Chay did an excellent job with my lashes and made me feel very comfortable in her cute little fuzzy chair , I didn't want to leave a review until I could see what the after math would be to my own lashes as I was scared it might leave them looking a bit scarce or patchy but can say they look even better then before! She was very professional and seemed to be VERY knowledgable in the lash department I will deffinately be going back for another set soon!!

Chay kills it every time I get my lashes done with her. Her experience and knowledge is nothing but the best. I use to get my lashes done with another lady but once going to Chay I will never go anywhere but her to get my lashes done again as I’m in love everytime I leave & never had one thing to complain about. No question, Chay knows exactly what she is doing.Her space is classy and modern while still being inviting! I went in a little apprehensive from a previous lash scare. First thing i noticed was Chay's relaxed yet professional manner. I didn't doubt her skills from the first minute and I was correct in my assumption. Chay gave me a breakdown of the procedure and applied my lashes. i left with a natural looking set that felt comfortable directly after. The ONLY down fall I can find is the location, not address, but when I walked in the front door of the building Lash Room By Chay is in I wasn't sure where to go. the staff down stairs were accommodating and I found my way just fine!

Chay is the best lash technician I have ever seen! She is extremely accommodating and does beautiful work. I always receive so many compliments about how gorgeous and natural my lashes look. She’s great at making my lashes perfect for any occasion! She made them extra glamorous for my birthday and has also made them perfect for day to day. I would recommend her to anyone looking for high quality extensions that are very well priced!

I was new to eyelash extensions and Chay talked me through the process and thoroughly explained to me how to care for my eyelash extensions, along with some tricks and tips! During my first appointment she noticed I had a lot of “baby lashes” , these are eyelashes that are not yet full grown and strong enough to handle extensions. Chay offered to apply as many eyelashes as she could on my longer and stronger lashes as she knew I was excited to get them done. She scheduled me in to return a week later and during that appointment she gave me a full set of eyelashes and now I’m hooked! She also did not charge me for my first appointment, given I was not able to have a full set applied (although many other people would of charged, given that she still applied some eyelashes). Chay is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable and makes sure that you always leave looking and feeling fabulous. I also noticed that she has gone above and beyond in sanitizing and wearing appropriate PPE. I’ve already returned for a refill and I’ll be going back to her again!

Ladies!! Chay should be your Kingston go-to. New to Kingston, I was searching for a lash tech to provide me with a set of lash extensions. I did a lot of research and found that Chay was very positively reviewed online; after my appointment with her, I can definitely see why! Chay is extremely professional and experienced; her studio is clean and organized and her service was excellent. She took the time to consult with me about what my expectations were (I wanted light, fluffy, and natural - she delivered!) and provided me with her opinion about what was doable and would look best - even if it took a little extra time. At no point did she rush the appointment (despite being fully booked); she took her time to make sure the details were perfect and was very skilled and safe in her application. Chay clearly cares about her work and her client experience- I will definitely be returning :).

Going to see Chay at the LashRoom is the highlight of every month. I get asked all the time by women who go elsewhere for their lash extensions, where I get mine done because they look so good!!! I get full vol. plus length and she’ll even put brown ones in during the summer to make my blue eyes pop. She takes the extra time to tint my natural lashes when I need it, all that while maintaining the health of them. Fun, professional, and super easy going to any demand, Chay’s by far the best custom lash technician in Kingston.

The 5 star rating this place has is well deserved. Chay took the time to break down the lash extensions process before we even got started. She Asked me important questions about the style of lashes I was looking for before we got started. She also let me know she would only give me a set my lashes could handle without damaging them; which is think is super important and good to let clients know. The service was professional and my lashes look STUNNING. I went grocery shopping right after and the cashier asked me where I got my lashes done they are so perfect. I have had extensions before but these are perfectly shaped for my eyes. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. She also took the time to explain to me the aftercare needed for my lashes. 10/10 appointment. I already have my fill booked!

I have been getting my eyelash extensions done by Chay for a long time. My first set was BEAUTIFUL, she spent a full two hours filling my eyelashes. Ever since my first set, her service and consistency was not great. After getting a fill, she told me that she had wanted to try something different and had put blue extensions throughout each eye? I didn't ask for this and thought it was a bit weird she did it without permission. I told myself for the last 6 appointments I had "I won't go back if they look like this again." I felt like she rushed through my fills (sometimes only 30 minutes) because I was a regular customer and knew I would keep coming back. I went back a few times and ask her to fix the work she did and she seemed frustrated and charged me full price for a FIX. I had my last fill a few weeks ago and did not notice a difference from before -> after and paid $75.00. I went to a different lash studio the next day to get my eyelash extensions removed because they looked awful and was told each eye had only 20 extensions and that they were inconsistent lengths and thickness. I am so disheartened to write this review but I want to let others know of my experience. I wouldn't recommend this studio because there just isn't much consistency and the services offered cost top dollar!
