What a great experience. My daughter (3.5 years) and I had pedicures. The staff were excellent, especially with her, given that she is very shy. They have a butterfly chair for young ones and netflix available to them.

I have gone to this salon 3 times now, and I have never seen any other person customer in there! It has a great set up! Very neat and clean, but the workers are definitely not the nicest people!

The staff are very nice and the atmosphere is great. My pedicures always chip within a few days of getting them done.. maybe it's the type of polish they use.. I have decided to go somewhere else :(

I went in less then 2 weeks ago for a fill on my acrylics. I was talked into the "bio gel" because of my profession. With being more expensive was fine with it as long as they would last. She was unable to remove one nail so after taking off all the others and putting on tips went and proceeded to do acrylics. I was fine with it. ( Now charging me for a full set). I went back in with one broken off and a bunch lifting. They did not want to offer any discounts to fix them. During that time they were inappropriate with speaking behind back. Not recommended.. Signed someone who has had nails for 22 years!!!

Not happy! I got a $30 pedicure (regular pricing) today around 11-12. First off, the lady doing my pedicure seemed very distracted, looking up every thirty seconds at a baby and she was pretty demanding. She kept taking off the nail polish and redoing it, about six times, and when she brought me over to the drying station I waited 15 minutes. And my toes clearly weren’t dry, a different person (a man) told me they were perfect. So, trusting this person I put on my socks and put on my shoes before paying and leaving. I arrived home not too long after and took off my shoes and socks, on my right foot it was HARD to get my sock off because it was stuck to my toenail. I had to ‘rip’ it off, and when it was finally off my toe has hair stuck to it from my socks, and it’s cracked in half! Definitely not returning. Extremely disappointed.

Walked in with a small nail emergency, my gel nail had started coming off (just had it done yesterday, at a different salon). Probably, it was my fault, I'm rough on my nails. The man who helped me was fantastic and fixed me up quickly :) Definitely recommend this place. I would come back anytime. It's beautiful inside.

I get my nails done regularly. Pedicure and bio gel once every 3 weeks. It usually costs between 80-100$. Upon first glance, it was a nice big, clean salon. Although their colour selection was lack Lustre. The first time I went I wasn't happy with my pedicure; I was picking dead skin off while still in the salon. I was very happy with my biogel. I went with two of my friends and I was the only one happy with my hands. None of us were happy with our pedis. Both of their shellac manicured chipped within 7 days. The Second time I went I was happy with my pedi and very unsatisfied with my biogel. I went in with very long nails and they were butchered, the shape wasn't natural, gel was too thick and was too round. They looked stubby. The top coat was missed on one half of my thumb. I will also note their price board for biogel fill says $40-55... The first time I went it was 40 and the second it was 55... I definitely asked why and all they said was no oooo its never $40... But it was.. . I'm not sure why a $15 difference within one month... I'm not sure why it says $40 if it's "never 40"???? Either way.. I wasn't fully satisfied with either experience.

Went there as a surprise for my daughter before she got braces put on. Staff were amazing and they have a special butterfly chair to make kids feel special. Will definitely return.

PROFESSIONAL SCAMMING. I got biogel nails done for the first time a month ago, and my experience was alright. 65$ for biogel was quite the stretch, but they turned out quite nicely, well shaped and well done. I went back tonight, and asked for a biogel refill... which they adverstise as 35$. I could tell the lady working on my nails was working in a hurry, making my nails too short and crooked, as well as leaving the paint streaky. I'm the kind of person that doesn't like offending people, or being an inconvenience and I figured "oh well... 35$ isn't going to break the bank." When I went to pay, my total turned out to be 65$. This couldn't be right. So I questioned her, asking her why they cost me 65$ when they advertise it as 35$. She told me biogel was harder to work with, and that 3 of my nails chipped off. I had to pay FULL PRICE for only 3 new nails. I didn't even get a fresh set. I kept questioning her but she just smiled and nodded shaking the debit machine toward my hand. Unbelievable scamming. DO NOT GO HERE.

Great service. But when I book appointments I never get in on time.

Just Me

So I LITERALLY just got home from getting my nails (mani-pedi) done here. I went around 12:40pm and was done around 1:41pm. The place was empty and so I had 2 girls work on my hands and feet and once which was great because I am tired from work and was hoping to get home quick lol Anyways I thought they were pretty thorough except for a couple things. My nails look great and I think the lady who did my feel (tall slender lady) did a better job then the other girl (shorter, glasses, possibly pregnant). The lady who did my feet was kind but didn't say much at all, the water was more cold then hot but she massaged my legs like no other and my toes look pretty good too however in the entirety of her cleaning and doing my toes she never once cleaned under the nails. The girl who did my fingers must have been in a mood because she wouldn't say anything and when the girl doing my feet was laughing hysterically and telling her something in her language she never once smiled or acknowledged her. While she was doing my nails she barely spoke and she was kind of rough on the skin around my nails. She also never once cleaned under my nails and she was also pretty crooked on my white tips but thats not a tradgedy. When all was said and done I go to pay and they have NO ATM to pull cash out so I had no choice but to use debit and so she looks me dead in my fave and tells me that my Shellac White tips thats I normally go to Trinhs Nail Salon and get for $60 is $85 at Kingdom and not only that but because I didn't have cash I was actually charged $96.05 !!!!! Simply because of the pricing alone I will not go back. They never once said if they added pink to the nails that its extra or anything they just did it themselves and then charged me out the nose. -UPDATE- The nails didn't even last a week before I had TERRIBLE hang nails and the Shellac began cracking and peeling off my nails. -UPDATE- (May 18th, 2017) My nails have been soo weak and frail since they used the electric nail file on them. They still haven't grown long enough for the damage to be clipped away and they break EVERY time I touch something. They are soooo brittle its beyond ridiculous. This review started out at a 3 star and now its a 1 star. I would give no stars if I could.

I had a terrible experience here at Kingdom Nail Spa while getting a pedicure. They had burnt my toes with the drying light, uneven toenails and left divots with polish. When I told them it was burning my feet, they say oh come back and I fix it. They wouldn’t fix the divots in the polish. No apologies or anything. I will NOT be back.

They provide an excellent pedicure and manicure, highly recommend them!! Great staff.

My nails were ok but I was shocked at how little time was spent on my children’s pedicures at $30 each.

My fourth try at Kingdom, which is across the road from my workplace- for convenience sake, I keep going back. Consistently bad pedicures and manicures that take forever. They try to talk you into/out of services and lie. Went for biogel, said acrylic was better and I gave in. Three coats of Shellac will chip faster. Can't remove biogel without picking it off (with another fake nail!). Need 10 minutes=30 min wait. All nail stuff confirmed untrue by my regular nail salon. Not going ever again.

Best Nail Salon in Town. Always a great job!

My 7 year old daughter went for a manicure. The young man doing her nails didn't say hello, didn't smile, didn't say a word except "done" and pointed towards the hand dryer and disappeared. Wasn't a very pleasant experience. Also the first person we spoke to said she could choose multiple colours (she chose rainbow) but then when we sat down the man started calling out to his other colleagues (looking annoyed, but I don't know what he was saying) and then told me it was an additional charge. Very rude service, we felt very uncomfortable. Won't be going back. I'm sure there are nicer people working there than just him, but not a good experience for us.

Great staff

If i had the option i wouldn't be giving them any stars at all. Took a 14 year old in to get a pedi and what a mess they made of her feet. Still ha ton of dry skin, they cut her badly twice, "filed" her nails way to short and burnt her toes with the UV light....all for the amazing price of $50. So not impressed and will never go there again!!!!!! ????

I do not find the staff are very friendly here. My massage chair was not working which was very dissappointing as you go there to relax.I had a pedicure and when I got home it was totally ruined, obviously did not dry properly. Total waste of time and money.
