Really happy with how my nails turned out. Went in to remove some biogels I had done at another salon and they convinced me to get a fill but I was worried about length. Angela made sure I was happy with the nails throughout the process and gave me exactly what I was looking for. The result was a very clean and professional look that are still sturdy and functional. Decent price and very kind service. Definitely recommend them.

The first time I came here,Angela did a GREAT job... The next time I went for a fill,it was not that great. So I thought I would give Angela ANOTHER chance and EVERY time,they were WORSE than before.???? After not even 2 weeks my Nails were to the point where the sides of my Nails were already lifting on the sides,which made me take them off MYSELF! She totally DESTROYED my Nail Bed too. ???? I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN! F.Y.I. This is not just caused from forcing my nails off! It’s called they are so thin they started to rip/peel off. The gel was poorly done and my nail bed WAS destroyed!!!!!!????

They were nice enough here but the quality of work was not great. When I got home I noticed that there was polish on my skin from my manicure. My thumbnail was crooked and not filed well. Within 3 days my shellac manicure was chipped and by a week it bubbled and peeled off like a sticker. I won't be returning.

since i have been going to sarahs my lashes have been amazing! i upgraded from volume to mega and im super impressed with the results! angela has been able to get my lashes, really full & fluffy. ???? prior, i had my lashes done in toronto & was disappointed because they were falling out super fast. my lashes with angela retain themselves much stronger & im not worried anymore! she is super professional & truly has a passion for eyelash extension safety & healthcare & has great attention to detail! definitely will not be changing lash techs! ????

Definitely not going to make this place a regular spot to get my nails filled. I've never had a more painful experience getting my nails done. Not only did I have breakage the next day but when I went back they put the wrong colour on my nail, they told me to come back if the colour didn't change to match the others!

Had acrylics put on for my holidays. After not even a week, 5 nails had broken off. I contacted Sarah's nails imediately after returning from holidays only to get the run around from the staff and owners. They were not willing to replace my nails free of charge. Pretty sad after spending $45.00. Would definitely never go back or recommend

Today I went in and got my eye brows waxed,. The COVID protocol and safety measure that were in place from the moment you walk in was EXCELLENT! I've been going there for years for my brows and nails, but haven't been since COVID, and I was SO impressed. I felt so safe that I almost fell asleep during a waxing lol!

Shellac started chipping off on the fifth day! Had my manicure done Friday evening, Wednesday morning I got my first chip. By afternoon a second nail began chipping, and continued to peel throughout the day. The service: The manicurist sighed and pursed her lips when I pointed out unevenly applied gel, bumps or bubbles. She was very reluctant to correct any mistakes. I insisted that all major mistakes be corrected but the result is still quite uneven. The nails were filed haphazardly, and no attention was given to symmetry.

I called here 1week ago. I got they're 10 minutes early..my apt was at 530 they closed at 7 ii was told. I WASNT TAKEN FOR 45 MINUTES!!(I watched Sarah chat and laugh with a Regular though).when she did have me she rushed the job.and did not speak. Didn't sterilize anything.yelled and slammed the table and said you know how hard I worked when I asked for them cut shorter..charged me 70$for a new ACRYLIC set with shellac and 6.gemsSHOULD HAVE BEEN 45$ PLUS THE GEMS and the chunks and pivots outs of the nails cuz she didn't do them right at at all I've been getting my nails done 18yrs you know when 1minute filing with each drill ain't right PLUS I ASKED FOR COFFIN SHAPE. She was so ignorant it's still upsetting especially cause I payed for her her to do so She only got nice at the end when wanting pics for her Instagram..you can tell she feels she doesn't need your business or its cuz she ran it so close to closing

I don't normally leave a comment regarding these businesses but I work in the restaurant business and my feet are a mess being on them all day. I called this place for an appointment and they had availability literally the very same day!. And omg the young girl gave me the best pedicure of my life. I know as a man we aren't the best predictor of pedicures but she took care of my toes, felt like I got two new feet :). Definitely would recommend this place to others! The whole experience is a 4.7 stars outta 5. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

I went to Sarah’s nails twice expecting some good results. I normally have 1.5-2inch stiletto nails which I know is not a normal type of acrylic nail, but I messaged the page beforehand to ask if this was okay. They said yes, but then I find out they have no expierence doing this length and I was the first client they had ever done with this length. They didn’t have the tips I would need to achieve that length, which is fine I suppose I bought my own and brought them in myself (paid 20$ On amazon). I was not happy with first result that Sarah herself did, the nails were lumpy, uneven and not very well done. 4 of my nails fell off a couple days after getting them done, which was extremely irritating. I cannot figure out how to attach pictures to my review unfortunately I found during the progress I was spoken too like a child, and didn’t appreciate that. Listed on the board were the prices 35+ For full set. At my old nail salon I paid 80$ for what I got, and I expected to pay around the same. After THREE AND A HALF HOURS(way too long) I was finally done and told I had to pay 180$ (+5$ tip) I was so shocked at paying almost 200$ for nails I didn’t even like. Even more insane to me was I wasn’t even given a discount at all for bringing my OWN tips in????????‍♀️ I decided to give them one more chance and went back to have another colour put on. This time the second set was better, but not up to my level of what I expect. The process was long and drawn out and even a FILL that day cost me 75$ + tip. Insane prices. I decided I wouldn’t be back for a full set. After another 3-4 nails fell off after a few days I went back and had them removed completely. Just not a good expierence over all, The prices are too much and the quality is not good. However Sarah is very pleasant and the store is very clean. The younger staff are a bit demeaning and rude however I found. I won’t be back. I’d rather drive an hour to my old nail salon and get quality. Live and you learn! *edit* I’ve attached two pictures to the photo section of the review, mine are the childish looking colourful ones with hello kitty on one nail, and the pink long point set*. Please note the unevenness, misshape, how some are pointy and some arent, un leveled properly at the sides, paint job poorly done, poorly sculpted hello kitty* Edit to reply to owners response: I suffer from a severe anxiety disorder which causes me to avoid confrontation in a public place whenever possible. I did not feel comfortable telling you I was unhappy at the time. I thought you would of understood I wasn’t happy after I stopped coming back, and had my nails taken off 3 days after getting them done. You did not charge me 130$. You charged me 174.50. So if you have FORTY FIVE DOLLARS ix taxes, you should be ashamed!!! I paid a 5$ tip in CASH so paid over 175$ TOTAL. And then SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS FOR A FILL!!!! I didn’t raise any concerns because I didn’t want them fixed by you, because the job was not good. At the end of the day, I was ripped off, and for you to blatantly lie and ask why I didn’t confront you in person about my nails is terrible business tactic. Also my nails WERE HARMED. They were in horrible shape afterwards, and if you had taken the proper care and knew what you were doing, 4 would not have fallen off/became loose a mere week after!! My nails after my pink set were removed were gross and weak, I even had to ask for a top cot to be specially applied because they were so weak. The tech wasn’t even going to put any sort of clear coat or strengthener on! They were all cracked and gross. So the excessive time you took to “ensure my nails were taken care of” was pointless. My old nail tech took 2 hours and they stayed on. It all comes down to experience and technique which your salon did not have. Good day

Just got my nails done there. They did an amazing job. They're doing really well with the social distancing. They sanitized everything. They really care about there customers and it shows. I would definitely recommend going there to get any service they provide.

I have never gone to such a friendly and welcoming salon here in Kingston. The staff were very experienced at their work and definitely knew what they were doing. My nails feel and look amazing thanks to Sarah's Nails! I would for sure recommend this place to anyone!

It was the absolute worse spa experience. Brow wax and tint.....couldnt look more artificial. Disproportinate. No shape. Ugly. Then the Shellac French Manicure. ...... Painful. Rushed. Asked me to recycle the disposable sponge and emery board. With their pricing slightly highet than others theowner should be able to afford a 3 cent sponge and emery bozard and not insult the customer. Do not go there.

I went to Sarah's Nails AFTER a bad experience at LA nails in the mall. I only went to LA nails in the first place because I had a gift certificate, got acrylic tip/bio gel they did a hack job on my nails then 7/10 fell off in less than a week. THEN I went to Sarahs nails.. #1: Great customer service, didn't have to wait at all and they were very friendly. #2 My nails looked AMAZING. #3 My nails are still holding strong in their third week! Would have been 5/5 but they're a little overpriced. Defiantly found my new nail place!

Love this salon! My mom and I have been going here non stop for over 10 years! The staff has now became not only good friends but also a part of our family. When I got married almost 4 years ago they did all my girls and my 2 flower girls manis and pedis and I couldn’t have pictured my nails any other way for my wedding day. They are always accommodating even if it is last minute they always seem to find a way to fit you in for a service! Highly recommend this salon!! Thanks for your dedication!

My last experience was so bad I'm considering finding a new salon after two previously good experiences. There was a new girl working alone and she was rushing to get the job done, even though I was the only one there. She tried to upsell me 3 times on getting a pedicure. She had poor attention to detail/artistic eye with nail art, so I switched my design to have just nail gems. She put them on sideways and within 24hrs they have all fallen off (She said they lasted 2 weeks). She had to grind off the polish, and ended up cuting my skin around my finger nail. All the while being unapologetic and critical. A far cry from past experiences and nail artists working there. Be sure to make an appointment with a recommended nail artist before going. I, however, will be looking for a new place in the city.
