The owners here are very professional and hands on. Booking was a breeze. This was my first massage with Robert. I booked with him because of a pinched nerve in my neck/back. I suffered for a week before seeing him. He fixed me right up! Lots of pressure, focusing on my trouble spots. He also showed me some stretches to help. I highly recommend seeing Rob!

Just went here for the first time the other day and had a fantastic experience. I didn’t even have to wait once I was in the facility but the auto-generated e-mail was confusing since it said I had to wait in my car until my RMT came to get me. I did call to tell them I was here for my appt. and they welcomed me in immediately. I guess it must depend how many people there are in the building during the pandemic which I respect. I got the 90min relaxation massage and the express facial as a gift from my spouse, I tend to like the longer massages personally. My RMT, Meeta, also did my facial, was amazing and did a good job at both. It was my first time getting a facial done and she made it a really nice experience. Meeta made sure I was getting the right pressure for my massage and that I was comfortable during my facial. I plan to return for both services, had a good time and felt great after both!

I appreciate people's choice in whether to take the covid vaccine, but as a health and wellness provider, I assumed all therapists were vaccinated and was surprised to find out that the one we booked our appointments with was not, so was not comfortable proceeding. I cancelled our appointments where the owner called me back to apologize and went out of his way to find another business to provide the services we were looking for. He was quite helpful and understanding and I appreciated his efforts. I suggested that he advise his customers up front if the therapist is not vaccinated so people can make their own informed decisions. On a final note, have always had great service here prior to covid, but will not be returning unless all staff and customers are double vaxed.

Just came out. Not feeling any better. No pressure applied to my back at all.!The chair at the mall will do a better job for a dollar. Plus on top of it all she says your done leaves me covered in oil no towels to wipe it off or nothing. Not happy at all.

We have been going to Elements Natural Therapies & Spa for deep tissue massage, injury, and pregnancy massage with Hilary. She is friendly, knowledgeable and a true natural. During your massage you can expect relaxing music, dim lighting and a peaceful environment. I find the online booking option and opening hours very convenient, and prices are comparable to other massage locations. Recommended!

The quality of professional manner is VERY POOR. My therapist cancelled last minute before I was about to drive there. If the therapist knows they are sick, calling the clients hours prior would be more accommodating than telling the client the therapist has walked out the door and won't be doing your treatment minutes before you show up to your treatment. The work ethic of this spa is beyond lacking on weekends. I will not be booking here ever again.

Very bad experience here! Booked for pregnancy sickness massage and the lady told me it’s just the same as regular one. One hour massage 20 mins for waiting time. Had some dry cough during the massage, the lady told me to cover the mouth, do not pass the sickness to her. How weird the attitude! Won’t come again.

Each year on my birthday I like to book a massage for myself . A few years ago I booked one at Elements, I arrived for my appointment, sat there waiting for over 20 minutes before I was told that the massage therapist was ill and my appointment was now canceled. I was annoyed and stopped going to Elements for a couple of years. This year I thought I would try again. I had two really good appointments over the summer and decided to book it be for my birthday ... the morning of my birthday, my massage was canceled again. It seems that long weekends are a good time for massage therapists at Elements to be sick. I won't be back.
