed. Good safety protocols too with moveable plexiglass barriers between you and the technician as well as masks.

I popped into this beautiful store today and was amazed I was the only person. I got a beautiful full set at a reasonable price. Jenny and the rest of the staff were so kind and absolutely meticulous yet timely. They delivered great service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They opened during COVID lockdown which has been very difficult so please go support them!

They have such a beautiful and clean salon. The staff were all friendly. Our pedicures are amazing. Took a little longer than I expected but was great service and great prices! Will definitely be coming back for more pedicures and to see how their manicures are! Have to mention the fantastic message chairs they have too, could sit there all day.

Amazing place ! Jenny is a queen, best nail technician I’ve seen in so long! Been around the province as an army brat and by far the best nail salon I’ve been too. Clean, professional and does a top notch job! Everyone is so nice and friendly, never had a bad set put on! These people go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied before you leave. And love the stamp cards!

I took my husband and grandfather to U nails today. I go every 3 weeks to get powder nails done. I've always had a great experience. They always do great designs. Today was my 89 year old grandfather's first radiation day. Afterwards I took him for a mani pedi. He loved it. He's an old country guy. Who would have never gone. On our way home he asked when we could go back. My grandfather has diabetes. I asked them not to use the foot shaver on him. They were very gentle and kind to him. Got him all cleaned up. My spouse is military. His feet are so banged up. Mia spent extra time trying to smooth them out. She had her work cut out for her. Thank you to the staff for giving my guys a great experience.

Layla did my nails exactly how I wanted. She was so gentle and patient. I got shellac manicure done. It looks so natural and clean. Also all the girls were really nice and sweet. Will come back for sure. ????

Everyone was very nice but I booked an appointment for a UV gel fill and they gave me an acrylic fill even after I told them I had UV gel extensions. I called them after about it and they told me it was a gel fill, but unless there’s a new gel that’s made by mixing liquid and powder... I now have an acrylic/gel mix on my nails.

The ladies are very friendly there and I love the service. I must admit, very loving and caring. Around Christmas time they give away stuff towards there customers. Definitely recommend this place.

Second time here, it was just as wonderful as the first. The salon is always so clean and the staff is super friendly. They're very wiling to work with you to make sure you get the design you want. Very knowledgeable! They were a bit late starting our appointment, but they were also busy. I can respect that they still take the time with each client, ensuring they get proper quality service that isn't rushed. It also meant we got to sit in those message chairs for long! Elly did my nails and was just amazing. She did them exactly how I wanted :) very impressed with the cute little pumpkins!
