The area was very clean. About 20 chairs and 20ish employees in total. Easy to walk in and around. Manicure takes between 40mins-2hrs depending on detail. Takes card payment but tip in cash only. Bright atmosphere. It was opening weekend so i understand why it was so busy and more crowded than usual but despite that, they took a lot of care in being efficient, making sure everyone gets seated as soon as possible. If you're familiar with Nails 4 You, you'll see familiar faces as I assume some employees moved to this location. My manicure was done with the utmost care, taking my instructions constructively and fixing immediately; Lele my nail tech was nice and made sure my nails were not crooked. Always asking if the length and colour is okay. *You can't blame them if you say yes when they ask even though you don't like it. Please be clear on what you want.* You can show them pictures you saved and they'll do their best to remake it for you. Have almost every decal, colour and gem you can think of. I can definitely tell all of the techs had years of experience. Prices similar to any nail salon (prices vary from menu depending on detail). My only concern was that my cuticles were not properly clean as some acrylic powder dried around my nails and I was picking off dry flakes throughout the day, but that's forgivable.

This place is very unprofessional and I'm totally not coming back here! My friend and I went here for 50% Off but it's such a rip off. Our nails looks grown out already when we left the store because they don't go all the way so you come back to get your nails sooner. If you ever coming here be ready to speak up or say no because they really love pressuring the customer to get more expensive nail so they can rip you off! Their prices is just too pricey... $80 on other places $135 for them. Be aware that they talk behind your back when you don't get what they want you to do/get, in their own language! Specially, they pressure you to leave a 5 Star Review before you leave the store, plussss she did it all for me she clicked everything and post a 5 star under my name without asking my opinion or without asking if she can touch my phone. So here I am editing my "real review". The worst place my friends and I ever been to get my nails done. Check out @mmnail_winnipeg she does it at home but super worth it and affordable. She does an incredible job, never disappoint me and my friends!

Was seen in the Salon on December 13, 2021; it was my first time in any salons for acrylics, I was extremely nervous and unsure about what to expect. My daughter stressed to everyone in the salon that it was my first visit to a salon for this type of service and that she wanted it to be a memorable experience. It’s been less than 10 days since the service at this point (as I write this review) and I am disappointed to say but if I could give less than 1-star I would!! I just got off the phone with Hung, an employee of the salon, who guffawed at my lack of common-sense and compared my experience and expectations to that of someone buying a car… you should know you need gas to drive a car… therefore you should know there is maintenance required to artificial nails and if the nail would’ve lifted (from the nail bed, as it is), sooner the MIGHT have been able to replace it under a 5-day unwritten rule, due to workmanship however, at this point they would do nothing except state that: I could come in and get it repair (for an undisclosed amount/fee), and have the other nails filled, for a cost, should I chose to do that…. Alternatively, he suggested that I just cut the nail off that is lifting… ummm, WTF…. Sadly, customer service died a long, long time ago!!

Management very poor.ON my first day opening at KP mall. I went to do acrylic nails with my daughter. Did my service- went to pay at register, try to verify about all services I did.in mean time suddenly lady come n talk with their own language n she says that your daughter did service, I said yes. The guy ask me about my daughter I said I don't know, flipped with me that we caught you because you don't want to pay & dishonest. I was keep clarifying that why would I dishonest when I bring my mother-in -law & sister-in- law. When I was clarifying about services I was telling him to add my mother-in -law's bill also. But the manager keep telling me about that you are dishonest. It is very bad manager over KP Mall. Never apologized and don't care about customer.evem my husband went to talk and they rudly reply that we don't care.

Two of my friends and I went in as it was half off. It would have normally been $110 but it was $55. We all got the Venetian Pedicure and Manicure. I believe they were both called that. Anyway, it was an nice experience with the rocks and wax but I gave it a three star as my friends shellac manicure started to peel off. Also when the lady took off my previous shellac manicure the lady was rough with my nail bed. I’ll go back and if I have a better experience I will change my rating. But for now 3 star. If I pay full price and my shellac peels I’m going to be so mad. Lol.

I've been following the opening date of the spa since they announced they were going to be at KP. I stopped by on opening day to pick up some gift certificates to treat my family and myself. Next day, I wanted to book in advance on Thursday for my family to receive the services that we wanted since it was going to be a tall order. I was told by Huang they're only doing walk-ins since they're fully staffed. Upon my visit on Saturday, I was super hyped on getting the Venetian Signature Pedicure for my partner and I. It's been a while since I got pampered and his first time to try a pedicure. As exhausted new parents we were looking forward to a foot massage and nail treatment to treat ourselves as an Anniversary & Christmas present. We left a little disappointed when we didn't get the service when I had requested. It was a good thing we didn't get charged for it. My husband was looking forward to Christmas toes, but the person who was attending to him gave a basic clear coat. He wanted to go all out. We weren't even asked if we wanted anything else on top of our requests when we were ushered into the busy nail spa. I would have got my eyebrows waxed and tinted too so I can feel like a million bucks leaving. At least my feet are softer... I would suggest that they have a dry erase clipboard with a printout of the services laminated or something so people can check off what their clients wanted to keep track of what people are getting. We can understand it's the weekend, it was very busy especially for the exciting 50% off deal. We ended up getting the basic pedicure and shellac... ???? Had we received the treatment, we could have left a nice tip and review. Would we go again? Not sure, since we won be getting the deal for the service we wanted and difficult for me to arrange for childcare for my free time.

I had a really good experience at venetian spa, I was seated right away for my nails. They really paid attention to perfection when it came to the shape. I am really picky when it comes to the shape of my nails because most nail techs haven’t gotten it right. Super friendly + they did a free foot scrub which all the other nail salons i’ve been too actually cost 10$ extra.

This salon is very modern and gorgeously furnished inside. Though, even with the 50% off deal going on currently, their prices are very expensive compared to other salons. Also, they care more about waiting customers than the ones they are currently serving. I was in the middle of my feet getting shaved for a pedicure, and the lady asks me if I can come back another day because they are too busy & a technician is not available to put an acrylic nail on my big toes. I was already in the middle of this service & I had told her I wanted the acrylic nail before she started. Then, an associate comes and attempts to influence me not to get the acrylic nail (when I ALWAYS get it with my pedicures) by saying “It’s going to take time and we have a lot of people waiting, can we just go without it?”, sorry no I cannot go without it. I found this interaction to be very unprofessional, and you should never tell a customer half-way in a service to come back another day because they are too busy to serve you. I understand they are getting a lot traffic as they have freshly opened but you should not make a customer feel guilty or deter them from their choices due to the other customers waiting- especially if they are paying for it. This experience was hurtful because I had just finished my manicure which went really well, but when I began the pedicure, everything went downhill. I will not come back nor recommend this salon to my friends and family.

I received shellac manicure only eight days ago and I have had nails chip and a nail peel off fully. They told me it was 8 days and 8 days is very long so they cant fix it cause i got service 8 days ago. 8 days is not long, they stated to me people get their nails re-done in 10 days well not everyone is millionaires and can afford the nails every 10 days. I believe its poor service cause i so not believe a shellac should be pealing off within 10 days.
