Really nice little place, really friendly service but I would probably not go back as I don't think the design looked very good, I'm sure she would of fixed it if I told her I didn't like it but I didn't want to make her feel bad about it .. I showed a photo and it doesnt look very similar..

One of the best pedicures I’ve had! Peter does a really great job in making sure your feet feel great when he’s done. Also V did an amazing shellac job on my finger nails as well. They offer a complimentary beverage which I’ve never experienced either, and as the regulars came and went it felt like a nice friendly neighbourhood salon.

I am writing a review for a friend because they are way to nice to post. I would give this place -1 star if I could. The fact that the nail tech was ok for a client to leave with HORRID nails is appalling!! People are paying for a service - this is a scam! If you dont have the experience as a nail tech you should not be having people pay for such a terrible job!!! The nails were ALL uneven, the shellac was MESSY and there was a hair in the nail polish!!! I can only imagine how sanitary this place is!!!

Was looking for somewhere to get my nails done being new to Kingston, let's just say I no longer have to look. I was so well taken care of here and best of all my nails looked so good! All the staff were super friendly. I also did a quick eyebrow/upper lip wax and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Will be going back for Christmas themed nails!

I love this nail salon! I highly recommend asking for Alice. She is quiet, nice and always does an amazing job! Every time I’ve had her she has always done great! I like colour and patterns and no matter what photo I bring in to show her for what I want for nails she’s always able to duplicate it for me. “V” is also fabulous! I've been a client now for several months and have my nails done by Vandella ????. I visit biweekly , driving from Picton and absolutely love going. Everyone makes you feel completely at home and like family. I've also experienced brow waxing and a pedicure and love both results. I went for a manicure with a friend and Vandella and her brother (and mama!) were great! I had a pretty complicated request and she delivered! I'm in love with my nails, and they are so well done. From the shape to the length and the design she absolutely nailed them. My friend is still obsessed with the rose gold chrome powder she got! I've been recommending them to everyone who asks about my nails!

Just recently got my nails done and they look phenomenal. After going to places such as Lan’s and Bihns, this place is the best in Kingston. Knowledgeable staff who are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy when you walk out the door. If i could rate this place 10 stars I would.

Terrible experience. I don't even know where to start. First.. There was a worker there gossiping about the owner of another nail salon with a customer, I found that extremely inappropriate, especially the context of the conversation (which was shocking) I will not mention it here but it should have been a private conversation. Second that same women starts talking to the technician who is doing my nails and says stuff in thier language and giggling, made me so uncomfortable...like why cant you say it in English? All of a sudden you have a filter? I'm sure we would all like to laugh too...unless what you were saying is about one of the customers...right?...Third after I got my nails done I thought they looked good but when I got into my car I seen that some of the nails were bumpy and not smooth...also on 4 of my nails the technician failed to put the top coat properly leaving half of the nail exposed and prone to breakage, and the two pinky nails have no top coat at all..to be fair I had alot of designs done so I can understand missing it... I would have gone back and politely asked if she could fix it but I felt awkward going back there because at the end of the service the man at the front told me his machine is down (they should tell you that before you get your nails done first of all )and asked if I would go pull money out. I would need 75 dollars to pay. The nails were a gift to me from my fiance (i dont get my nails done often this was supposed to be a nice treat for me) and the only card I had on me was his Visa. I called him he said I couldn't pull money out with that card. So one of the ladies the same one I've been talking about the whole time, who I think is the owner, made me go to a bakery with her to buy a gift card, and charged me the tax on top of the 75 dollars after inconveniencing me and making me feel really awkward about how I'm to pay. I could understand if she charged me tax at the salon on thier machine because they need to, but if you pay cash, no matter what salon..no tax. But she charged me the tax on a bakery gift card after inconveniencing me like that. What the hell kind of service is that? Terrible from start to finish. If you want a good experience and beautiful nails go to Binh's nail salon, they have always treated me well. I will not be back here.

Owner and her bother did me and my friends nails. 2 days later 3 nails broke! Woke up today and 4 more broke, my friend broke 3, my shellac pedicure also chipped, old lady and sarah did our toes and most of it chipped off within a few days, they convince us to do shellac promising it lasts longer! We paid extra and wasted 200$ cause our friend recommended this place! Me and my friends wont be back!

Had my nails filled here by luke, loved the salon and the atmosphere. The other employees were cracking jokes and for the most part was quite wonderful. But unfortunately luke never measured my nails. Or properly cleaned it, the shape was horrible, every finger was different length. He seemed very incompetent. Wish that was the end of it. A week later my nail lifted, 2 days after another broke so i went back to my old salon only to find out i now have fungus... please be careful. Im calling the health unit this place ruined my beautiful nails!

I Had my nails done Here 2 weeks ago, Me and my friends heard nothing but good reviews from them so decided to give them a chance, Sadly it was one of the worst experiences i have ever experienced. The shape was bad, product were lifting 2 days after and were extremely bumpy. The guy spoke very little English and seem like he was fresh off the boat. Luckily all my friends saw my nails and decided to cancel their appointments. Think Twice Before Coming here. Anywhere but here!

This place was recommended to me by friends and I received a gift cert. for my bday and was really excited for my pedicure. I specifically asked for Peter as per my friend’s recommendation and that did not happen upon arrival. Then the person who did the polish could not figure out how to make the colour I had chosen. The other staff weren’t helpful. After a half hour of trying different combinations I decided to just keep whatever the last colour was bc I was running late to pick up my kids from school. The whole experience was a let down. Not a great first impression. I felt more could have been done to make me feel like they wanted me to come back. It makes me sad bc I was hoping for this to be my go to place. :-(

Honestly, I never write reviews but I feel compelled to this time. I had been putting off a pedicure for years because I was so embarrassed by my feet. I work on my feet and I run so my feet are pretty banged up. Anyways, I just moved to Kingston and my roommate asked if I wanted to go. I hadn’t shaved my legs in forever and my feet were well, awful but I didn’t want to miss out on bonding time with my new roommate so I begrudgingly said yes. We went and I walked in pretty nervous but then, I noticed everyone in there from clients to staff were all smiling, laughing and very friendly. V the owner, stayed open late to do our mani/pedis. Peter did my pedicure and manicure. He was awesome. So sweet and non judgmental. I felt extremely comfortable. Honestly, the atmosphere and hospitality was incredibly welcoming and put my high anxiety self at ease. Thank you so much V and family!!!

Yes very very nice people, but unfortunately lack of sanitation/cleanliness. Nothing was wiped down between customers and tools were not cleaned. She used sparkles on my nails and reused the sparkles that fell off my hands/table and put them back in the jar for the next customer.. Also the ATM there takes $6 to pull put cash. I didnt realise that.. i thought jt was $3 but then saw my statement and got charge again.
