I booked online and the promotion said first time customers receive 10 percent off new clients ..I spent 580 on botox and filler and I asked the nurse about to 10 percent off she was rude and said she didn't know anything about this. I showed the front desk and she said I did not do it right ...when I showed her on my phone she said sorry I can't do that at this time. So I was pretty disappointed I Waited and waited and my botox did not work. The nurse just came in with needles already full of who knows what but did not show me what product she was using so I am assuming water and hardly any botox. I will not come back what a waste of money.

Was at the clinic about a month ago and had 2 Cysts removed 1 cyst was over 40 years old the other 1 was 10 years old. Dont even know that they're was even a Cysts on my head no at all. The clinic was very clean and the people working there was absolutely fantastic. Thank you very much.

I had laser hair removal done at the Cooper Clinc and had to change my appointment last minute. The staff were able to accommodate my request and were super kind and very knowledge. The space is very well appointed too - I felt like I was at a spa! Would definitely recommend laser removal here as it was fast, minimally painful and much cheaper than any other clinic in Kingston.

I have been visiting The Cooper Clinic since they opened in January 2019. The ambiance of the clinic is so zen and relaxing. The staff are all so kind and helpful, you can't help but want to keep coming back! Dr. Alex Cooper is so friendly and makes you very comfortable in your procedures. She takes the time to explain what she is doing and what changes you will see post treatment. I have had Botox, Lip filler, and Microneedling and very happy with all three services. I would absolutely recommend taking the time to meet with Dr. Cooper, if you are looking to have any services done.

Welcoming, professional staff. The Cooper Clinic is a beautifully appointed facility. I had the SRA face treatment. Kristen was most informative about the treatment, answering all of my questions/concerns. Kristen made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I am very happy with the results and am returning for a second treatment. The Cooper Clinic carries a line of skin care products by SkinCeuticals. I purchase the Physical Fusion UV Defense and the Discoloration Defense. I am very satisfied with both products.
