I went in to buy hair products for my curly hair. I specifically wanted products with zero silicone and sulfates, which I told the man that helped me. I picked up a Devacurl set and asked for a recommendation for a cleansing shampoo to take out any left over silicone and sulfates. What I was given was a $20 bottle of shampoo that had the two things I didn't want. When I went to return the bottle of shampoo, they said they would only give me store credit. They were also pushing $50 bottles of shampoo on me. I ended up just buying another Devacurl product. The staff didn't seem knowledgeable and only wanted more money. Very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend looking for hair products from here.

I miss Susan. I don't think she works there anymore. Me and my daughter had appts at the same time at the KP location, which was nice. I wish we tried out a different salon. The consultation only consisted of showing her a picture of what I wanted and the stylist just generalized it to a layered bob without discussing details. The 2 stylists washing our hair were yapping to each other the whole time and began gossiping about another stylist and trash-talking about her work while I was sitting there with my head back, uncomfortably. Well, they had a lot to say, as if their work didn't stink. Me and my daughter both have curly hair and need diffusers. Both stylists didn't use them. They didn't even use a brush to smooth out our hair, instead turned our hair into a frizzy poofball. The stylist didn't move the dryer around enough to the point the heat was burning me. My daughter's stylist didn't even ask what kinds of hair products were okay to use on her and proceeded to spray hairspray. She gets respiratory reactions to aerosols and heavily scented chemicals. Mine asked me what products I wanted but didn't give me a list or recommendations. I asked for something like a cream or a wax. She declined that request and went with a spray gel but sprayed it too close to the scalp and it was causing my scalp to sting, but I felt I had to commit. I had to wash it all out when I got home cause it was gunking up my head. After rewashing my hair I got to see the hair cut without the product and curling. My hair is butchered. The length is too short, the layers are too short and blunt and just all wrong for my hair type. The first time I had gotten the initial hairstyle was with Susan, who walked me through everything, talked to me about caring for my specific hair type, told me what she was putting in my hair and took the time to assess what would look good with my face and head shape, and lifestyle. I didn't have to do much to my hair after the next wash to get it nice. We miss her. My daughter said her stylist barely spoke to her or asked her questions at all. Mine did but only a little bit. Every time we go back to this Revolutions the professionalism and quality gets worse. I think it's time to try a different salon.

Worst customer service ever. I walked in and no one greeted me or even acknowledged me. Instead of asking if I needed help, the two girls stood there staring and whispering. I walked over to the other salon in the mall and they were just thrilled to help me out! Do your job girls.

Trying to book an appointment with them is so frustrating. No one answers their phone and online service is not working properly so you are unable to book an appointment.On voice they tell you to book it online. Can't even leave them a message. Even my previous appointments were like that. Time to look for a new place..

Yesterday Lilian cut and coloured my hair for the first time. She was very knowledgable and used a unique technique in both cutting and colouring I had never seen and WOW did she ever do a fabulous job!! Every time I look in the mirror I fall in love with my hair!! It suits me more than any other cut or colour I've ever had! Thank you for this perfect Christmas gift ????. Candace

I have been seeing Ally since she was just starting, she is an amaaaazing hairstylest...she has made my asymmetrical Bob the most commented on haircut...my parents go to her and of course my kids.....I refuuse to let aaaanyone do my hair....Ally you are the best!!!! Go see her and see for yourself you will NOT be disappointed. ????????????????

If you go to this salon, you want to see Ali- she was incredible with my daughter's up do for our important night out! She was friendly, chatty, knowledgeable and took pride in making sure my daughters hair looked exactly as she wanted. It was a great experience for my daughter. I on the other hand had a not so great experience with a hairdresser I believe was named Ruth (she never actually told me), she was the exact opposite of Ali. Disinterested, dismissive, hurried, not friendly at all (didn't say more than 2 sentences to me in the hour I was there) and did not seem to care whatsoever about the end result. She had me facing away from the mirror the whole time so I could not see what she was doing, but I didn't feel her use any product in my hair, despite me telling her that my hair has a very hard time holding curls-- which was evident when my hair (sporting something resembling weird waves more than curls) was a flat mess within 2 hours of leaving the salon. $35 spent that was very much not worth it. Stick with Ali if you try out this salon.

Kristin colored my hair and it looks absolutely amazing...she knows what she is doing and offers great advice on what's better for my hair to keep it healthy! Very knowledgeable and a great stylist!

My daughter had a balayage not from there but had a little bit of brassy tones we went and asked if they could put in a toner to take some of the brassiness out. They said no problem...instead they stripped out all the blonde and now it’s a greyish brown colour. I should’ve read the reviews. People don’t go there for colour. I would’ve gave no stars if I could’ve.

I will never ever go here again. I suggest no one does. Three hours of white scalp and yellow ends to grey/green hair when all i wanted was blonde. Thumbs waaaay down. Dont go here.

I book an appointment a week in advance, they called me to confirm my appointment the day before, and now today when I go there for my appointment they tell me they can't do my hair because they don't have my hair dye…… they made me come all the way down there to tell me they can't do my hair! They were unprofessional and unapologetic. Won't be going back there! Don't have your hair done at this salon, it's not worth it..

A few months back I came for a last minute appointment. I asked for a long bob withOUT layers. I thought the Russian lady with broken english understood what I said. Seeing as my hair is curly and was wet at the time and I was also in a rush, I didn't notice the 2 inch staggering layers from my part until my hair was home. I've been trying to grow my hair out for months now to where I don't have to constantly wear it up every time I go out. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I was there day before my birthday to get a haircut and style. I showed the lady a picture of how i wanted my hair to be done but she was almost done with her shift and tried to hurry the process. I showed her the picture of kinda curls and in the middle she started doing my hair straight. when i asked her the reason, she was like let me see because we don't have enough time to do the ones in picture. until i reached home my hair was looking straight rather than curls that i showed her just because of lack of her time. I totally understand that you want to leave when you are done but atleast finish the work you started. it was an awful service.

So my regular hair dresser is gone ... I had Jasmin who in my opinion is probably the most incompetent uncaring hair dresser I have ever had. She spent 15 minutes measuring the distance of my hair trying to figure out where the part should be, kept sighing the entire time, when she cut my hair it looked nothing like what I wanted. She dyed my hair and said 20 minutes, she went on break and 40 minutes later I had to ask another staff to go get her. She came back and then informed me that it would be 45 minutes when she initially told me 20 .... She didn't put a towel on my neck when she washed the dye out so my shirt got wet. And then she blow dried my hair so it was sticking up and poofy everywhere like bedhead but worse, and expected me to go out in public like that. When I asked her to fix it she said "Well you came in with a hat aren't you wearing it?" Like I'm not going to take my hat off. Are you kidding me?? If I wanted this kind of service I would have gone to singletons and paid half the price. When I went to pay ... I had to stand there and wait for almost 5 minutes while they socialized. Entire experience should have taken an hour for a cut and a dye, she took 2 hours and 15 minutes ... I will not go to Jasmin ever again. *edit* Just got an email back that basically said "If you don't like the service don't come back." The staff are lucky to have a manager that puts up with poor customer service ...

This review is for the one at KP mall.. I was told to come back at 5pm, waited there for 15 minutes and only one customer walked out of the salon. I could hear the people inside just chatting away. There was at least 3 stylists but no one seemed to wanna take a client, and the receptionist was on a personal call the whole time - even when one stylist came up to her she just kept talking on the phone anyway. It's not like I walked in 30mins before they close cos they close at 7 or even 8? I even called before walking in to make sure they take walk ins and asked how long the wait is. I barely post reviews but this one is super unprofessional! Just saying..
