I purchased a Coast Hot-tub from LCL 10 years ago, and go there for all my hot-tub supplies and upkeep. My Coast Hot-tub turned ten last month, and required its first mechanical repair, a new control panel at the same time. The part was expertly and quickly installed by the staff at LCL and the tub is now operating as good as new, after years of 12 month round use. We love the hot-tub, and the great service we get every time we go in the door at LCL. Five stars!

Lots of businesses claim to have "great service" or provide "personal services". These folks actually do it. Buying a tub is not something you do every week--I bought one close to 20 years ago from LCL. When it needed to be replaced simply due to aging, I went back to Jay and the team. It was a tricky job to execute, and I can't say enough about the care, attention, and personal follow through that seems to be "normal" at LCL. Thanks!

I had a birthday party in 2 days so I needed it fixed pronto. I called them at the end of the day, the very next morning they sent a technician to have a look. It turned out to be an issue with the electrical, so it was not on them, but they didn't have to send someone so quick.

I looked around for a high-end quality hot tub for about 6 months and eventually paid LCL Spas a visit. Jay (the owner) is absolutely wonderful! He is thorough and very down to earth. He encouraged us to ask questions and took his time to explain the specs and differences of the hot tubs they carry. He also allowed us to negotiate a bit and we ended up getting a really good deal on a special edition Coast Spa Hot tub! There were no judgement, no pressure selling, and he is very professional. Tub arrived on time and everything ran smoothly! When we ran into a bit of challenge after day 3 but Jay patiently walked us through the issue over the phone… and that was after 9PM! You couldn’t ask for a better customer service. I am a very happy customer and will recommend LCL spa to anybody wanting to buy or replace their spa.

I purchased my tub used but was originally purchased new from LCL Spas. Because I'm a new hot tub owner, I've had to call LCL numerous times to discuss issues as well as products. They have been extremely helpfull over the phone with finding replacement parts and walking me through troubleshooting of certain issues. Parts and chemicals are fairly priced and probably even cheaper compared to other Winnipeg companies. If I'm in the market some day for a new hot tub, LCL Spas will be the first on my list of places to go.

LCL spas came up in 75% of peoples thoughts so we decided to take a trip out to the other side of town to take a look. She then did us a deal on a tub that would of otherwise been out of our price range and got it down to what we wanted to pay :-). Family owned and Canadian built tubs which we had no illusions would be a great brand. We signed for a Coast spa with 50 jets and we cannot wait for delivery :-)

Our hot tub stopped working entirely. No heat no nothing. Panic about water freezing set in. Called LCL spas and they had someone out immediately. A part was required and they put in temporary heat to prevent the water from freezing. Very next day back again with the part and tub up and running in no time. Highly recommend. Really impressed with this company and their service.

This is a great business! Starting with Eric, one of the co-owners, in the shop all the way through to the delivery team. Eric was thorough, patient and very helpful when helping us with the selection of the right spa for us. We had several follow-up phone conversations and Eric was always available to answer our questions. The delivery, which was two hours out of Winnipeg, was prompt and the team, lead by Tyler, was courteous and again thorough in terms of explaining the spas operation. They also accommodated the electricians who were on site during the delivery to prop the tub up so the electrician could finish his portion of the job. LCL Spas is effusive that they are there for you long after the purchase of your spa. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We purchased a hot tub from LCL in Nov 2020. So far we have been very pleased with our dealings with LCL and have really enjoyed the tub. LCL set it up on time and provided help with regards to chemicals etc. We had a minor service call necessary this year and Trevor from their service department was very helpful and prompt. Our hot tub was fixed faster then I expected and the technician (Andrew) was knowledgeable, experienced and courteous. Our issue was resolved in time just 24 hours before our first snowstorm hit this year. There are probably lots of places you can buy a hot tub - probably even online - but consider the after purchase support and service - chemicals, accessories and if needed service. Very happy I chose a local company that is a phone call and 10 minute drive away.

Anne and I purchased our first hot tub in March 2018 from LCL after lots of research. We have never regretted the decision. The family operation is very evident as all the staff like their roles. A couple of months after delivery we decided to move the tub from sitting on our deck to ground level and rebuilding the deck around it. Arvilla and Jay were very helpful in providing guidance on disconnecting as well as foundation suggestions at ground level. When it was time to move the 7 person tub onto its new foundation the LCL team came again to our house and took care of the job. And they did it at no cost to us! One can’t ask for better customer service than that. The hot tub works great and we are committed customers at LCL because of our wonderful experience.

Bought an 8 person Mirage Curve from LCL. From the moment I met the people at LCL I got a great feeling. We finally did end up purchasing the Mirage Curve spa from them. We have had nothing but A++++ service from the beginning. Staff, installers and contractors such as electricians and boom truck were amazing people. The ways their contractors treat their customers is a reflection of the great hands on personalized family business they are known for. We had their recommended electrician do the electrical install in our home. They also arranged boom craning the spa in to our yard along with perfect placement literally to the inch. My experience with LCL has been nothing short of outstanding. I would absolutely wholeheartedly recommend LCL. As far as the Coast Mirage 8 person wellness spa goes..... it’s beyond belief. It has exceeded all expectations. It’s a magnificent spa. It’s infinite in it’s adjustments for he perfect massage. We have used it almost daily for months. Every time we are in the spa it is truly an invigorating experience. No need to go to any spas town for relaxation. The Coast Mirage in my backyard puts them all to shame.

When I purchased my hot tub at LCl I was very impressed that the salesperson spent over an hour with me and my family. During this time, he detailed all of the benefits of each hot tub and suggested two of them. He steered us to the less expensive one. Normally, once a product is purchase the service and care stops. This store is the exception to that rule. Everyone I meet at the store treats me with care and makes sure that all of my questions are answered. Today, I brought a part in and I was expecting to have to explain a long story as to why I needed it replaced. Without question the owner took the product and replaced it immediately without question. I have only written one review before but felt the need to write this one as the service is above any that I have experience before. We are so glad that we purchased out Hot tub at LCL spas and encourage you to do the same. I guarantee that they will not disappoint.
