I called twice to make an appointment and they didn't return my call. When I walked in and asked if they had space they told me emphatically no in a way which was quite dismissive and rude. Also, there were staff sitting around when I walked in waiting for their appointments, no doubt, but none of them returned my multiple voicemails and saved me a trip. This is the second time I've been turned away from them and not made to feel welcome.

Everyone wore masks, very clean place. I didn’t have an appointment and they still got me in right away for a gel manicure. I also got them to take off my previous gel polish and acrylics and they only charged me $35 for everything! Highly recommend.

The salon closest to me so I’ve gone a couple times now. The prices are decent for the customer service. Perhaps consider widening the options for shellac colours but otherwise great staff who engage in wonderful conversations. I’ll be back!

honestly a horrible place. I liked my nails the first time i went but the next 2 times i went back they didn't even ask me a length they just cut the nail and never going back they made my acrylics short and stubby and i was very unimpressed do not recommend what so ever!!

This place is a gem. I just got a pedicure with two friends on a Saturday afternoon and would absolutely come back. The staff are professional, friendly and skilled. Everything was very clean and COVID protocols were in place. The salon is not super fancy but it is family-owned and run. It is very clear that they care very much about their clients. Bonus: Prices are very reasonable! ~$30/pedicure

Very nice staff, but shellac nails chipped the same day! Went back to get it fixed and once again that same day the nails chipped and scuffed. Paid for shellac because I wanted it to last until Christmas (have made shellac last for a month before) but December 5th it is chipped.

I really love coming here. The staff is so polite and friendly. They also want to have conversation with you which is great. I find a lot of other salons the staff talk amongst themselves leaving you to sit there. Angel Nails does a great job all around!

the first time going there my acrylic nails lasted me less than 24 hours after paying $60 (which they said would only cost $30). I asked for my money back because i was so displeased with the quality but the lady working said all i could get was a fix. i let her do them again free of charge and she didn’t listen to anything i wanted but rather did what SHE liked and my nails looked like a mess again, plus she cut me multiple times and made it seem like my fault. anyways i ended up going back one more time but the lady that did my nails confronted me one day at the mall afterwards saying i had not paid for my nails even though i had proof of the bank transaction, she ended up making a big scene and trying to fight with me about nails that were overpriced in the first place. i would never recommend anyone to go there the place is so unprofessional.

My fave nail place! Get my acrylics and fills here, never had a break, even messed a nail up to my own fault and had it fixed for free as a regular customer. Price is great and manicures are flawless! Only wish they had more glitter and holo shellac options.

Although the staff is friendly, they did a horrible job of taking off my acrylic nails. On every other occasion that I have gotten my nails removed from other salons they were soaked in acetone for around 30 minutes and then shaved off (leaving my nails in a healthy condition). However at this salon they put my nails in acetone for less than 5 minutes and ripped them off using another fake nail. It was painful (which I voiced), my nails were paper thin and looked terrible. By the end of it, I paid double than what I usually do and had extremely damaged nails.

I was here last week to get my nails done before my March break vacation, and I am pleased to say that Angel Nails is THE PLACE where you should go from now on. Their customer service is great, they're a busy shop but no matter what they will try and squeeze you in, so you wouldn't be denied. I also like the varieties of shellac/gel colors that they have. Safety measures in place, all workers and clients had to wear masks. Everyone was pleasant, but the man who did my pedicure did a very poor job. The colour wasn't opaque or spread across the whole nail and the top coat was applied so heavily that it spread into my skin and pooled everywhere. The friend I went with had a young woman who did a fantastic job.

The staff is really nice. But the quality of service I received was poor. I got a pedicure. And I'll have to stop by shoppers and get a kit to finish the job myself. My feet are looking 35 percent better. It's too bad because the place isn't cheap.

2 of my nails broke within a week. The materials they use are of poor quality. They have a very limited range of colours. She shaped my nails bumpy. Their customer service is very bad. When you wanna book a few weeks in advance, they say it's too soon; and when you wanna book couple of days in advance, they say they're fully booked. I had to call them at least 5 times until they finally answered. And when they did, the lady was very very rude to me.

The next time I want to go somewhere, I will check Google reviews first. Because I wish I would of, this is my fair warning to anyone who needs some pampering. I paid 45 dollars for a 20 dollar service at Angel Nails. Half of the staff was rude, they ripped me and my friend off 30 dollars, and there was one person trying to serve 4 people at a time. It was highly inconsiderate and extremely unsanitary as well. They made me wait 30 minutes while they were taking care of oncoming clients. I will never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone.
