Called every day for a week, left my details for a service call, no one got back to me. Ended up going in to see them instead, waited 45 minutes for service and Brian told me "We don't stock that heater element, and I'm not going to help you find a substitute. Try eBay." Very disappointed in the service level.

Weird, tried to buy a new cover for my hot tub which was bought from st Lawrence pools, have the make, model and year with a picture, and before I could finish my sentence I was told to go home and measure my hot tub, and fill out the form, then come back and drop 50 percent down and then they would order? Ummm I would have thought I could simply place an order but if I am measuring and left to figure it out, I bet there is a good chance I can do the same online and get a better price, I really believe in support local but you do have to provide a service or really why would people go to the store. Just my two cents, but if my staff did something like this I would be furious.

The young staff are eager to help out and if they don't know the answer, they will find it for you. Ok, the old guys are good too. I have a Hydropool spa and they have been very patient with me while I rebuild it to its former glory. After checking prices online, I find the convenience of their location preferred and they have an excellent return policy if you buy the wrong product!

Was looking to install an inground pool and discussed on the phone about purchasing a $100 000 pool set up. Booked an on site meeting. No one showed. I called 2 hours after the appointment time and they told me they didn't have time and to rebook. No apologies for not even considering my time while I waited patiently around. No phone call from them to tell us the appointment was cancelled. Update: I was called back the next day by the owner Chuck. I really do believe that there was just a miscommunication between the installer and myself. We booked and had a new meeting to start the process of getting a pool. I had no idea how busy pool places are now but the meeting was very informative and went very well. We will probably go with St. Lawrence Pools because they seem to have the experience and being they are fairly large they have a better ability to get stock and have crews available for installs.

Once again St Lawrence Pools exceeded expectations. We had a problem with the pool liner coming away from the side. The two experts who came and fixed it were so impressive. The staff were not very knowledgeable or helpful. I may as well of found the parts myself as both the staff that assisted me said that I needed to buy the whole replacement unit vice the o-ring which is what I was looking for. When I was looking for the o-ring they didn't have a clue they just kept saying well this one's too small this one's too big. With the second person I found it myself as she was doing the same as the first person and then tried to sell me the air valve knob instead of the o-ring. A you should listen to what the customer wants B you should know your products and C you should not try to oversell your customer

Good sales experience, felt like the seller was very knowledgeable (later found out he owned the same tub) Had an issue with the initial lifter came with the tub, but between the sales staff and service department, we were able to sort out a great solution with minimal added cost. They've done their best to keep me happy and better yet my spouse! Would strongly recommend. Special shout out to Brian in service who made sure everything worked out.

Really seems they are geared towards sales then service. Bought my hot tub everything was grate. (about 2 years later) Went to get a part for it on a Thursday they didn't have it but the brockville store had 2 they said they would order it should be in Tuesday. Following Friday rolls around still haven't heard from them so I stopped by was greeted at the door was asked if I need anything I said just seeing if the part I ordered was in. Quote from guy working. if they didn't call you it's not in. And walks away. Waited over another week and didn't hear anything so I called the brockville store to make sure they had the part they said they did and asked if I would like them to set it to the side? I said yes when I got there it was sitting behind the counter waiting for me.

Purchased a Hydropool spa (and a bunch of other stuff since) from St. Lawrence and have had nothing but great service over the years. Recently we had a fairly serious leak from one of the connections inside our spa, causing it to empty completely. Josh was able to help me diagnose the location of the leak over the phone, I was able to take some pictures to send him, and a service call was arranged to fix the issue - great communication in booking the call, with a rush put on due to the severity of the problem and cold weather. The technician came very quickly, right on time, and was able to replace the problem hose in about 25 minutes total, including explaining everything to me and letting my dog bark at him for a bit! Huge thanks to Josh, Jen and of course the technician, for the prompt and professional service. Rare to get service that good these days - definitely the best reason to shop at St. Lawrence!

Staff was great, however the owner refused to order an umbrella in from a supplier they use, "Too much hassle" . Ordered the exact same item from LuxeDecor in the US for less cost (after exchange). Worked out well in the end as we saved $200.00 and won't be going back to St. Lawrence pools anytime soon.

After my bad experiences with aqua bay and being left with a feeling that their only goal was to line their pockets with money. I made the decision to switch pool places after 8 + years. When I went to St lawrence and explained my entire story you could see the lady genuinely felt horrible for my experiences. She didn't try to sell me chemicals she was very proactive in trouble shooting the problem. I had done the proper thing in draining a third of my pool the previous evening and refilling it (adding no chemicals...as it was over chemicalled and nothing would reduce it nor clear it) Her solution was simple angle my jets downward run my pool pump all weekend (due to the high temp expected). They created a file (if you can imagine) with the problems so I don't have to reexplain the situation nor the next plan of action should the first not work. My pool has managed to clear up following her suggestion. I am grateful for their honesty, courtious service and dedication to their customers. I have since directed a few of my friends to St. Lawrence pools as I am ok with paying extra for chemicals rather than being sold stuff I don't need. Wonderful all around experience, thank you!

We first went to St. Lawrence Pools to purchase our first in-ground pool. I bought a large patio table and 6 chairs from St. Lawrence Pools in Kingston. I custom ordered the set as I wanted all 6 chairs to be the high back swivel rockers and I wanted a solid table top (i.e. no holes in top where crumbs fall to floor). I bought a Gensun set. The table top is aluminum but it looks like stone (Paradise table, Truffle finish). The swivel rockers have high backs and are super comfortable. The table and chairs are heavy enough so they won't blow around in the wind. Anyways I had looked all over for what I wanted and was unable to find it anywhere. Mike Soucie at St. Lawrence Pools was so helpful to me. He was very knowledgable and showed me what he could custom order online for me. He found samples of the table top materials available, table base and chair metal samples and the fabrics I could choose from. He was honest and let me know that since the set had to be custom ordered from China it would take a minimum of 3 months to arrive. After 3 months he sent me an email to say it was expected in about one week. It was delivered the next week and set up at my home by Courtney and Conner from St. Lawrence Pools. They were both very polite and took care not to walk on my newly seeded lawn. They assembled the table, and took all of the garbage with them. I love the furniture, it is excellent quality and in perfect condition. I would certainly recommend St. Lawrence Pools to anyone who wants good quality outdoor furniture that will last for many years. Many thanks to Mike and others at St. Lawrence Pools!

St.Lawrence Pools has provided me with superb customer service. Recently I had an issue with a product that was purchased here. I tried multiple times to contact the American manufacturer and was continually frustrated with no results. I told my story to St.Lawrence Pools and within 3 days, I received a call from the president of the Canadian division of the manufacturing company. I was expecting the same results that I has with their American counterparts. To my surprise and Joy, the Canadian division offered to replace my item free of charge. I was only expecting a fix!!! Without St.Lawrence Pools going to bat for me, I'm sure none of this would have happened. Well done St.Lawrence Pools, well done. This is the way all businesses should be run!

Subcontractor excavated our backyard for the wrong type of pool!! Planned for above ground and was dug out for on ground!! Instead of filling in the area where the pool was to be built, they hauled away the dirt and built it anyways! Now being billed for their mistake of hauling away excess dirt! We are left to try and landscape around an above ground pool that can't be back filled! Summer of relaxation turned into a summer of stress!
