She's a magician. An incredible practitioner. She's been helping me sort out my body as I heal from a hip surgery and work a very active job. Covid has left me less than diligent with taking care of my body (no gym and less motivation to do yoga at home without the regular schedule I'm used to). So my body is all out of sorts from repetitive poorly done motions at work. I cannot recommend her enough. It helps that she's a bit more affordable as well, for those of us who don't have insurance this year. If you're on the fence, just go once, you won't regret it!!
