This place is by far the WORST nail salon I have ever been too. The lady was sloppy and cut me numerous times. It took her almost 40 minutes to put the tips and acrylic topping on my nails. Then her filing was awful, slow and painful. So I told her that was enough I wanted the other lady to do it. So she asked if I wanted them filed down thinner and I said yes as they were really lumpy and thick. So she spent 20 minutes on that. I should add that she put some kind of "medicine" on one of my cuts that put me into tears. After I looked at my nails they were flat and thin, I asked why was it so hard for her to follow the natural curve of the bed of my nails and she said that was too hard to do and blamed everything on me and the shape of my fingers and nail bed! I told her to let go of my hands and stormed out. WORST PLACE EVER!

Got my nails done here, and it was an awful experience. My nails are very chunky, uneven, and all shaped differently. I got a pedicure too, which was fantastic. I was very happy with the woman who worked there. However, once she handed me over to her husband, my experience changed. I paid at first, since I was happy with the pedicure, but after looking at the nails I requested a refund or change to them.. (Note, I did not leave the store before asking this) The man flat out refused and basically told me to leave. I wont be returning.

I went here after a different salon did a terrible job on my acrylics and I wanted them taken off, they were able to fit me in quickly and he did an amazing job fixing my nails up after removing the acrylics. He was also very nice and chatted me up the whole time, checking in with me and making sure that I was enjoying what was playing on the TV. The prices were also really great so I will definitely to go here in the future!

Love it....every time I visit Kingston this is one of my first stops for manicure and pedicure, waxing too...they know what they are doing, have been doing it for years and they love doing it! nice couple and in a great location!
