I was here for a pedicure last month and was quite impressed while they did it but came home with very sore toes. They went to deep into side of my toes and caused ingrown toenails and an infection that required antibiotics..

My friend and I got Shellac Manicures and it didn’t even last 5 days it was chipping by the next day and looked like crackle nail polish by day 5. I called back and they told me to come in they would fix it. I walked in showed them my nails and they wanted to charge me $18-19 for a new shellac colour because I refused to get the same colour because I didn’t want the same thing happening. In the end I got my nails redone with a different colour no charge they refused to put a colour on my friends nails and just put clear shellac . We were then told they’ll do it free this time but if we come back they will have to charge us if there’s any other problems. We won’t be going back.

Came in for the 1st time ever and had a relaxing experience. Atmosphere is super cute, staff is super friendly and did I mention you can buy drinks? I didn't get anything too fancy done just a basic mani and pedi and service was great. I'm definitely looking forward to going back. They do take in walk ins but recommend you make an appointment a head of time especially if you're looking to stop by on a weekend. Oh and they do cash tips only so make sure to carry some cash when you go.@@@

Absolutely love Spa cific Nails! They treat everyone so friendly, the price is right, and can quickly become known as a regular. My nails always receive compliments and they have a very wide range of colours. Walk ins are welcome but I suggest making an appointment a few hours or day before.

I was a long-time customer but the past 2 times, with appointments, I was very rushed and the quality shows it. I had to ask today for the lady to remove the polish from my skin, which was slopped on in a rush. Even after, it doesn't look good. I won't be back.

I was a walk-in appointment. I wanted to take off my acrylics with gel and get gel on my natural nails. They had me sit with my nailsfor what seemed like forever to get the gel off. Periodically they would drill off some layers. I eventually asked if that's how they'd be taking off the acrylic because I've never seen it done this way and thought maybe they forgot I want the acrylic off. They said that it was the best way to save the natural nail. I really appreciated that because it was definitely the more tedious and time consuming process. If I wasn't just passing through town for work,????????????????????????????

The posted price for a shellac colour change is $18. The owner charged me and extra $5 to take off my original shellac polish. A polish change is when you start with one colour and take that off and put on another. It’s ridiculous to not post the proper price for this service then charge extra and give an unreasonable explanation as to why. I asked why the price wasn’t $23 and she said you have to add them together. So misleading and not happy with the reasoning. Post the correct price or change the name of the service. The nail techs are always kind and do good work but I’m not happy with the customer service today.

Awesome place! Been going for a few years and I have had no complaints about their work or service. Super friendly ladies and once you get to know them, it’s even a better experience. I’ve become a regular over the years and I feel very welcomed when I go. They have very affordable prices with great work as to why I go to them. They do walk ins and also appointments, I usually always book a appointment because most of the time they are busy, but the owner is always trying to make time for everyone. I get nothing but compliments on my nails when people see them and always ask where I go. If your looking for a place to get your nails done, definitely check them out.

Really good prices! Friendly staff and are AMAZING at pedicures! The only thing is there manicures don't last long. I got shellac and it started cracking within a day. Two of my friends got acrylic nails and both of there nails came off the next day.

I've been here a couple times and the results were fair. This past weekend I got a pedicure and the lady who did it sliced off skin with the razor they use on your calluses. I didn't notice until I got home but I will NOT be going back!!

I have a couple of cracked nailbeds, so I needed to have artificial nails so my nail does not rip off.Everytime I get my nails done it is so perfect, and they are always offerring new ways for me to have my nails done.After about 6 mos to a yr of going, my husband starting getting a pedicure for his bad ingrown toenails he has.He will never quit going now, they do such a good job. I’ve been going to Spa cific Nails for quite awhile now. I have had my eyelashes and nails done there and have been very pleased with both services. Lan and the girls that work there are very polite, clean and professional and do a great job no matter what you want done! I’ve admired numerous sets of beautiful nails on numerous hands. Mine included. As a former nail tech, I am very picky about where I get my nails done. Even if one has to wait a few minutes for a tech to be free, this salon is well worth it!!
