Always a great experience here. I do find the salon prices to be a bit steep, but I'm always very happy with their work, so it's worth it to treat yourself. Sam is fantastic! Going to be asking for her anytime I need a cut/style. Super friendly, very professional.

Crystal is the biggest miracle worker there is!! Such a professional, personalized stylist! She makes it a priority to build a relationship with you so you can achieve the best goals with your hair! Such a knowledgeable stylist as well. For someone who has never dyed their hair before she put me at ease but the stylist I went to before messed up my hair, and she fixed it with no hesitation! She made me feeling more confident in my hair and made it look amazing! Melissa did an amazing job fixing my hair after a mishap with black box dye, and Crystal gave my hair a gorgeous balyage that has blown me away! Last but certainly not least, Casey gave me the eye lashes of my dreams! I seriously can't recommend Total Diva enough! My friend and I went to Diva for a hair cut together. I requested my stylist by name, but my friend was assigned a "Rising Star" who dropped the hairbrush at least 3 times. Needless to say, it was not very comforting to be sitting in that chair. The rising star gave her a blunt cut straight across with absolutely no layering nor styling! Make sure to ask for a senior stylist or one by name/referral!

It’s incredibly unfortunate when a google review can not be resolved with a pleasant outcome. As a stylist I take reviews seriously. If at any point someone is unhappy with the level of service they receive then it needs to be addressed. The photos below demonstrate how I would step up to correct a situation , even when box dye is applied. I go out of my way to make sure the client is happy with the final result. I am also incredibly honest with my professional advice and recommendations when asked repeatedly about box dyes. When advice is not taken and box dye applications are applied, the salon and stylists are no longer responsible for the outcome. Due to the recent photos of “hair gone wrong” I would love to take this moment to educate clients on expectations of service when an unhappy result is had. 1. Contact salon or stylist ( Advice, or corrective opportunities) 2. Listen to the advice of the professional, if still not happy seek out refund. 3. Seek a professional that you are confident that can assist in getting you a wanted result. ******Never try to correct a situation chemically with out full knowledge of the chemical and its process. ****** Please note that any treatment or self corrective situation to the hair can and will void any responsibility of the salon or stylist. ***** Always contact salon owner first.

I have gotten my eyelash extensions done at a few places in kingston and Diva salon was a HUGE disappointment. They charge an insane amount compared to how long they last. I was going back every week to have them fix them and the lady doing then wouldn't do the outer corners of my eyes - completely defeating the purpose of getting eyelash extensions. Really not impressed.

I got my eyebrows done here, and they did a terrible job. My eyebrows were completely uneven, and I had to go home and redo them completely. The service isn't the best, as they always rush you in and out of there. I would not recommend going here. Go to serenity to get your eyebrows done!

Best spa in Kingston! Ask for Lindsay! She will pamper you like a celebrity! Down to earth and meets your needs to tee! You feel like you've known her for years! Crystal is an amazing stylist who understands your crazy explanations of what your thinking you want, and delivers exactly what your look should be! The place is gorgeous! Private! And classy! And Lindsay won't play that generic boring spa music, it's relaxation infused with soft upbeat tempo songs that take your mind away from the everyday stresses! From the limestone walls, and fireplaces beside your bed....If you are a true Diva, you would go no where else!

I am the mother of the bride. We had Total Diva Boutique Salon people come do our hair and make up for the bridal party, mother and mother-in-law. We paid a lot of money for this service. But I do have to say that the girls were very pleasant, HOWEVER, I was upset with my daughter's hair and the other girls hair because they all had long hair and all the curls fell out before the ceremony started. So, so disappointed. I don't think they put any product in their hair at all. And they didn't do my hair the way I wanted it done. It did look ok but wasn't what I wanted. I just don't think we got out money's worth of glamour.
