Brad and Cathy have been phenomenal from the first day we contacted them to buy a tub 10yrs ago We are the lucky people that if the tub is going to have a malfunction it will happen in the middle of a snow storm or the lowest temp day of the year, so never an emergency to get it fixed asap. Brad has always came through for us, getting parts last minute or talking us through how to fix it. They are always helpful with supplies and cleaning products. The quality of the Canadian product and service from the Local store we are Beachcomber's for life.

When it comes to purchasing a hot tub, BK Beachcomber Hot Tubs Kingston is the place to go for expert advice and service. My wife and I purchased our tub over 2 years ago and from the minute we stepped into the shop to the minute we stepped into our hot tub the installation/transition was flawless. Kathy and her staff make us feel special each time we visit their business to stock up on supplies or ask advice. It's service like this that speak volume for the outstanding product line Beachcomber delivers to your door....or was that backyard. We highly recommend visiting them before you make your final decision to purchase. Keep up the great work!

Front end sales lady is a wealth of information, so very helpful. I think a lot of people take advantage of that though...people should ask for the technician to come out and diagnose the problem and pay the half an hour, instead of keeping her on the phone all day trying to get there issues solved for free..???? .....there is a beachcomber technical issue number you can call folks! Just my thoughts. But her service has always been amazing!

A huge shout out to beachcomber in Kingston... we recently purchased a used beachcomber hot tub and had an issue with set up. Called them and within 2 days they came out to our house and fixed the minor problem. Much to our amazement they didn’t even charge us! What amazing customer service!

Simply one of the best customer experiences you can have. For Ten years they have always been amazing. I deal with hundreds of service companies for work and I can honestly say they are among the top. Not to mention the product they sell it great. I have two beachcomber tubs and had almost no problems with them. I also have a Sundance tub and I can say do not buy a sundance....go with beachcomber Local owners who are at the shop and care everyday about their customers. I wish their were more shops like this.

We purchased our tub from Beachcomber Kingston, expecting that the quality and service would be better than buying elsewhere. This has not been the case! We cannot get the tub serviced and we have been on the phone with the owner Brad numerous times since spring. The issue has not been resolved. I would recommend buying from any other hot tub dealer, but NOT Beachcomber!

Wow! Amazing! If you need service these are the folks to go too!. Purchased a used hot tub (it is a beachcomber). Hot tub is perfect but we moved it and had an issue. Brad and his team are amazing with service. He came out today and solved a problem for us right away on a 2003 hot tub we moved from one house to the other and had a break issue. The tub is 18 years old and still great.

I didn’t buy my hot tub from them, the previous house owner did so I can’t comment on the sales end of things, but when it comes to maintenance, I would not recommend dealing with this company. My hot tub was leaking a tad before. After having being told I needed the pump replaced and jets replaced and a bunch of other maintenance done - which I had done, my tub now leaks even more. The first visit took place over two months ago now. The technician only works part time; his availabilities are already limited, but he also fails to return most of the calls made. At this point I find myself with a tub that is more damaged or broken than before, a bill that will probably be around $1000, all that, just to be in worse shape than I was before and after going at this for two months… Not at all impressed
