I love this place. It is clean, the staff is super friendly, prices are upfront, the pedicures are always well done and quick, the polishes are reputable brands, and the atmosphere is calm. Further, they always manage to squeeze me in, even when they are busy. I've been coming for months now.

Left w/ my gel nails not even attached to my natural nails & 2 cut up, bleeding fingers, and a hair sealed into the shellac. Unless you get John (who is the only one with a brain in this place), I would highly suggest finding somewhere else to waste $65. Update: not even a week after having my nails done here, my Bio Gel nails are popping off in several places.

Good job on nails, hands and feet. I've been going there for a few years. I usually get shellac on hands and feet so I dont know about their reputation for acrylic nails. I have also had an amazing full body relaxation massage there once and it was amazing (I even fell asleep). I've gotten my eyebrows done there once and it was good. Though, I wish they would have asked me what I wanted for the brows. Only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because sometimes it's super busy and I have to leave and come back once it has died down, though I realize that's not unusual for a good nail place.

They'll check your temperature and ask you to wash your hands before you check in. The place is clean and well lit. I had a relaxing experience and a very nice gel mani that lasted for weeks. The owners/staff are pleasant and responsive.

I don’t normally write a lot of reviews but after the bad experience I had to. Not only did I have to go to another salon to get my acrylic set fixed cause the French tip was uneven and scuffed up but after only a few days a nail tip fell off and today another one fell off. Ive only had it for about a week. I’ve never had my nail tip fall off from any other techs I’ve went to. Terrible quality, very disappointed. They must be buying reviews cause there’s no way they have an honest 4.5. Worst nail techs I’ve dealt with. Save your money go somewhere.

I loved this place pre-COVID and it is the only place I will go now. My manicure and pedicure are always done so well and they last so long. The service is great and the salon is very clean and friendly. Highly recommend upgrading to one of the spa pedicures, it's worth it there. My pedicure honestly lasts a month or more.

Absolutely wonderful! If you need a pamper me session, you simply must head over to Nice One Nails. Tammy and her staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional at all times. I had a manicure, pedicure and waxing done-the services were excellent; waxing was amazingly fast and the staff knew exactly how to complete with minimal pain. This is my new nail place in Kingston, and I highly recommend to everyone!

I had an excellent experience here, and unlike the comment above I paid by debit card... they recently went though renovations so perhaps their machine wasn't set up yet. They also have signs saying they take visa/mastercard and interac. So I think the other review is a bit haste accusing them of tax evasion. The lady was wonderful polite and considerate. She gave me pointers about how to keep my feet in good condition until I got my nails done again. Will definitely recommend.

If you're lucky enough to have John or occasionally Tom work on your nails, you will have a great experience. Other than that, you will be told that you have to be happy with whatever poor service you were given.

I went in this afternoon wanting to use a gift certificate ive had for over a year. I wanted to get a few new nail polishes and a nail hardener. So after picking out my items I wanted to purchase and use my gift certicate to pay, I was told it was only redeemable for treatments only. NO WHERE does it say this on the gift certificate, ANYWHERE! I had made a special trip in there wanting to use it up because I have had it so long. Wanted to buy some of their products for sale. It shouldn't matter what I purchase my gift certicate with, when it doesn't state that anywhere, and also because the money was paid at the time of purchase. So what the heck does it matter what I choose to redeem it on? I was not impressed at all with this service and it is absolutely ridiculous as far I'm concerned that this is their customer service. Very unprofessional! 0 stars!

Horrible service and terrible job on my nails. Got them done three days ago and they are already chipping and peeling. Tried to charge me an extra $40 just for shellac. Nails are uneven and different lengths. When I told the girl it wasn’t even she was very rude about it. Not only that but there was two separate people doing my nails halfway through they switched out. Never again will I go there or recommend them to anyone.

This was the most horrible and unprofessional place I've ever dealt with. The two your girls that did our pedicure were great???? we are from out of town and went to kingston for the day. Next I had gel refills and the guy made me wait and hour after my pedicure taking multiple breaks not caring about the people waiting as I had an apt , then when he sat down to do my nails he sanded 3 of my nails to far down for that reason I needed to get 3 new nails cause of his screw-up and I even had to pay for his screw up. They put one of the nails on crooked and then sanded it so it was not. When the took one of they ripped off part of my real nail. I've never ever seen a salon run like this in my life. Pure and utter disappointment, today I'm going to get this ugliness fixed ...

I've been going here for about a year and still love this place! The newest addition to the team is owner who is probably the best nail tech I've ever had. Whenever I get my SNS done by her I get compliments as soon as I'm out the door. She takes her time and shapes them to perfection! Highly recommended. Love this place!

Worst experience getting my nails done. Terrible job at shellac!! The shellac was outside of my nails and on my skin when I mentioned it Tammy said no that’s not true. I have been getting shellac for years. I would definitely not recommend this place!!

I went here instead of my normal place mistake my toe nails look awful the are not straight paint job is uneven and i have had 2 nails go ingrown since!
