Rochelle was an excellent massage therapist and I've been to a few. I was hesitant to try someone new but I needed somewhere closer, I'm glad I tried. I loved her technique wirking on my shoulder that always gets sore, I will definitely be going back to her.

Went to West Kildonan Wellness for a first ever massage. I was very apprehensive and was not sure how I would feel about it. It ended up being a super experience! They make it so relaxing and comfortable. I felt like I lost 10lbs when I walked out. That sense of weightlessness... The room was clean, great ambiance with soothing background music. My masseuse was friendly and put me at ease immediately. I will say she did a great job based on how light and limber I felt afterwards. She offered alot of good advice on how to keep from getting knotted muscles etc.. great experience overall!

Walking in there definitely brightens your mood. Greeted as soon as you enter , calming environment, which continues to an overall calming experience. Very recommend.
