That was my first visit to Dolce Bella Spa and I have a very good experience. Lovely atmosphere in the salon and everyone was smiley and friendly. I would like to say, that Ashleigh is the best hair stylist. I would highly recommend her. If anyone wants to really look good, go see Ashleigh. Very bad experience in this place that misleads costumers on their website with offers on massage therapy by "spa therapists" but then they are just spa estheticians, which are not valid for insurance reimbursement. Beware of this situation and always ask before your appointment!

Visited Dolce Bella Spa on Saturday July 21/18 with my Mother to celebrate her birthday and as wedding anniversary gift. From the moment we walked in we knew and could feel that we were going to be pampered. The Receptionist was extremely friendly and walked us through what we could expect during our full day experience. The various Spa Specialists who were assigned to us were very polite, friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our day at Dolce Bella Spa so much so that my Mother is already planning a return visit.

You are offered beverages at the counter which is very refreshing and a wonderful touch! I had a facial done with Marilyn and she was very relaxing and a wonderful lady to talk to. Dolce Bella Spa has an amazing waterfront location with stellar, aged brick and thick wood beams for the infrastructure. I experienced their amenities ranging from a spectacular extended facial experience with amazing products that leave you feeling completely refreshed. Their registered massage therapists were able to bring my neck and back to a healthy state after being sore for weeks. The food they offer is rather light and flavourful, great to break up your treatments.their stylists have great personalities and will put great work into your hair and preferred style. The manicures and pedicures Dolce Bella offer are fabulous, leaving your nails looking lovely and your hands and feet feeling soft and smelling amazing after their wealth of lotions, scrubs, and paraffin wax. The staff here made me feel very welcomed and we were able to laugh and relate with each other in many levels throughout my experience here. Overall I would highly recommend Dolce Bella Spa to anyone interested in treating themselves or someone they care about in the Kingston area.

My husband and I are clients of Dolce Bella since 2020 (no problem since today). Last week, I booked for couples massage RMT for today. The massage wag great and ladies were both professional. However, after the massage the receptionist told us that the person who did my husband's massage is not an RMT. Clearly I stated on the booking that we want aN RMT and clearly, nobody told us beforehand that there is no available RMT and yet they proceeded with the treatment. I wanted to talk the manager but the receptionist said there is no manager on site. I emailed and filed a complaint. Still waiting how they are going to handle this. Update: so they handled the complaint very professional. I received an email from the owner within 12 hours. Im glad that they took care of it as my husband and I really love the spa.

I have been to many spa's in my life and this spa is by far the best. Exceptional services from spa side to the hair, lovely facilities, very friendly staff, and cant forget great location too! I also love that they have a Reward Point system that you can keep track of on your receipt, and redeem them for product or service. I will always choose Dolce Bella Spa as my number one spa for many reasons , you will have to experience it for yourself to believe me !

I just discovered Dolce Bella Spa after living in Kingston nine years. I loved everything about it. The location is beautiful along the river and the decor is very serene and welcoming. I felt pampered from the moment I walked in. I love the loyalty rewards they offer and the seat sales are great too. The facial Erin provided for me was most relaxing and I loved my hair cut. Andy is an expert at his art and gave me excellent advice on how to care for my hair. My husband loved my cut and said my hair looked the best it has since moving to Kingston. I am so excited to have found this lovely get away and look forward to my next visit. I was also pleasantly surprised that the prices at this luxurious spa are very competitive.

Dolce Spa was the first spa I had ever been to. I went there to get my eyebrows tinted and waxed. Before going in I was very nervous because I had no idea if they would turn out alright or not. As I arrived, however, I was welcomed by very friendly staff. During my appointment, the lady was very nice and my nerves vanished right away. I have now been there several times and the results always turned out great. I recommended this spa to one of my friends, who now also loves it, and I will continue to recommend it to everyone I know!

I think Dolce Bella Spa is the best Spa in Kingston. I've been going there for a number years and have enjoyed many of the services. The atmosphere and the staff are professional, friendly and make you feel at ease. The building itself is beautiful and it has a lovely view of the river. Their spa facials are amazing and probably my favourite service. I have never had a disappointing experience here and wish I could go more often. Whenever anybody asks me where to go I always recommend it, because of the overall experience of feeling special there. Keep up the great work.

Sabrina is the classy first face of the spa. I absolutely adore RMTs Ashley and Kathy. They are true professionals with the magic hands of experts in their field, and a deep kindness in their ways. They are phenomenal. Aesthetician, August, is also a true professional whose gentle spirit is so relaxing and calming as she works her beautifying magic. I love my appointments with August. This was such a treat :) I’m from out of town and booked the indulgence package as a gift for myself and it didn’t disappoint! I don’t leave reviews often, but I felt because of the exceptional service and Covid, it was necessary. My massage was amazing and the therapist was very considerate of my needs and was very relaxing (I was very sore from going back to the gym). My facial was a full body experience that includes a hand and foot massage and a complimentary brow wax. I ended the visit with a manicure and pedicure, which were nicest mani/pedi I’ve received. I felt so special in my robe and was very well taken care of. Everything was extremely clean and the receptionist comes out to greet you and takes your temperature upon arrival. Felt very safe :) thank you again for such a special experience!

My friend and i came from out of town and did the spa relaxation package. Everyone from the receptionists to the RMT, and estheticians were absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend giving them a try. I personally had Evelyn for a massage, you could tell she knew what she was doing. Even relieved my sciatic pressure. Then i had the lovely megan for my mani and pedi. She was perfect and a complete joy to chat with. Definitely shared on some great laughs. Thank you so much ladies for the wondeful service today!

This spa is by far the best spa in Kingston and area!!! Situated in a beautifully historical space with a gorgeous waterfront views, makes your experience extra luxury. This place has a full range of spa treatments and unique spa packages, using naturally-inspired products to meet your needs. The front desk staff are always so welcoming and all staff is very professional and customer service oriented and will go out of their way to make sure you've a positive experience. Amazing services!! Robes and slippers are provided. It's lovely to sit back, relax and enjoy water views before your services begin. If you're looking for a few hours to escape and relax this is the place to be. You won't want to leave!!

Been here twice for a massage.. first one was very awkward and I wished it was just over with. They gave me a free massage my next visit which was very kind! Was not expecting it.. but my massage was the opposite of my last expereince it was so hard I had bruises and scratches all over my neck and the Middle of my back... I won't be back.. which is unfortunate because I was really hoping after speaking to such a lovely receptionist that the services would be equally as professional. Very dissatisfied with the massages overall. I've had many before but never have they been so awful and painful!

I had several back to back appointments booked with Dolce Bella. I had a pedicure, manicure, hair trim and a hot stone massage! All were great and I didn't wait for more then 2-3 minutes (maybe not even that) between each service. Andy (who I believe is the owner) did my hair and was awesome. He listened to exactly what I said and recommended some products for my hair that would help make it healthy again which I appreciated. August did my mani & pedi and despite the fact that she is a relatively new grad, did one of the best mani pedi’s I’ve ever had. My massage was done by Jen and it was great. All of the individuals who did my services were very friendly. Would highly recommend any/ all of these individuals. I will 100% be booking all of my future appointments with this Spa!

I did not think this was worth the price point at all. I got a manicure, pedicure, facial, and massage and all were incredibly underwhelming. The massage was certainly NOT done by a professional-it basically felt like she was tickling me-not pleasant at all, the esthetician that did my facial tried to give me skincare tips and tried to push me into buying some expensive skincare products. The woman doing my manicure took literally over an hour just to do a standard manicure-just painting nails and would not stop talking to me about all of her life problems etc. It was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this to anyone.

5-STARS isn't enough for this spa!!! First class service, wonderful location, I highly recommend the spa package that includes a one hour massage, mango body wrap, and full facial. You will feel like a million dollars when you leave this spa. Staff are courteous and professional, The facility is clean and all items are sanitized. This is the best spa in Eastern Ontario.
