I went to get my nails done with my mum and booked an appointment. They did a really nice job on the polish but felt like I was being rushed to leave because of the walk-in clients. I also watched as they gave a women an eyebrow wax at her pedicure chair. I work in a salon and know this is an unsanitary method of hair removal as it has to be in a satitized, private area. I really do love how my mani/pedi turned out but don't think I'd go back.

Have had pedicures for 45 yrs and this was the worst. Had an appt but was rushed. Was in and out in 20 min and had 2 different people. Had also boiled a manicure but nobody asked so I just left.

Went to this salon for the first time and I was not disappointed! The lady took her time to ask how I wanted my shape and carefully shaped them beautifully. I am big on glitter and she made sure I was happy with the coverage! Thank you ladies, I will be back!!

I have been going here for like 6 years and their nails always look BEAUTIFUL. They can make any look you want come out better than the photo. I get so many compliments on my nails and they last like 4 weeks without chipping! I would never go to another salon like they are incredible ❤❤❤ they are the friendliest salon ever. They really know you on a personal basis and make you feel so welcomed like a second family.

I've been to a lot of nail salons and this is by far my favourite! Jennie was super gentle with my nail beds and she didn't file off my entire nail! The nails I left with were beautiful and she was super careful!

I would not recommend this nail salon. As someone who gets acrylic nails regularly, this nail salon was one of the worst nail experiences I have had. Upon checking the rating I went to get a fill, I had 4 different workers working on my nails. They were very unprofessional and inexperienced. I asked for a simple set painted one colour. I was really upset with the outcome of my set but I still paid. I called and asked to come in and fix my nails as they were painted horribly and completely different lengths and sizes from the other fingers on my other hand as well as many other flaws. When going in to get my nails fixed I was treated horribly and told that it was not their fault that my nails looked the way they did and were shaped the way they were, when i pointed out what I would like fixed I was treated as if I was the biggest inconvenience. So overall, horrible customer service, inexperienced staff members, and poor quality. Honestly not sure where all their good reviews are coming from because that’s what I looked at before going there and myself and others who haven’t had a good experience.

I have gone several times thinking maybe I was being to judgemental on the work done there. I can say I will NEVER go back again. They were very friendly but my nails look very poorly done, and I didn't even get a block away when I noticed one was broken so I called them, for her to tell me that it was the fault of the previous nail artist and she could not build it up more ( I went for a fill) which is ridiculous and the whole point of going. I will stick with my main person

Went in with horrible layers that I did over an old acrylic mani from another place. When I tell you my nails looked horrible before... they were thick, bumpy, chipped, dry..just terrible. I left with AMAZING NAILS. I was shocked they got them looking perfect given the before was so bad. 10/10 !!!!!

Ladies are rude and stupid. AND work way too rushed. I repeatedly showed them what I wanted done from the images on my phone. They put on a completely different shellac colour on that I wasn't in the picture & that I didn't ask for. Top it off, I called before and asked for the price, I ended up paying $20 more extra than I hoped. I'm not too happy about my nails either so I'm not going back!

this was my fist time going to this salon. I was very impressed! the man that did my nails was very thorough with making sure the nails were all the same length. i’m very picky with how my nails are shaped and if the length is all even and i didn’t even need to say much at all because he just did them perfectly! I would 100% recommend this place and i will be going back next time i need to get my nails done. the price as well is unbeatable

Super great experience. Had full wax, eyebrows (+tint), upper lip,chin, lower legs, mani,pedi, with 4 designs. All of it with chair massage and lower legs sugar massage. They are very friendly and fun to chat with. Totally pampered, thank you all.

I've given this location 2 tries. The first time I went it I was there for almost 90 minutes for shellac, which I get because its quick and doesn't take time to dry. The young girl struggled to get my polish off, and my massage was about 10 seconds long which was disappointing. The 2nd time I was passed around by 3 different people. The first 2 (I think the owners) were good and thorough. But I ended up with the same young girl at the end and my massage was practically nonexistent. I even made a comment to her saying "that's it? That was very short?!" And she just laughed and ignored the comment. The massage is the best part as far as I'm concerned. Needless to say I will not be returning.

Went here to meet up with my friends and get our nails done. I got there a little while after them and expected to wait a few minutes to be seen but staff didnt even acknowledge me until about 7-10 minutes of me waiting. Once they did i was told id be seen shortly and to pick out a nail colour. All their staff was busy at the time. About 5-10 minutes after this a girl walked in to get her nails done and they seated her instantly. I stayed waiting and then another lady came in (another walk in) and also was seated instantly. Techs started working on their nails and I was still waiting to be seated. I left at this point because I had already been waiting a half hour at that point. Extremely disappointed.

Have been visiting the owners of this salon for over 7 years. They are no longer just around the corner but totally worth the drive. The pedicures have always been amazing and I love the look and feel of my feet once they’ve finished. Used to do gel nails and they were always so well done, they stayed amazing for 3-4 weeks without chipping or breaking. Would highly recommend this nail salon.

The nails they did for me were ok. They were super thick, and I don't know if anyone else cares about that, but I certainly do. The price was good for what I ended up with, even if they weren't great. Their machine broke before I could pay, and they told me to go to my bank, withdraw money, and come back to pay! I did, and asked for money to be taken off my nails for the waste of gas and the trip I didn't want to make that day. Overall good customer service, but I wouldn't go back. They also sent my mother-in-law home after "doing" her nails. She asked for some foil, and it didn't stick, they didn't even ask if she wanted anything else, they sent her home after she paid for a set of nails that she didn't even get to wear.
