Full set-arcylic 3 hour service she kept stopping and asking for help. As a stylist I know when a beginner stops and asks (they don't know) and that's fine! Everyone starts somewhere. But so many people were telling me to come here so when the emergency was lifted I went & I was excited. New clean salon. Ombre Is not theyre strong suit, I asked for pink and white with sparkles. I got beige and white. I get the pictures are beautiful of customers but just my personal experience I would rather have saved my 75 dollars because it quickly turned into $150 a week later as my fingers hurt then when I had to get Lily's to fix them. I don't review, I wouldn't want that karma coming back on me but a week later I had to repay because my clients said my nails look terriable. Its upsetting as I didn't have those 3 hours... I had to pick my son up from school. So I had to leave and come back because she at 3 hours later did even start to file my nails. Then to just be charged more money like it was my fault. Money over customer service. Ask if your clients are happy when they leave. That is my only advice.

I went in today with my mother to get a much needed Mani/Pedi and the service was FANTASTIC. The staff are friendly and funny, the massage chairs are excellent, they pay super close attention to detail and have SO many colors to choose from. Will definitely be back ????.

I generally don’t leave the downtown for any reason, but Luxe is an exception - they’re totally worth the drive through the city for. I’ve had acrylics done here a few times, and will be a permanent customer every two weeks from now on. I’ve had different technicians each time, and they’ve all been fabulous. The salon is clean, and the techs are professional and friendly. I’m always getting compliments on my nails!

We went here in November for a girls’ day and was very impressed with the cleanliness and all Covid protocols being followed. Their pedicures with the honey and paraffin are absolutely amazing to the extent that we came again today with our husbands to get Fills and pedicures. Highly recommend and the staff is extremely friendly.

At first I had a bad experience when first coming to get my nails done, but as soon as I had mentioned it to them how unhappy I was, they had reached out to me professionally and had apologised for their mistakes and had taken full responsibility. They had invited me back to get a new set, and they came out amazing! They even offered me a 30% discount to amend for their past mistake. I really appreciated it, it really shows how passionate they are about their business and how much they care about their customers. Great application and design technique, they are careful and take their time to achieve perfection. I would definitely recommend if you want a great set of nails that LAST. <3

They pretend to follow regulations. They are very sneaky. The tools they used on me were used on other clients. I tried to leave cause i felt uncomfortable but they wanted me to pay full price when all they did was glue on fake nails for 2 of my fingers. At first everyone seem really nice and friendly but quickly changed when i confronted them about the tools and my shared my concerns. My friend went there the first time and everything was amazing than she started paying attention after and realised they also reused disposible tools on her. Reply: how convienent that my names no longer on your list. You cant hide the truth, If anyone wants to come on here and prove me wrong, just go into the salon and pay attention to all the tools they use and pay attention to where theyre pulling thier tools out of. All i want is for people to be safe and prevent any illnesses from spreading in my city, me and many have suffered through this hard time, it pisses me off when you think your above and beyond everyone else. How dare you put my life at risk than trying to lie to people and hide it, over saving a few extra bucks. Your salon disgusting. The fines you get are way more than the prices you pay for new disposable files and buffers!

Got a bio gel manicure, and was just okay! it has fair prices but wasn't super happy with my service. Also, the ventilation isn't great and the smell inside is VERY strong. I did like my nail tech and he was very nice - I think Tony? My nails were just fine, nothing super good or super disappointing to report, the only thing I didn't love was the hot towel was too hot. Had to ask them to remove it, my hands were red afterward from the heat.

I was there around 2 weeks ago, thought everything was perfect, they seem nice clean and friendly.. They offer me a discount for a 5 star review so i did, I was very happy until One of my nail recently broke and found out there was fungus. So i went somewhere else to have all my nails removed and found fungus on 3 of my nails. Im in tears right now but i shouldve known better. I remember when i came there they kept telling me how clean and new everything was only to find out my nails got fungus from thier dirty tools. I think this is it for me. Going to the doctors in a couple of days to check out the nails. Looks like im done with nails and feet. The health unit will be contacted. Hope everybody stay safe and stay away from this place. Be careful they are very sneaky and know just what to say. They convined me to create an account to give them a review.

Staff are all SO friendly and make sure you leave happy and satisfied. I love that they REALLY take pride in the health and safety of everyone who walks through their door. They take your temperature, ask you COVID questions and take your name and number down if for any reason they get an outbreak. I feel so safe there and in times like this, it is important. They last minute squeezed me in for a pedi at night and were so patient and didn't rush it even though I was a last minute book in so late at night. They're just all around great and have great nail techs to do beautiful designs.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews but I got acrylics with nail art on two nails and not only was I there for 3 hours, but the work wasn’t filed down i was charged $90 and with the drill being loud I asked the nail technician to repeat their question and they rolled their eyes and walked away when I wasn’t intending to be rude I just simply could not hear them. The work it self was not to any high standard and I booked appointments before and tonight I am extreme displeased and if I wasn’t so annoyed of having a 40 min service be 3 hours I definitely would have asked for a refund.

My nails from here were honestly pretty bad but I gave them another try because how nice everyone working there was to me about the whole situation and this time the are much better! All of the edges are even now and they are not too thick! You can see the before and after in the photos!

This was my first experience at Luxe! Great customer service, everyone was kind! I’m very disappointed with the quality of nail art. I asked for Ombré and showed a picture of what I wanted. It looked nothing like the picture. They could tell I wasn’t happy and continued. I would have preferred them to have been honest and say they couldn’t do it. Upon paying, I got the “opening discount” which was fine. I believe I shouldn’t been charged as much as I was.

Love love love the service best nail salon I've been to and I won't be looking for another anytime soon! I went in on my birthday for Mani Pedi and full set with designs. I had no idea what I wanted (I never do ????????‍♀️) so I told Tracy something Halloween themed otherwise it was up to her. Must have been fate as The Nightmare Before Christmas is my absolute favourite Halloween movie. And I am 100% in love with these nails! Thank you again for all you do Luxe
